My whole family goes here and I highly recommend them. The staff is amazing. They're freindly and helpful. My lil one was very scared and nervous for her 1st time and they made her not scared to come anymore. I must say that the office manager Lisa is absolutely the best. She welcomes everyone and is just the nicest person. Even when its busy shes always happy and nice. My lil one always asks for coins even when it's her siblings apt but she will still give her one. They get u right in when needed.

Honestly when I first walked in I was kind of skeptical/I do have a slight anxiety with dentist… But I found as soon as I walked in the staff was very attentive and very polite..Although I haven’t had my work done yet I’m confident that it will be a peaceful and non-anxiety experience and that’s saying a lot for me… I’m actually having no anxiety going back for my second visit…

I always get an emergency appointment when needed, the office is clean, the staff is courteous and friendly, i love that they handle all necessary paperwork. The dentist knows what he is doing and explains what he is doing during every procedure. I also appreciate not being left to wait. I am so pleased i finally found a dentist i have no complaints about.

By far the worst dentist office I have been to. Lisa the office manager is very unprofessional. She dropped the ball with my insurance and was very quick to throw her co workers under the bus and told me they didn’t do their job. I went in for a fill with the dentist named Victor which came off the very next day. I paid $240 for the 24 hour cavity fill. Ridiculous! Please don’t go there. They will waste your time and money.

Worst office I have ever been to. I had orthodontist work done here. I could only get an appointment on a Tuesday every other week between the hours of 10AM and 5PM. That doesn't work very well for most working clients. Not to mention every time I got there I waited 30+ minutes to even get in a room. The dentist rushed around and didn't tell you what was going on. Every time I had an appointment they consistently call you 3-4 times the day before. Sometimes I am unable to pick up my phone because I am working. I one time had to miss an appointment since I was severely sick and when I called to reschedule and the manager, Lisa was extremely rude and said well my daughter is in the hospital, I still got here. Not to mention I called one day to ask for my records to be transferred, and the next day I still hadn't received them and they called and told me I need to schedule an appointment I was overdue. No communication to anyone in that office and very unorganized.

I wanna start off by saying the manager in that office Lisa Tavares Was beyond any words of phenomena everything was perfect and then some about how she treated me and her personality very caring very very caring and Dr. Victor was awesome and Dr. B this is a good place for dental office this office is wonderful the people that work there they are dental assistant are always so nice the front desk I can't name everything one is awesome the office is always clean they run on time thank you very much everybody.

I've been going to Perfect Dental in Lynn since they've opened. Dr. B is amazing !! The staff is well educated, clean & professional. You don't have to wait to make appointments, most of the time you can make same day appointments. Also, Lisa, The office manager helps with financial solutions when needed. I couldn't recommend a better dentist.

My appointment was for a tooth filling, however when I arrived I had another gum concern, Dr Bhattripolu immediately checked out my concern and informed me that I needed to have a root canal since the cavity was close to the nerve. I was amazed when I was told "all finished" and I had experienced no discomfort.Dr B and his assistant were very professional and GREAT! Very personable and highly professional. As always, the staff was very friendly and the person that assisted me was very good, and I was appreciative of the fact that she explained everything to me and showed me the pictures highlighting areas of concerns. This is a practice with staff that know what they are doing and enjoy doing it.❤️

I've asked the LYNN OFFICE FOR AT LEAST 6MONTHS TO ●●STOP ●●TEXTING ME ABOUT SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT Here it is 6months later still have NOT LEFT ME ALONE. I HAVE EVEN CALLED THEM & SAID IT TAKES 24HRS to be REMOVED but 6 months later. If U use them just know what you are in* FOR with the professionalism IS FOR THE F--KING BIRDS......SO good luck...

This is the WORST dentist office around. They not only OVERCHARGED ME but then sent me a bill wanting ADDICTIONAL money. I have documented proof of my recites paid, my treatment plan, and the proceedures they were charging me for. At first I didn't want to waist my time suing them since they only owed me a few hundred dollars, but after reviving this factious bill in the mail I am SUING. Thank God my mother is a lawyer and already wanted me to pursue this before this "bill" came in the mail. If your paying a co-pay or cash DO NOT GO HERE. They will rob you blind. They see a little money and buinsess ethics go out the window. WORST BUINSESS I HAVE EVER RECIVED and they failed to do the procedure correct. They will probably claim this bill is a "mistake" and how sorry they are since they know I have overwhelming documentation proving I owe them nothing and all the scams they run. However, I am done trying to be fair or allow things to slide. I strongly urge everyone to seek dental services ELSEHWERE and if you for whatever reason MUST go to them KEEP EVERYSINGLE PIECE OF PAPER YOU RECIVE DOCUMENTED PROOF OF EVERY BILL YOU PAID AND RECORD THEM AT ALL TIMES WHEN MAKING TRANSACTIONS OR SIGNING ANY PAPERS. I would like to spare others the aggravation, and overwhelming anxiety I faced knowing the people doing work inside my mouth were low life criminals who could not be trusted

Every person doing good a job just Manager her name Lisa Tavares is bad customer service, rude, layer and not honest. I had appointment on March and she told me I have to pay just $38.32 but after 90 days send me bills with charge $158 when I went there to explain to me she said to me “WELCOME TO AMERICA” and she change her face. I asked her why you didn’t send me that bills before 90 days or just give call she told me her not business......

This was the best experience we have had yet for our son. Having a child that has sensory issues, ADHD, high anxiety and on the Autism spectrum makes the dentist a nightmare. But thanks to Lisa, the office manager(I think) , Erica, the dentist and another male dentist (I forgot his name but he was so nice) this is the place to take your child! My son Jaiden told me he likes them and wants to come back here for his next appointment! That is huge for this kid!! Thank you to the team at Perfect Dental Lynn.
