Love it. I've always hated going to the dentist (who doesn't lol)... but over at riverside dental they know how to make you feel comfortable. They have a great crew over there. The women at the front desk are very courteous and welcoming... very professional. You can rest assured that if you do need dental work done... you will find a relaxing environment where they make you feel important. That's missing at many businesses nowadays. It's nice to be able to go to a business and feel like they actually care about your well being . Overall...riverside dental offers great dental work done in an welcoming environment . I'd recommend going there to anyone in need of quality dental work.

Although they are very nice Dr.'s they had a hard time giving me what i want specifically especially when it comes to being self conscious about your mouth. At one point during my visit they sort of rushed me out of there instead of taking their time in which now I have to go back. This will be the last time i go to them. Dr. Patel on the other hand is very nice and understanding. He was very careful with me.

Don't go to this place!!!!! they rob you blind!! The receptionist tell you that you have the PERFECT INSURANCE THAT COVERS EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED TO GET DONE and when you get to your appointment they tell you another story how you only have to paid $266 and you payed off. they call you a few days later that they made a mistake and you need to pay a $900 extra because they got the "wrong" information. Have tried to get my money back since I won’t go through the process and they COMPLETELY IGNORED ME.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!! Update: you guys rob me $266 don’t tell me that dental “job” is expensive. FIRST OF ALL YOU GUYS DIDN’T DO ANYTHING TO MY TEETH.. You guys just like to commit insurance fraud!! I’m not the only one!!

When I came in for the first time my first impression of the place from the start was a clean environment, then I talked with the friendly and funny receptionists and was able to make the appointment I needed to on the spot. I had filings that needed to be done and the dentist were able to take care of them and now I'm back to eating normally!!

I absolutely love this place! Just got a wisdom tooth out yesterday and my son got a cleaning. The dr was great, calm, nice (even though my son is an awful dentist patient). The chick at the front desk is super sweet. The hygienists are very quiet but still very nice, haha. I def recommend, especially if your nervous as they are not pushy or mean atall.

The staff who seemed very nice don't know the difference between laughing gas and anesthesia. I had extensive conversations regarding anesthesia over the phone when I set up the appointment which they DO NOT PROVIDE. Went there for wisdom tooth extraction and I took the day off of work for nothing after 1 1/2 hr drive one way. The dentist wouldn't even do the work without anesthesia due to how impacted they were, which we already knew. UPDATE on your reply Dr. Manish: Thank you for taking the time to offer a resolution. I took the day off of work to drive my boyfriend to (because we had him take a pill to relax him in preparation of surgery as your staff informed me people sometimes wake up from "anesthesia") and to drive him home. The only resolution now would be if you would reimburse me my full day's pay as well as his plus the 3hour round trip drive fuel cost. As I stated, your staff was very friendly so a more realistic resolution would be to please educate them to prevent this from happening again.

Hi I have state insurance and not many dental practices accept this insurance, but Riverside dental does. And I could not have found a better place than here. I got lucky. Riverside dental' s staff and Dr are amazing! I have always feared going to the dentist. But these people are wonderful to you, they are warm and inviting, very caring, explain anything you do not understand. Very professional treatment. You could not ask for a better dental care experience than going to Riverside Dental in west Springfield, Ma. 01089. I highly recommend trying them out, they accept many dental insurance. I have an autistic child that is going to be going there next, because of such caring gentle environment, is not easy to find for your special needs child. So I highly recommend you try this dental office out, you will be very satisfied with your care there. They have the most flexible hours I have seen in a dental office.

I cannot say enough about Riverside Dental. Dr.Manish has been working with me for the past month to get my teeth back in shape. I needed to remove two erupted wisdom teeth, get a root canal, and get a crown put on. He was able to extract my wisdom teeth while I was conscious, using only novacaine. This procedure was painless and saved me from the chronic headaches my wisdom teeth were inducing. Next, he referred me to an awesome facility to take care of my root canal, and I returned to Riverside Dental for the crown. Turns out, you receive a temporary crown before the permanent one can be made, and it's fairly easy for the temporary ones to fall off before receiving the permanent one. Dr.Manish has come in two extra days that he was not originally scheduled to work just to adjust my temporary crown and also put it back on after it popping off while eating. A major reason for my dental issues today is because of negative past experiences with dentists. I often felt judged, unwelcomed, and used for my money by dentists in the past. This facility has been so welcoming, supportive, and helpful with getting my oral health back to where it should be. Dr.Manish makes great conversation and is very understanding when I tell him the symptoms I experience. The receptionists are friendly, and they're incredible with scheduling. I'm used to waiting months for appointments, and they always fit me in days or even hours after scheduling the appointment. I'm very grateful that I found this facility, and I highly urge everyone to come here.

Wow. Just had a tooth implanted. Amazing job, absolutely no pain and the Dentist was very thorough and attentive. I really like his technique because it ensured perfect alignment of the implant. Other dentists that gave me implants did not use his techniques. Today is first day, no pain and delighted with my implant. He is my new forever dentist.

The absolute worst dentist I’ve ever encountered. The receptionist’s have absolutely no clue what they are doing or how to handle insurance. These people try to get away with fraud by charging you on top of your insurance/insurances. They did correct their “mistake” when I called them out on it. I gave them a second chance because maybe it really was a mistake, no, I went back and all they did was talk badly about me, laughing and saying my name. When I was called in for the cleaning. They did NOTHING but brush my teeth. Avoid them, you will not be satisfied. Very unprofessional and should be reported to NICB for fraud.

Very uncomfortable experience!! I was In pain for two bottom teeth infected. They gave me antibiotics then scheduled an appointment for two days later that week. When I came in I was in a lot of pain! They only had one dentist working and a lot of patients. He numb my mouth twice. I could still feel a lot of pressure so he numb me again told me to wait about 5 min left and he came back 15 min later. He tried to use a tool to loosen my teeth he never set up the lights or gave me glasses or even use the machine so I don’t choke on my spit or blood.The dentist kept skipping from patients, room to room. While he attempted to loosen my tooth it was to much pain for me to handle. The dentist tossed to tool he was using very aggressively and took his gloves off very aggressively and told me he won’t pull them. I repeatedly told him I have a low tolerance for pain and expected him to have a better attitude and be more comforting. He was not comforting at all, his attitude was very very uncomfortable. I was imn tears from pain and How long I was in pain. Now with a more loosened tooth in even more pain. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all!!!!

I absolutely love this dentist!!! Any time I have a problem with my tooth/teeth I always can come here and know it will be fixed! The secretary Cassandra is always so polite and welcomes me with smiles and reassurance that procedure will be okay. I have a huge fear of the dentist but I've been with Riverside for about a year and I've had many cavities due to lack of flossing. These guys are fantastic and ease my nerves every time I walk through the door. Cassandra is exceptional, always making sure my procedure went well on my way out and makes sure I set up appointments for follow ups and any procedures I have left to do. Great dentist, who I believe is also the owner, very gentle and kind. This is a place that cares about their patients! Thank you Cassandra and riverside dental!

Brought my son for a cleaning they found a few cavities went back the following day to fill them. They made his back teeth into 1 tooth with silver fillings. We came home he couldn't floss so we had to go back to fix it. 1 day later part of his filling fell out. Wouldn't use them again

I'm really not a person to writes reviews, but in occasions where is worth my time, I sure will. Let me start off by saying that highly recommend this dental office. Front desk workers are very welcoming, specially "Yas". She has such a good personality and very professional. Furthermore, their dental surgeons are also amazing. I am NOT an easy patient to handle, as I suffer from anxiety, but I must say, they always work with me. They always make sure I feel comfortable. I literally stopped the dental surgeon about 5 times today to breath, so I can calm myself (I just don't like the dentist office in general). They are definitely very understanding towards me.

The office is clean and welcoming and the receptionist Sandra was very friendly. I highly recommend them so much so that I will going to have the same thing done very soon

Every time I go here I get treated with so much professionalism. I've had to bring my kids in with me and the staff is wonderful with them and they make sure we all ALWAYS have everything we need for our appointment. They are so accommodating, professional, respectful and considerate that I am actually a little disappointed that I have to go to a specialist for treatment of a broken tooth. Crazy, I know, but I really am. I absolutely ADORE this staff. I've had to call a few times for dental emergencies and they are always able to get me in that day and out of about 5 appointments I've had with them in the last year or so, they are always on time getting me in for my scheduled slot. Most of the time they're actually a little early. And with Cassie at the front desk it's amazing that I can even bring myself to leave when I'm done. LOVE HER. I can't recommend this place enough.

I was referred to Riverside Dental in West Springfield Ma. by my primary dentist office for an extraction as the offiice had no surgeons on staff. Riverside was a provider for my insurance so I phoned them immediately as I am aware of the long wait times at my primary dental office has. Cassie answered the phone professionally and listened to me as I explained my dental problem. She informed me that she had an appointment the following day at 2:00pm. I was beyond thrilled and scheduled my appt. Cassie was then very thorough on what I would be required to bring to ensure a smooth transaction the following day. The next day arrived and as requested I entered the office at 1:45pm. Cassie and Angie greeted me with smiles on their faces and immediately made me feel comfortable. They gave me the paperwork I needed to complete as I was instructed the previous day. After I had completed the paperwork I waited to see Dr. Manish. Shortly there after I was called into the patient room by Solimar who was the dental assistant. Solimar was gracious and had such extreme compassion for me. She made me feel so at ease and was a tremendous help and made me feel so comfortable. After the Xrays were completed Dr.Manish informed me of my options and he also was very compassionate with a great bedside manor. I had decided to extract the tooth there. Once my decision was made I became very nervous when he was injecting the novicaine like shaking the chair uncontrollably. Dr. Manish explained that if it was too difficult for me he would refer me elsewhere to be asleep but explained to me that he was confydent he could do the procedure with ease and quickly. I opened my mouth and boom, he was done. I couldn't believe it. Solimar was smilling at me. She inform me of what I needed to do the following days after the extraction. She was knowledgable and informative. Cassie and Angie greeted me at checkout. I explained what I had gone through and my circumstances and they suggested Care Credit. She gave me the application and submitted it for me. I couldn't give a higher recommendation to any other facility I've ever been to. They are second to none. Thank you very much Dr Manish, Solimar. Cassie and Angie for all your help. I'll be seeing you again soon. :-)

Experience was great I had 3 teeth pulled yesterday and from everyone in there that works was really nice doctor was great I was quick didntbreally feel a thing this is now my perminit dentist!! Everyone was so nice and helped me out when I was worried about my teeth getting pulled definitely would recommend them to everyone I know

I love the girls in the front. They are very professional. The Russian ladies however where talking about me in Russian and laughing at me in another room witch I can hear them because i had anxiety and I was asking her if I was going to be okay. Every time she would talk to me it would be laughing like i wasn't nervous enough. Also if you're going to see a dentist there see Dr. Manish. Dr Patel kept giving me medications that brought up my blood pressure and when asked to change it he denied any service. Guess he got sick of me. He said i have anxiety in fact i have severe high blood pressure. After putting like 8 needles in my mouth he decided he wasn't going to pull my tooth. So disappointed with this dentist office

I have a Dental phobia. From the time I was 12 years old I remember crying the second I walked in the door. I would shake, get ice cold to the touch and, get clammy hands. Sometimes I would actually get lighted to the point of falling into things. As I became an adult, I ignored going to the dentist. I delayed it one too many years, and finally it was time. All I can say is, I am so very thankful I found this place. I put a request in for an appointment. Cassandra ( I think that's how you spell her name) called me 3 minutes after and got me an appointment for the next day. Ten minutes later she called back, and already verified mine, AND my brothers insurance and said we were covered for the next day. On the day of the visit my nerves were through the roof. However the girls chatted with you like old friends.Which helped me tremendously. Anything to get my mind off of What's to come. Dr. Patel came in both visits very quickly. Never making you wait. He's a Very relaxed man. Who checks on you, but does not try holding a 20 minute conversation with his hands in your mouth. he had me in and out in under an hour, and never made me feel bad or like he was judging me. just Constantly reassuring you saying "it's okay. It's good." The best part? I didn't feel a THING. He does everything in his power to make sure you're comfortable, and content. You all are truly amazing.

What did I like about Riverside dental? Well first of all the secatary Sandra at the front desk was very courteous & friendly I did a walk in and she made me feel welcome not only that she got me into see the dentist in less than 15 min. The dentist and his assistant made me feel confident in there ability to treat me ,they answer all my questions and eased all my fears .I felt as though they really cared almost like family .I've never really liked going to the dentist but the staff at Riverside made it a pleasant experience.
