I would like to share my experience with dental all in one implants. This was the best decision I made. It gave me my life back. Being able to eat anything and everything like I used to. The cost is so worth it because I ended up paying for 3 sets of dentures in 7 yrs. That is half of cost of implants and dentures sucked. I recommend the all in one at our dentist in Chicopee they are very caring and professional and affordable well worth getting implants versus dentures just for the sake of hassle free from I'll fitted dentures. I highly recommend Our Dentist .

The experience was professional and various tests were done. The cleaning was done well. My only issue is that Dr. Mitesh left and I was not aware of this. I would of appreciated a letter sent home to me in regards to the change of a new dentist.

Best Dentist Ever! He’s so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable, knowing how difficult it is for some to go to the dentist. Office is very clean and his hygienists are very friendly as well! All around a great place to go too! Highly recommended!

I am afraid of dentist. Regardless of the procedure. The dental hygienist was as gental as possible. I will be returning as I have more work to be done. I would recommend this office. I still fear the dentist but am a little less afraid.

Poor customer service from the front desk staff. I found out from my insurance company that they overcharged me on a dental procedure (by several hundred dollars). They refused to correct the problem, let alone, address the issue. They canceled several of my scheduled appointments without telling me only to have me drive there and then inform me. The list of poor service goes on and on. Avoid this place if you expect good customer service and honest professionalism.

Joke!! Had an appointment to get two teeth extracted. They called to confirm the appointment the day before. I get there for the staff to tell me that the dentist is gone! But we can xray if you want! Bye you suck

I have always had a bad experience at the dentist office but when I came to Our Dentist, they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They made the whole process as least painful as possible. This place is great. I'm really glad I found them. I'm done searching for a good dental office now that I've found Our Dentist. Very happy with my experience.

Experience was excellent, from the front desk to the dentist working on you staff was friendly n knowledgeable explaining everything step by step before n after they worked on you . As far as cost like anything else in life you get what u pay for. I personally would recommend this office for any dental procedure you may be looking to have done.

I had a missing molar and wanted implant. I had a great experience with the surgery-had absolutely no pain and now I can't even tell wich tooth was replaced-looks completely natural. I highly recommend this practice.

My Grandmother Was Going To A Horrible Dental Office Who Wanted to Take Out Two Teeth Over A Small Issue. We Left and Found Our Dentist! Best Thing That Has Ever Happened My Grandmother Has Her Teeth Fixed Now And He Made Her Molars So She Can Eat A Variety Of Things Unlike Before! The Staff is Friendly And Polite They Welcomed My Grandma And We Havnt Been Anywhere since Then!

Dr. Mitch Brahmbhatt was extremely rude to me at my appointment this morning 5/9/17 at 830 AM. I was given this appt to be able to have an exam( bad tooth pain) and be able to go over my options. They had it as a cleaning. There mistake again, not mine. They are so lost their, it's one thing after another with them !! When I was talking to the doctor, at one point for absolutely no reason he says to me that it isn't his problem that I had to wait for a procedure that cost thousands of dollars, that it's mine. He was extremely very rude to me the entire time for no reason. What actually happened: He asked me why I didn't go for my root canals yet and I told him that I had to wait to save up over $4,000 before I could call for an appointment to get them done. While I was still talking he says "well that's not my problem, it's yours" He was the rudest doctor I've ever come into contact with ever !! Would NEVER REFER ANYONE TO GO THERE EVERY !!!!

The place leaves you with to many unanswered questions. Put 4 implants in and was done in 2 hours and I left with the same denture I had when I came in. To top it off the Dr. Sends me home with Motrin. I thought he was kidding. Wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

I had a childhood injury in my front tooth and needed an evaluation. They had a CT scan and radiologist diagnosis done within 24 hours. The same day I had great looking crown done. I am amazed with the technology and efficient. The crown looks exactly like my next tooth. My wife is so happy that after 15 years I can smile freely.

Karla from Our dentist told me they are no longer accepting mass health since August 2017 and now she was trying to scam me out of $939 for a cleanse plus x ray which who knows how much that would be. This place is a rip off!!!!

Dr. Mitesh did a very good job with my implants. He place 8 on the top and 8 on the bottom with bridges. I am very happy with my implants, I've had no problems with them. I am able to eat anything I want and have had so many compliments on my new smile. I love it! Thank you Dr!

They essentially refused me service because I could not give them $700 on the spot. I required antiboitics that would have cost me $668 out of pocket. She hygienist seems very irritated that I would not blindly sign a payment contract at 7:30 am. I also have a cavity (covered by insurance) that they WOULD NOT fill until I had the $700 treatment. They were nice and all, just make sure your teeth are perfect or bring lots of cash. I'm not going back.

Very diligent service. Dr. Explains very well and thoroughly. Initiall review edition. Office dropped the ball with billing. After nearly 2 years of visiting the office We have had an ordeal with the billing. Staff or management are very confused or at least work very diligently to confuse clients. At first bills were supposedly settled then you got mail stating you owed them considerable amounts. Calling and visiting the office yield no results as to what or why you owe them getting explanations such as “we changed the system and that’s an error” “you paid in full during your last visit” to later get a letter from a collections agency. Can’t appreciate service like that. This happened to me and my wife. Hope they get to fix that for other clients since we have moved on.
