I used to have an ugly big black mark in the front of my teeth due to poor care, no dental insurance and amalgam fillings. It made me super self conscious and I would never smile. Dr Syed Hussain treated me with the utmost respect and helped my pain and made my smile come to life. I still have a bunch of work to do but after the 3rd visit, I almost want to cry. I'm so happy with the work that's been done so far and even as much as I am anxious around the dentist, I feel welcomed here. I also want to say that the dental assistants are top notch and make you feel comfortable. They are very friendly and help calm you down when you are anxious. Perfect dental, so far for me, is PERFECT!

It wasv not baking good experience. I made an appointment just to check out my teeth that needed to be pulled. They appointment was cancelled a couple of hours before. Then the next day I went to the rescheduled appointment and sat and waited for 43 minutes. I let them know I was leaving. It's just not professional enough for my taste. I'm looking for a dentist now. I'm not impressed with a one dentist dental office trying to see as many as possible for profit!

My daughter went to Perfect Dental to extract four wisdom teeth, and was seen by Dr. Anuj Sharma. She went in the room expecting a painful procedure, or one in an altered state of consciousness such that laughing gas produces. These were experiences her friends have endured. Her friends also warned her about the difficult, swollen, and uncomfortable recovery she was going to have. However, she was met with kindness from Dr. Sharma who confidently conducted the procedure. Fortunately, she did not have to use laughing gas or hard drugs, just Novocaine and did not complain of pain once. The doctor always made sure she was feeling good throughout the five minutes it took to extract all four wisdom teeth. As I was paying the bill at the front desk she was laughing and joking around with her friend she brought with her for "support" because of how traumatizing other peoples' procedures went....however the support, she admits, was silly and unnecessary due to the minimal effect it had on her. And as for the week following the extractions, she felt healthy and happy and never complained of pain. I had to beg her to take her pain medications the second and third day following it because she insisted she felt great and was even ready to go back to school-the day after! I would highly recommend Dr. Anuj Sharma to anyone who needs extractions seeking the best possible experience. 10/10 Thank you Dr.!

I was super nervous about adjusting my 2year old daughter to the dentist but I had so many questions that my primary care could not answer, so I gave it a GO! I'm glad I did the student assistant madley was so awesome with my baby girl that I was super suprised because I always have a hard time brushng my baby girl the Dr was awesome he answered all of my questions and more!! Do not go to this dentist, first of all they are so unorganized. Say I have my appointment at 2pm and someone else has their appointment at 1:45pm, and the other person shows up at 2 while I am there on time for my appointment, the person who shows up late will get to go before and then my appointment gets pushed back till 2:15, and then the person behind me who has an appointment will get it pushed back and it goes on and on. The next problem i had was that they rescheduled my appointment WHILE I WAS IN THE TREATMENT ROOM. The dental assistant came in and told me"sorry you have to come back on Saturday at 12pm". I was in the treatment room ready to go and they decided that they don't need to call me to reschedule, they don't care that they inconvenienced my plans for the day because I wasted my time going and being sent back home. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with these clowns , the sad thing is that I'm not the only one who had issues like this, I've had my mother have the same issue along with my friend.You all deserve better than this poor establishment called a dentist.

I'm writing this from my boyfriend's account. I just got insurance and I had a bad toothache on two places, I'm deadly scared of dentists since childhood after a bad experience. I did have to wait 10 minutes in the waiting area and another 5 minutes before the x rays was done, I saw Dr. Sharma who explained me the x ray on a computer, showed my tooth to me in a mirror, then discussed all the options on how to fix it, he was polite & in depth, I wanted to take both my teeth out, he did them both same day and barely took 1 minute for the first and another 3 minutes for the next, like a magician, he did explain me that I would be more sore on the second one coz it had 3 long roots, my recovery went exactly as told and the meds took care of it, this guy knows what he's doing, not surprised why he's so busy, I'll bring my kids here.

One of the worst experiences of my life!! After waiting for 30 mins in pain on a scale of 1 to 10 it was 10. After having a scheduled appointment I had waited for over 30 mins jus to be informed that I can't be seen because I have no idea. But I was just there last week, was seen, got a prescription, and was billed with no ID.I COME IN today in pain with my 3 year old daughter. And was greeted by the this mainly looking lady with her edges missing and a bad attitude dressed in a all black with pink loafers on! Very unprofessional!

The wait time here can be very long but I can understand things happen. I took my daughter there and was billed for orthodontic services that she didnt even have done then when I called back to get the price for her braces to self pay I was told I would receive a call back well no one has called me back yet. Not only was I told the day before her appointment that she didnt have any insurance which mind you she has been going here over a year maybe two and her insurance was put into the system more than once and I received a bill from the insurance company so how does that happen??? and when I rescheduled her cleaning for the same day she was supposed to get her braces put on I was never told they didnt have an insurance listed for her weird right. The day before her appointment I was told she was never scheduled to have orthodontic services the girl on the phone kept calling me honey even after I told her my name which really upset me I really miss the people that was there before all these new people arrived I think this visit was the first and last straw for me at this facility will be searching for a new dentist office.

I was scared a lot to go to the dentist, specifically to have a dental anesthesia. However, when I went to Perfect Dental, Dr. Hussain and his medical staff changed my mind. They are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and make you feel comfortable even with my daughters. They love going there to treat their teeth. I really recommend this place. Even you need to receive anesthesia, you do not even feel it, and the work is done in a few minutes. They ensure your safety, your understanding of any procedures, and keep track with you on your follow up appointments. Thank you to all of you.

I am no loner with the company as an employee and that could have been the best discussion I have made by far in my career, they over work And under pay the employees and doctors. This place is dirty and highly unprofessional. The manager John is really disrespectful and unprofessional, he’s usually the one to start a problem with in the office’s, he also speaks about his patients after they leave the office.
