Awful place. When I was running 10 minutes late to a cleaning appointment, they called to cancel it - which is understandable. But they could not see me 35 minutes past my rescheduled appointment! The main issue I had was that I didn't want to have X-Rays taken as part of the dental cleanup because I had a couple of recent CAT scans and X-Rays taken for a different issue. They insisted X-Rays are needed for a cleanup - I don't buy that. I think that was stated so they could make money off the X-Ray procedure. As mentioned by someone else, the girl at the front desk was inept. I walked out of the place without the appointment.

I cannot express how grateful and how wonderful my experience was as a patient at Perfect Dental. Yes honestly you know that knowbody likes the dentist. I have server anxiety and panic attacks. I came in for check up and was told that I had gum dease which due to my being unable to afford dental care. Happy to be informed by the resepsonist that after her entering my name in her computer I was covered. The same day The Dr. Diva Swarup removed 5 teeth that were unable to save . I did not feel one bit of pain during or after leaving. I still needed 5 fillings. I was devastated being 54 and losing all my teeth. Talk about crying depressed. The Dr. Made a plan that day and in 3 weeks I was made two parcials . I am not able to ever express what yes absolutely saved me from feeling ugly. The outher part is while in chair she as she worked on my mouth had nothing but nice kind uplifting myself inside and out. Yes this from the dentist. I promise you that you will find going to Perfect Dental Drumhill you will be treated not just like every patient She took my thoughts illness and made me happy smile . Laurie Trundy

I could not be happier with the entire staff at the Drum Hill facility in Chelmsford . From the warm greeting of the receptionists, to the friendly hygienists, and the very knowledgable doctors. I also would like to add that the waiting area, the procedure rooms and the amenities are kept very clean. Honestly , I had reservations about an dentist office being located in a strip mall , but they proved me wrong everyone there is very caring and professional! I had 3 rushed root canals done over a year ago 1 of the 3 root canals was done improperly I remember when the orthodontist was doing this last particular one she struggled with fitting the crown and to say the least she forced it in. It is now infected and has a reoccurring abscess. It is uncomfortable and I don’t know what to do about it. I keep drinking warm salt water & try to avoid eating on the left side. I have no health insurance so I cannot be seen without a large payment.. ridiculous

When I was a kid, I had a bad experience at the dentist. He hit a nerve without any pain shot. Since then I only went to the dentist when I had to. Thanks to my dental insurance, I found Perfect Dental in Chelmsford. This dentist office is a godsend to me. My dentist has a very calming effect on me. I don't stress with my hands white knuckled on the hand rest. They remain on my tummy, and I am relaxed. If you are scared like I was. You will not be disappointed here. Give Heidi and the staff a call. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Dr Divya Swarup is awesome! Moved here from California and found her. I’m very picky when comes to my routine Dental cleaning. Dr Swarup is gentle during the whole process. She managed to get coffee stains out too! I’m happy and satisfied only after seeing her twice. She’s my favorite dentist and will not find another. Thank you Dr. Divya Swarup.

Having a tremendous fear of Dentist I put off much needed dental work. I made an appointment with Dr. Choksi with the help of the friendly front desk staff. I arrive at my appointment and the nerves kicked in, but the super-polite front staff put me at ease. Once seated in the dental chair, the assistant and the Doctor were incredible. Always checking on me as the numbing agent took effect and the procedure was over super fast with no pain. The following day the staff even checked in on me to see how I was doing. If this was the first dentist I went to knew I would of never developed a fear. Dr. Choksi, her assistants and the front desk were incredible.

****DO NOT COME HERE***** I had an appointment for a 6 month cleaning procedure. DR.Setu Choksi was the doctor assigned to me when I arrived. The office was very busy and she was rushing thru my cleaning. When I left I was very unhappy because I was all wet and felt she did not do a good job. A couple of days later I felt some pain on tooth #24, as well as I had a small ball on my lower gum. I went back to be checked and was told I had an abrasion and was given antibiotics for 7 days. Then I went back again because I still had pain for something Dr.Setu Choksi had caused by her dental malpractice.Then they gave me more antibiotics and a incision was made to release the bacteria in the small ball. I then went to a different office and was told I had to see a specialist for some dental work. I called Dr. Setu Choksi office and spoke to the receptionist and they said they would call corporate to see what they can do about the work I will be needing and after they would call back. They never called back. I will be filling a dental malpractice lawsuit against them. Do not bring your loved ones Here!!!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I have major anxiety when is comes to the dentist but every one from the front desk staff, hygenist, and the doctor definitely put me at ease! Usually when I come in for a cleaning my gums always tickle which makes my head jerk and sometimes stab my gums ouch! It was so refreshing to have an experienced gentle hygenist. I was so thrilled! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I chose this practice as it's close to my work. I went in today as a new patient and discovered that 2 other patients also had appointments at the same time I did. (After waiting 30 minutes while one of the employees managed to leave and come back with her lunch) When asked how many hygienists they have I was told 'none'! The one and only dentist cleans your teeth and the dental assistants take X-rays. The girl at the counter was inept and was barely audible when answering my questions. I asked how the dentist was able to clean my teeth at the same time as the other patient's teeth and also able to fit the third patient for his dentures......all at the same time? I was given some bs answer that was illogical and walked out. So, back to Westford where they run a great practice of professionalism. This practice is new and I predict will be out of business before years end.
