I went in to see Dr. Scott to get a chip in my front tooth fixed, which took at the most 15 minutes and it looks great! I complained of one of my molars bothering me. Dr Scott took the time to x-ray my tooth as well as took a picture to show me where the cavity was. We discussed all options identifying the least costly to most costly and we reviewed the benefits of each together. I appreciate the professioanlism of the staff, they all truly care! Elise took the time to schedule an appointment that worked for me and my schedule. They are all committed to providing the best customer service. All of my family see Dr. Scott, we would not go anywhere else!

As a patient who has a high level of anxiety when going to the dentist, I can't say enough about Dr. Siemen and his staff. They always set me at ease and make the procedure as comfortable as possible as well as listen to any questions or concerns that I have. If not for Dr. Siemen and his staff, I would not have the level of good oral health that I have today.

My daughter just found this practice for me yesterday and they gave me an immediate appointment. I had such anxiety going to a dentist as I had allowed my dental issues to be overlooked for quite some time due to a serious illness that I thought I would not recover from. This practice welcomed me and were so kind and understanding, yet very professional. I plan to go back and address all of my issues with Dr. Siemen. I would also like to recommend to anyone else that has anxiety issues regarding seeing a dentist, to see this practice as you will be amazed with the reception of Dr. Siemen and his entire staff including Sue and Elise! I've always had a fear of going to the Dentist so I didn't go for 10 years. I was shaking just making the phone call until they picked up the phone and were so friendly and nice. Paxton Dental has made me feel so comfortable and really knows me and how to ease my fears of just getting a cleaning. I started off having to get sedation to keep calm and now I can say that I no longer need it thanks to them! I make sure I refer anybody I know looking for a Dentist to go to this place. If I could give 10 stars I would. To anyone who ever had a bad experience at a dentist, I swear, you will not ever have one here. I have never had a bad experience here. I was a dentist avoider for a very long time prior to entering the doors at Paxton Dental Care. There is never any wait, everyone is nice and professional and every time I have any dental work done I am very happy with the results. Going to a dentist can be actually quite a nice experience. As someone who has a ridiculous fear of the dentist, I can say that these folks are unbelievable! My family has been going here for years, and we would continue even if I had to commute an hour to get here. Dr. Sieman, Sue, and the entire staff make you feel like you're going into a spa, not the dentist's office. All that's missing is a nice glass of wine--just make sure to brush afterwards!

I have never had an initial dental experience like the one I had a Paxton Dental on 3/17. The only way I can describe it is by using the word "patient-centered." Every single thing they did was predicated on what would be most comfortable and acceptable to me. The result was an unhurried 2 HOURS of getting to know each other, taking a history and collecting other data, and setting up a plan. I don't think I have ever walked out of a dental office feeling more relaxed and reassured than I did that day.

Fabulous dentist, staff, and facilities providing great service for myself and my whole family. Today I had a scheduled cleaning with the amazingly thorough and gracious hygenist which went very well (no cavities). But I have had fillings and caps and such ...and the service is excellent and the equipment is quite modern (like a 3D "printer" of sorts to make new caps that are exactly like your original tooth). And the anxiety reducing techniques ... heat pads, massage pads, music of whatever sort you like, eyeglasses to watch movies, etc ... I love. Truly ... first rate dental care. Highly recommended.

I am not a fan of the dentist. However, the staff at Paxton Dental are fantastic. Lindsay is my hygienist and she is amazing. She is gentle and always asks how I'm doing during my cleaning. I definitely recommend requesting her if you have anxiety about dental cleaning due to tooth sensitivity.

I had the pleasure of going to Paxton Dental Care for the first time today. Yes, I said pleasure. I am a huge baby when it comes to going to the dentist. But everyone there was so welcoming and warm and had a way of putting me at ease, that not only do I not dread going back, I actually look forward to it.
