I did the zoom teeth whitening here, excellent results, my teeth turned from kinda yellow to bright white in 1 hour. “Jamie” did a very good job you’ll be lucky if you get her. Great customer service, all the workers here are very nice. Definitely recommend.

High recommend. Professional and courteous staff. The dentist are super down to earth. I’ve been a patient of this practice for over 5 years. I’ve always seen the same dentist unless she was on vacation. The dentist has always listened to my needs and made me feel as if I was her one and only patient. So many of my family & friends go here too!! Love love love

Jaelynn Dozier

Took away my fear of the dentist. Such a friendly environment

Jarrett Skelly

They rushed everything. Didn't go over my x Rays with me. Seemed like they wanted me out of there fast lol . They didn't even go over a treatment plan with me. I left the office with as much questions as I came in with.

This place is the worst business I have been to hands down. Not only from my experience, but from several others who had the unfortunate experience of using this place. They pulled all of a patient's top teeth within a half hour and billed his insurance company over $3500 for a half hour of brutal work, and left him in pain for days later. When they did fillings in my teeth, they did not care to be neat and do good work only quick, the fillings ended up hardening over the space between multiple teeth, so food would now get stuck between teeth and I couldn't get a string of floss between anymore. When I forced the floss between it broke the fillings out with it. The partial retainer I got done was off I could not bite down without and have my teeth touch in the front while smiling because the back was sized wrong and they made the tooth much longer than the matching one on the other side. And when I told them this, they tried to grind it down because they didn't want to do it again, and when it wasn't fixing the problem, Dr. Mahadi just pressured me to settle with it, and stopped coming in the room and had her assistant ask me if it was better every 5 minutes without attempting any changes. They did not put novacaine in the right spot and she attempted to scold me when I jumped because I could feel the drill grinding my teeth and nerve. I highly recommend to stay away from this place, they are looking to bill your insurance for as much as they can and boot you to the curb. Oh yeah, and they tried to tell me I needed these teeth pulled before they filled them, thank god I got a second opinion before I listened to the staff of "Imperfect Dental." Dr. Mahadi is rude and takes no pride in the quality of her work.

Absolutely terrible. They have no idea what they're doing and cause more damage with their so called attempts of fixing whatever issue you have.

My boyfriend went to perfect dental to have a tooth looked at. Everything seemed fine at check in and so on. He was taken back okay fine no biggie. He comes out tells me that he needs to make an appointment to have it pulled then hands me a prescription. He has allergies to certain medications and he wasn’t sure if the prescribed meds would cause a reaction. I looked at him like he 10 heads and said NO YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO THAT! Took the prescription to the desk and a nice girl asked if she could help. I said yes he was prescribed this and he’s allergic to “such such” so he can’t have this. He can’t have anything that contains this. She took the prescription to the doctor and the doctor had the nerve to tell my boyfriend that the prescription he was given was not the same medication as the one he was prescribed. Hmmmmm I BEG TO DIFFER. I stormed out telling my boyfriend to get the xrays they had taken today and I called my own dentist elsewhere and set up an appointment with someone who actually knows what they are doing. NEVER AGAIN WILL HE BE GOING THERE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE PROPER TREATMENT!

I brought a friend who is petrified of the Dentist to have a few teeth extracted. The staff at Perfect Dental are friendly and accommodating to their patients. Dr. Sabah Mahadi was amazing and her assistant Adrea Daigneault was also reassuring and efficient. The entire staff go out of their way to make everyone’s visit as comfortable as possible. I would have no problem recommending them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work!

My experience was easy, the Dentist pulled 10 or 11 teeth and the assistant Adea was unbelievably nice and comforting.

Jaszy S

Wouldn’t take my family to any other Dental practice! They really cater to the entire family !

I am disgusted and appalled at the behavior displayed by the staff at this practice. I accompanied a friend of mine who is in treatment for a substance use disorder. He simply wanted a cleaning. The woman at the front desk said that x-rays were a standard part of the exam. My friend again stated he only wanted a cleaning. He also said that he had heard that some people who are in the same treatment facility he is have had bad experiences here - that the practice's first inclination is to extract teeth. In reponse to this, the woman said the following: "You wonder why they have all their teeth pulled out-- they're all drug addicts!". Never in my life have I seen such a cruel display of blatant ignorance and unprofessionalism. Should the administration care to hear more about this incident and the employee who made this slanderous remark, please reach out to me. I would be more than happy to provide corroboration or whatever else is necessary to ensure something like this NEVER EVER happens again.

Dr Mahadi & her team are super nice. They have addressed all of my oral health concerns without me mentioning a thing. Definitely make this practice your dental home

I went here for a cleaning..was told all is well . I had said my teeth can sometimes get sensative, is there anything I could do. The dentist suggested 'sealants'..I could consider getting my back teeth sealed..this would help with the sensativity etc. I didnt choose to get the 'seals'. Fast forward a few months, I bring my daughter to get her teeth cleaned. All is well.. but perhaps I would consider getting her back teeth sealed as to prevent any cavities..We decided to just try one seal on 1 back tooth. So the girl who'd cleaned my daughters teeth, went ahead and did just that, applied 1 seal. She had taken the air tool and dried the tooth then applied this apoxy over the top of the back molar and cured it with a light...she had explained prior each step of the sealant process which I thought was very nice..to put my mind at ease..seeing I had explained I really didnt want anything on my teeth or my kids teeth....but as she applied it, i caught right away that she didnt hold that light long enough (she had said the light would need to be held over it for 30 seconds+) but shrugged it off..who am I to know how the system works? Once done, we leave and appx 2 hours later my daughter pulls this white crunchy substance from her mouth..as she takes it out it is apparent it is the sealant. I didnt bother calling..quite honestly i did not want to have to go back there. To have it reapplied or told 'it' wasn't the sealant? Two days after that appt. I had taken my son there to get his teeth cleaned..and a tooth pulled. We wait for a half hour in the waiting room..wait another 15 mins inside the treatment room. My son has his teeth cleaned, which took 5 minutes, then the dentist checks it..we agree he needs the baby tooth pulled..which was already hanging and had been for a little while-it was ready to come out. They leave us in the room waiting another 25 minutes. My son, 4, is being a good sport but I am getting agitated. Once his tooth is pulled, we leave and check out- And stupid me decides 'hmmm i will make an appt to get my teeth whitened.' The day before my appt, they call to confirm and leave me a message saying I can come in, get my cavities filled before the whitening procedure. I call back, confused! This is the first time I am hearing about any cavities for me?! So i question the receptionist-she then puts me on the phone with the girl who'd cleaned my and my kids' teeth..I explain..I had my appt, I left and was told I am all set no cavities..the only thing the dentist has suggested while I was there in the chair was about putting sealants on some of my back teeth etc- This girl tells me "No, We would never suggest to an adult to have sealants..thats for kids, you mean bonding." Where I said ' ahh no, i remember she said sealants' The girl overpowers the conversation and repeatedly said that I was mistaken, I was confused, and insisted I didn't hear right etc. This was when I let her continue and said ok, I will call back. No way Never am I going back there. The waiting, the rudeness of insisting I didnt know what I was talking about, added to the fact my daughter's sealant came off within hours of its application. Then accusing me of having cavities all of a sudden that needed fixing. Naa...just shady. I will go to milestones dentist for my kids from now on.

If it's your first visit to the dentist in a long time, this is the place for you! Everything explained as you go. You walk out with a written game plan. And it is your game at your speed. Would recommend to anyone I know!

1. First visit not much to report, normal dentist experience. 2. Cavities filled: I went to get some cavities filled, the male doctor who is very strange, gives me a limp wristed handshake (which ok, maybe he didn't mean to that time but upon subsequent return trips delivers the same limp, "welcome you plebian I am your tooth god" hand hold) and talks in a soft frail tone to which I find myself saying... "I'm sorry what?" 3 times before I can really atune to what it is he's saying. Ok so, he lies me back in the chair...nice slow, puts the pre-numb numb on....we wait. Then when he comes back in the room with the Novocaine, he haphazardly and unintentionally wields the gigantic flesh sword about my mouth as if he were testing the fudginess of baked brownies. He finally injects some Novocaine in my gums. Then time immemorial goes by, and my entire face and eyes are numb. My eyes. 3. After keeping up with brushing and even starting to floss I get an infection in my gums! I go to Perf Dental Again even though after getting most of my teeth filled I can't eat correctly for a good 2 months and my teeth are prone to deep, throbbing pain. Of course this gum infection is my fault because I smoke, even though I've smoked all my life and gone to the dentist very little. They give me anti biotics. And another round of Sado Needlism. And a little bit of water picking and we're good. 4. Infection is still not gone: I go back and tell the dentist about what's happening, this time it's a completely different person. She has no idea what I'm talking about. There is no record I guess, and she is way too busy with another patient to even do anything about it. And then she tells me in no uncertain terms that I need, NEED a deep clean that MassHealth doesn't cover and we can discuss the payment options upfront. She attemps to write me a few prescriptions attempts to....but as it turns out she didn't include any directions, she um, wrote the name of a medicine on a perscription paper.

I've gone to this dental office a few times. First time was for my cleaning. The dentist was very helpful and patient. The assistants were nice and upbeat. I've always been scared of going to dentists but they made me feel very comfortable...they helped take my mind off the dental work. I just went back for a filling and looks like there's a new asistant who was pretty knowledgeable when i asked her questions. They work well together and make it a fun experience. I'll be coming back and will bring my coworkers. I'm just glad we finally have a great dentist to go to.

The female dentist and hygenist were very good. They were friendly and explained everyting to me quite nicely. The office staff at the front desk were another matter ( horrible and unfriendly). I am in a wheelchair and struggled to get thru the door and up the ramp to the front desk (to check in) and the 2 girls at the front desk just sat there chatting and watching me struggle to get in the doorway and up the steep ramp. This happened on 2 visits and both times finally another patient got up and came and helped me. Neither receptionist smiled and they seemed like they would rather be anywhere but there.

Have been going for many years .I take my granddaughter too Has been a great place for us.

Worst dentist office ! First the reception are so rude and disrespectful and second the assistants are not friendly and not professional! They don’t welcome you and they do things like if they don’t want to be there all mean and want to leave from that place like they just rush things and it makes you feel horrible and third the dentist doesn’t even explain to you what they see on your xrays she just went straight to my mouth and said oh I see some cavities and to come to make a appointment and then she clean my mouth and left ! She didn’t even bother to ask me what concerns I have and she didn’t even check my X-ray at all

yang song

If your money is not won from lottery, don't go to this place. This is absolutely the worst dentist I've seen. Without seeing my x-ray results, the dentist has already tell me to pretty much extract all my teeth. I receive a 'treatment plan' with a crazy charge on it from front desk before leaving and no one walk me through what exactly the problem is. This is just too obvious that they are trying to make money not to treat patient well. First time going there and definitely my last time there. Also highly suggest people don't go.

Amanda Melendy

I wouldnt reccomend going here to anyone not even my worst enemy, the dentists do shoddy work and only certian assistants actually care and take the time to listen to you. Ive had TWO fillings fall out from this place, while the assistant was holding the UV light talking about her love life to the dentist i tried to let her know that i could feel the heat from the light and it was not on the filling, she dismissed my concern and kept talking about her relationship issues. About a month later my filling fell out i immediately called and booked an appointment to have it refilled. Upon getting there i told them i was in extreme pain and i could see where the filling was missing using my mirror. The dentist shoved his metal hook right into it without even using numbing gel! Then numbed me with the gel i sat for about 15 minutes and waited for his return when he came back he said that they needed to do a cleaning before they could refil my tooth, i stated it was fine as long as they filled it after. They numbed me for the cleaning and waited untill after to tell me that i was "bleeding too much" and had to come back for the filling because they had other patients waiting. When mind you i booked an Emergency appointment. My second filling has now fell out and its extremely painful but i will and would never return to this place. They tried telling me i had all sorts of things wrong when since ive gone to a different dentist and they havent noticed anything that these dentists were claiming i had. Seriously do not go here dont bring anyone or reccomend anyone to this dentist office they are shady, rude and money hungry at every turn they ignored my request for a new filling, claiming i needed repeated cleanings and deep cleanings. This place is highly unprofessional with a rude staff.
