We get our yearly cleanings done (twice a year) and any followups suggested by the attending dentist, here. They have excellent staff - very skilled and friendly hygienists. They are meticulous and we are very happy with the service. Making appointments or rescheduling them is very easy and efficient- they accomodate our schedules very well. I highly recommend this practice, it is efficiently run with able, skilled and very friendly staff.

Dr. Xu and his staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The fact that a periodontist works out of Dr Xu's office means that oral care can be easily coordinated, and communications between the dentist and the periodontist are prompt and thorough. The office help is very diligent in scheduling patients, working with insurance plans, explaining costs, keeping overall operations running smoothly in an organized fashion and making sure that visits can transpire when actually scheduled. Consequently there is very little waiting time typically in the office. Additionally, the staff always takes time to answer all questions, explain as fully as needed the treatments required and the rationale behind the treatments whether a simple cleaning, a baseline measurement, a tooth filling or some other procedure. All considered, it is reassuring to know that oral care is being carried out by a well informed, capable group of people, who are pleasant during visits.

BEST DENTIST EVER!!! My family and I were one of the first patients Dr. Xu had when opening his practice. Our son was young and needed to go to the dentist for the first time. We found Quinsigamond Dental and were very impressed with the attention we experienced. They even took a picture of our son and hung it on the wall with other patients' pictures. Fast forward approximately 13 years later, it is the only dentist that my son has ever visited and each and every one of the staff knows me and my family by name and our relation to each other. It's like a family. We recently moved out of state and one of the things that I'll miss the most is the care that we received from Dr. Xu, Helen, and the rest of the staff at Quinsigamond Dental. They truly made us feel like part of their dental family!!

I have gotten excellent treatment over a number of years. Dr Xu has cared about my well being and scheduled me in when I had a dental emergency. Treatments have always been painless and in my experience, quite quick and complete compared to other dentists I have gone to. The extensive work has fitted very comfortably and particularly my two front upper teeth that I broke in High School are beautifully crowned and look completely natural.

It is so convenient! Last week I had a broken crown, and Dr Xu put me in an appointment in his busy schedule. With the fancy technology they have, I get a new crown in a single visit.
