On several occasions they have treated me like I am stupid. I've been going to this place for years, since they were across the street in a smaller facility, sad to say they have went downhill.

The front desk team is awesome !!!! Such a great employee team. They are friendly, caring, very attentive, informative and they treats their clients with so much care. Last time I visit the center they treated me so great, I lost count how many times I thanks them. Shoutout to the front desk team because they were very patience, nice, calm, and sociable with everybody who walks inside the center and took care of each clients needs.

Please don't go with the reviews. The staff is rude and bunch of liars. They will cancel your appointment by saying lies. There was a single Doctor running around for 4 to 5 patients. They are just money making machines. If you go with pain in your tooth, the doctor says its part of aging. They don't value for the patient. I don't understand how they got 4 plus star on google. If you look everywhere on Yelp and Facebook, they have horrible ratings. Please don't visit this place.

Good dental office. I have been going here since I was 10 when they were at the other location near KFC in Park Avenue and the Check Exchange. I broke my last lower back tooth on the right side and was worried. I called and they took me the next day, did an xray and a filling. I love the dentist I have been seeing for years. The staff is okay but the dentist are great and they really do care. So far so good will keep going here. Other than that it is a little expensive but, that has to do with the dental insurance and make sure that you are getting done what you actually need on your teeth. I had a filling that came out on one of my teeth without noticing and a cavity was eating away on it so much so I was told I needed a crown. However, I didnt need it. They suggested it because the cavity had eaten all the way near the root of my tooth. I still got the filling I wanted and the tooth is good with no pain for 2 years already! And on top of it I didn't have to get the root canal and crown! yay!

This is the WORSE dental office. They have 100% lied to me and my insurance company. Please take note the the dentist I see/saw was incredibly kind and helpful, it is their administrative staff who are complete jerks. Repeatedly sending bills for FULL payment on an exam thats covered by my insurance company who they NEVER submitted the correct information to in the first place. So upon calling ....again....to find out why im getting the same bill they stated they tried to run my insurance last week, so i called the insurance company who said they had not submitted a claim in multiple months let alone last week! One of thier office answers the phone as if its her personal cell phone and argues with you if you question her on anything. Megan FLAT OUT LIES They hung up on my insurance company rep, they hung up on me they stated they spoke to the "owners" about my claim because it was absolutely not their fault. Rude, and untruthful. If i want to be lied to and treated like crap I would go sit at the RMV for a few days.

Worst dentist office I have ever been to wouldn't send my worst enemy there the dentist and the hygienist were very rude you can tell they simply did not want to treat me or see me at all I was very uncomfortable I would never ever go back to that place they told me nothing was wrong I needed a deep cleaning that my insurance wouldn't pay for that cost almost $2,000....I went to another dentist 2 days later because the pain in my mouth was so unbearable I found out I actually had a tooth and gum infection that needed treatment.....WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..... if you actually care about your teeth don't go there

There is nothing worse than a company (in any field) that not only doesn't stand by its work, but ribs from it when things go poorly. I've spent over $5000 at this office and now a root canal, done a couple year ago, has become infected. An X-Ray shows that the root canal was mid handheld (confirmed by another dentist at this office). The office manager promised to look into it and after 1 month, I had no updates. The pain is becoming excruciating and I'm noe being told "not our problem" since that dentist is no longer there. I've literally never been treated so poorly in my 50 years. Not only does this office do horrible work, but they're scam artists on top of it. Find a new dentist.

STAY AWAY FROM DR. FOOK!!!!!!!!! Ok so I went to this dentist 3 years ago and paid out of pocket for a crown which as you know is A LOT of money. Everything was fine of course and then the put the crown on and I could feel something wasnt right like the tooth wasn't sealed all the way and I said that and the dentist continued to tell me it's fine and it will take a day or 2 to set well sometime had passed almost a year like 10 months and my tooth still didn't feel sealed and I was having sensitivity pain because my tooth underneath was exposed a little I called them and they said come in and we will check it out well I did and they Said everything was fine! Well everything wasn't fine because here I am almost 3 years later and I have to pay out of pocket again to get another crown put on because my new dentist exactly said "what idiot put this crown on" my sensitive pain is still there because of this tooth and now I need to get it completely re done so the tooth is sealed all the way so I have no more sensitivity all in all I've spent 4000$ on this tooth when i should have only spent 2000$ it should have been done right the first time especially when I said something wasn't right and I even went back. These dentists do not care about your mouth and they simply just want your money. ESPECIALLY Dr.Fook except you can take out the Dr. Part because she's the biggest Idiot of a dentist and she has no idea what's she's doing she was the one that worked on my mouth stay away from Fook or she will Fook up your mouth just saying find yourself a good dentist I highly recommend innovative dental in Liecester MA

Very professional environment, from the front desk team to the dentist's themselves. I think this is what counted/stood-out the most to me. My friend needed a dentist to work on his painful situation ASAP! I heard about this place from another friend a few days ago, and directed him to them after my experience. I believe"Jeilin G." did his intake, and found a new and excellent promotional plan. I think its called "PADC DENTAL SAVINGS PLAN" that worked out great for his financial circumstances at the moment (mine too, if you know what I mean). Its hard to find a reliable dentist you can trust with your teeth and pockets! Overall, very good people and great at what they do! Definitely recommend it to others...

Worst place i have ever been to. The girl spends more time watching t.v. then she does waiting on you. Went in a few months ago for someone to take a look at my wisdom tooth that had been giving me jaw pain for years. I was seen and the dentsist hadn't commented on my wisdom tooth. When i asked why she didnt say anything the hygienist said "i dont know, she must have not seen anything". Then i was told if my tooth/jaw hurt that much i should make a consultation for braces (which was a red flag). Come to find out they dont even do extractions. 3 stars for a clean place, the fact you're not seated in a room full of people to get your teeth cleaned, and my hygienist was nice, but not telling people you dont do extractions, hoping they will get braces from you guys is a bit messed up.

From the first time I went to P.A.Dental, I was greeted with many smiles from the entire staff. I was so relaxed, as most people are let's shy to visit any dentist. After my dental work was completed I had a small issue. P.A. Dental backs up their work 100%, as I had to return for a small issue and no charges for that return as stated above they back up their work . The purpose of the x rays is to indicate any suspicious decay or problem areas.....it is not to defraud the insurance companies! What nonsense! If that were the case, the dental center would have been charged and closed down. Listen, I've been going to Park Ave Dental for about 30 years and never once have I had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Everyone there is expedient and efficient. I've read some of the other negative reviews and from where I stand; are baseless. I would like to see Park Avenue Dental Center respond to these claims online. You will most likely find that the complainant has no merit.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS. The company is charging MASS HEALTH for unneeded x-rays just for simple visits like a cleaning. Also, stating it is a law is ridiculous and bullying patients into a service they do not want is illegal. Over billing is insurance fraud in the worst way financially, but demanding patients get over exposure to x-rays needlessly is outrageous and a violation of HIPPA laws. DO NOT USE THEM

I had used the same dentist growing up and she retired, and I was worried I wasn't going to find the same level of trust in another dental center. I'm happy to say everyone here has earned my trust, and they will have a lifetime customer in me. Been coming to Park Ave Dental for years. Their hygienists are not only incredibly thorough and competent, but also have great bedside manners. I love how punctual they are. I've never had to wait long for my appointment to get started. The staff does a wonderful job with letting you know about what needs to get done or what to keep an eye on. And they really do know their patients. I walked in for my regular 6 month appointment, and the girl who hasn't cleaned my teeth in a year recognized that I changed my hair color. Love this place, highly recommend.
