I believe I was one of Dr. Stuart Rosenthal first patient in Framingham, MA when he was working with Arnold Grossman. I had a root canal that had to be done on weekend or a holiday during off hours and he told me to come to the office on his own time to help a teenager who was in dire pain. I will never forget that as long as I live. His partner Marc Rubin, who my daughter and I feel 100% comfortable when she has her appointments. Their practice which includes all their dental assistants including Diane and her staff who are just totally customer orientated and make us feel like were part of their family practice. Any plans on adding moving closer to Worcester?

Dr. Rosenthal is the most ethical and competent dentist I have been to - he is conservative but capable of making good decisions for patients' health. He will be only as aggressive as I want to be and never pushes for more, but does make his opinion clear. Dr. Rubin may be great, too, but I have relied on Dr. Rosenthal after having been to unscrupulous and incompetent dentists in the past.

I've been w/Marc for three years now, so I posit that the "trek" was & is worth every mile. He's GREAT, his staff is GREAT, & there was one procedure he performed that I know my previous dentist could not have. SO, besides the cheerful & engaging staff Practice of Family excels in the technical expertise category, I think I've covered it all. They're GREAT!

I've gone here my entire life and my teeth are all healthy and strong. and now they have the slightly smaller x ray things so they don't stab the roof of your mouth when you get x rays of your teeth. they have a great toy chest with prizes for kids, and free chap-stick (the vanilla one is bomb but so rarely available due to its perfection.)
