Premier Dental Care is has been great to me. I was coming from a previous dentist who butchered my mouth. Left me with cracked fillings that were no more than a year old. Premier Dental evaluated my situation and spaced my appointments perfectly. The office is beautiful and the staff is always explaining to you what’s going on with your care. Wonderful practice.

I haven't been to the office for over 6 months due to schedule and travel, but on Monday I went in and remembered why I love this office. I am always given a pleasant greeting and they always remember me. My visit is carefully and clearly explained to me and I love the personal touch of the doctor and the hygienist. Also, my 11 year old grandson had his first appointment there a week or so ago and it went extremely well. Amazingly professional and knowledgeable staff. Great place! I actually look forward to my next visit to this dentist's office.

Wonderful first experience! I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. It’s a very female-friendly office, and all staff was really professional and personable. Finally got dental insurance so I committed myself to getting my teeth healthy. A handful of procedures later and I'm so happy with the progress and the service I'm receiving. Everyone is friendly and fun and I have no problem letting them do painful things in my mouth for the betterment of my oral hygiene. Next procedure is to fix my two front teeth, wish me luck and I'll post an update with those results.

Lied about having cavities. I regularly go to a dentist and have confirmed they made up me having cavities and needing some kind of special gum procedure to get money.

Dr. Hassanein and the rest of the staff are courteous and professional. Anna, Yennifer, Jessica and Brittany are all very cautious and gentle, right down to the billing. I highly recommend their services if you are fearful of dentistry like me!

This is the worst dental experience I have had at a dental office. I should have taken my cue when the first appt I schedule was never booked or confirmed and the other two were cancelled. I called the office and spoke too a woman who told me she was the office manager Kereida Kerr after explaining my frustration with the appt process she gave me one for 7/3/18 at 6pm. Today I got to the office at 5:30pm was given forms at 6pm to fill out which took a few minute lots of info needed...then 6:15 nice young lady gave me a tour of the office. Ok...620pm I am seated for numerous xray, xray completed Dr. Hines entered to go over the info and to continue the exam at 6:40 he asked questions then he said ok upon review you will need gum treatment but you just told me everything looks good including my silver filling. Dr. Hines then said we will schedule an appt for the treatment. So I asked are you not going to do a cleaning that is why I scheduled the exam, he said no you will have to come back for the treatment, what ...I could not believe what I am hearing but yes I can because it is now close to 7pm. I felt he was a Lil irritated so he left out and left me sitting there from 6:50 pm until 7:05 pm then came back and did a supposed cleaning...in 15 minutes I said Dr Hines how could you do this in 15 minutes he said well there is plaque and that is what I was telling you. Very strange I have never had a cleaning plaque or not in 15 minutes I was not allowed to rinse my mouth until the end. He then said my assitant would be back to go over the treatment and payment. At this point I was calm but furious I told the young lady it was not necessary just have my records ready because this was truly a horrifying experience. I came out to the receptionist who still had my drivers license and insurance card as she was standing with her pocketbook ready to go and had no problems letting me know this, Dr. Hines assistant went to who I assumed was Kereida to explain that I wanted my records, I followed her in the office and asked when can I pick up all of my xrays she told me when and said sorry you did not have a good experience with a smirk on her face. I was upset because you try to accommodate black businesses and get sub standard service. And with all that said there is a gym over your head with very loud music playing as you sit waiting. I will be calling the insurance company to let them know. Each time you go to the dentist you are given a care package for your dental needs but Dr. Hines office was more interested in getting the treatment plan to submit. So if they bill I will have to wait 6 months before I can see a dentist for any dental treatment.

Everyone at this location is very kind and patient. If I have any questions, they are honest and responsive. Being open on the weekends is a huge plus for me. My appointment was 30 minutes delayed, and the office waived fees for the visit! Much appreciated.

I’ve been going to Premier dental now for over 10 years and I absolutely love it here. Dr Hassanein as well as her colleague Dr Pezeshki are very professional and appreciate there expertise. My favorite hygienist is Nazli as she’s very thorough and cleans my teeth beautifully. I can’t forget to mention Brittney the front desk receptionist is always lovely and smiling.

My family has been coming here for years and we have always had a great experience. Dr. Hines and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are very flexible with appointments, and will see you right away for an emergency. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointments.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction at this place. Dr. Daniel (I can't remember his family name) worked on this. This gentleman has golden fingers. I didn't feel a thing when he made the injections. After the anesthesia was gone I didn't had any pains - this means he didn't hurt my jaw or any other bones. Zero pain during its healing, I never took a painkiller. Totally recommend to go to this dentist.

I moved to the area somewhat recently, and have already been here twice for regular cleanings, and have left completely happy each time. My hygienist, Anna, was very kind, patient, and thorough at each step of the process. And Dr. Pezeshki gave me great feedback while also being very personable. Dr Farshad Pezeshki has been my personal dentist for the past 15 years. I am like wise a dentist, so you can imagine i am quite particular about who I choose as a practitioner. He is not your average dentist as his skill set is very impressive. He has a very nice bedside manner. Also Premier Dental Care is run very professionally. My dental hygienist, Jessica, is thorough, efficient, and professional. My dentist, Dr. Pezeshki, is exceptional. His attention to detail is extraordinary. Every procedure he has performed, whether cosmetic or otherwise, has produced an excellent result. I should add that I am very serious about my dental care, am a demanding patient, and find my expectations have been met by Dr. Pezeshki.

I want to stress how great Dr. Pezeshki and the team are. My boyfriend just went there for the first time the other day and loved how good they were to him. He hadn't been to a dentist in five years, and the hygienist really made sure his teeth were clean! Of course, he's one of those lucky people whose teeth are cavity free after 5 years, so that's all he had to have done. For my own part, I'm just thrilled about how good my mouth looks every time I leave there, fillings and all. Dr. P continues to be both caring and excellent. I will continue to come here for years to come.

I am so glad we found this place! I highly recommend. Dr. Hassanein and her staff are outstanding and the office is lovely. Both my husband and I have had extremely positive experiences here since switching from our old practice. From general cleanings to filling replacements - everything is always explained to us, the how and why (and how much). We love the transparency. We also love how gentle Dr. Hassanein is when working in our mouths. We are bringing our 2 year old here next week and I will leave another review then - the office speaks very highly of the pediatric dentist so we are very optimistic.

I brought my 2 year old here for his very first dental appointment, only because his new preschool requires an oral health certificate, but it turned out to a very valuable experience. The hygienist showed me all the spots I've been missing. The entire staff was very kind and engaging with a small child. Cartoons are available to watch on the TV's above the chairs. He received a dental goody bag with dinosaur flossers and chose a lizard from the toy box. He looks forward to returning!
