I felt it was important to post a review of this dentistry, because all of the reviews are positive, and I have had a terrible experience. I don't know if they get the bad reviews taken down or everybody else loves this place or what. I went here for 4 years. This is the worst dentistry I've ever been to. My hygienist told me to focus on brushing technique, so I asked her to confirm which way to angle the toothbrush. I thought this was a fairly simple question. She googled it on her computer, in front of me, and opened a wiki page with tooth brushing techniques. She couldn't answer which way to angle the toothbrush, at the gum line or away from it. This place is especially bad because you need either a good hygenist or a good dentist. Usually I don't even see the dentist when I go here. Of my last 8 visits, I only saw the dentist one time. Dr Howell was not especially friendly and seemed rushed. So the person doing the cleanings is not knowledgeable about the field, and nobody is checking her work. I do not know my hygenists name, but she had an accent and graduated from QCC (the diploma is on her wall). I believe she was in the first room on the right when you turn left down the hallway. Be sure to avoid this hygenist if you go here. Also, the old lady who works at the front desk booked my appointments wrong in the computer twice, so I showed up and I wasn't scheduled, even though I had the little reminder card they give you and was there on the correct day. If you are under 50, I would especially avoid going here. They won't treat you well.

I've been going to see Dr. Howells here for years and it's always been a great experience. The staff is friendly, the office is very clean, and they even have TV's on the ceiling to keep me entertained while I'm in the chair!

I used to go to a dentist in Cleveland, where I had not so great of an experience, Cerec crown (they prep the tooth and make the crown all in one session) was an unpleasant experience to say the least... I met Dr. Crowley almost 2 years ago, started with routine visits and when I needed a crown she told me she will be using Cerec ! I was skeptical ! let me tell you, 90 minutes, excellent color and shade, no pain, no sensitivity, no hassle, wonderful staff, clean office, great experience over all :))) I am sending my whole family there now !!!!

However, I've been bringing my 96 year old mother to them for the past 7 seven years and I can't say enough how absolutely wonderful and caring and sensitive they are with her!
