Over charged me for several procedures, charged 100 bucks for a 30 dollar tube of whitening, shoddy work. Put a filling over a tooth with decay. I went to a new dentist for rework. Used permanent adhesive on a temporary crown! Wouldn't release X-rays. Tried to make me pay for something that belongs to me.

Horrible. I went here a while ago for a root canal. Worse pain ever and worse experience ever. Then my dumb ass allowed him to do the crown which wasn't even close to the color of my tooth and wasn't fitted right for my tooth. Now a few years and 2500 dollar later my crown and the tooth underneath has shattered. So disappointed

It was a bumpy and turbulent process dealing with scheduling and front desk answering staff . If you want bar room brawl, this place will make you feel right at home . With the lack of sensitivity training of their non- clinical personnel, I chose to cancel my appointment and take my business elsewhere . ( I’m afraid to learn what’s behind closed doors after a battle with the frontline .

I went in today for the first time, and I was surprised at how thorough the dental hygienist was with the cleaning. I was even able to come back a few hours later for a filling. Dr. Shaw was great as well as the entire staff including the receptionist, he got me appointments that work well with my work schedule..This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had..☆☆☆☆☆.

Just like the others i am also not a fan of the dentist and hadn't gone for 3 years prior. Considering the amount of work that needed to be done in such a short amount of time i'd have to say this is probably my best experience with a dental office. The staff is very polite, not to mention accommodating to YOUR schedule. Overall one of the best dentist around!

When i was looking for a Dentist in Worcester,Ma i found Lincoln Dental and read everything on there web. page EXCEPT the reviews i missed that part now i am going back and forth with the management Paula . I originally went there for a new upper denture plate and a partial for the bottom ,they tried to talk me into removing 7 of my bottom front also but i insisted that wasn't going to happen so from there they took my impressions and when they came back i looked in the mirror they handed me and said it doesn't look like i have any upper teeth in they were so tiny like there was no Gum line i said to the dentist this isn't what they are supposed to look like .I chose Lincoln dental because of the things they wrote on how they will give you a beautiful natural smile and that's not what they did the dentures were so paper thin that you could actually see right thew them . I asked what are these temporary the upper plate? they said no these are permanent by that time the assistant was in the little room that they do the dental work in and then the manager Paula came in also and all 3 of them with the Dentist were telling me they look great ,yes they look very good on you ,i am 53 years young and i have had dentures for many years now and i told them look at my original denture plate and the Gum line there was a huge difference ,i felt like i was cornered with them saying over and over they looked fine then Paula said you cant see some peoples teeth when they smile and again i looked and talked like i had no teeth in so i hurried and took them out and took my own upper plate and started crying and left crying . I wanted a new upper plate and a new bottom partal made at the same time so they matched up and so the bite would match up to be able to chew food properly . later a few days i called and asked Paula if they were going to fix this and she said if i would give them the chance they would fix them so i went back talked to the dentist again telling her what i wanted fixed about them that they needed to add a lot more Gum line to bring the teeth down so when i would smile you could see that i have teeth in my mouth OK so again she took another impression and at this point the dentist was very annoyed at me she said and showed me the paper that she wrote the instructions on that was sent to the place that make the dentures ,it was like she showed them to me as if she was saying it wasn't her fault that they were not made right it was the place that makes them that didn't follow her instructions and again they came back and it looked like they may have put a very very thin layer on top ,the dentist at this point when they came in i sat in the chair she came in and took the dentures out of a plastic bag ran them under a little water then put them in my mouth no cleaning them from were ever and who ever had there hands all over them and as she put them in my mouth she handed me a mirror and was gabbing with her assistant about a dress that one of them had ordered for a wedding and the dentist handed me the paper work and said bring it up to the desk . I have given enough chances to say the least and this is not even all that happened there my daughter also went to have all her upper teeth out and wanted a full upper plate and a partial plate and she is only 28 they made hers and when she came out she looked like she had really bad bucked teeth a bad over bite and i tried to show the same dentist that i had a picture of her when she had beautiful straight teeth and the dentist didn't want to even turn her head to look so they attempted to fix hers also and here we both are trying to get Paula to release the money back to our insurance because of shoddy work from either the dentist or were they send it ,one or the other . but with talking to Paula she said to give them another chance to make it right and it didn't happen to me or my daughter Amanda . I will write again to say if Paula the manager of Lincoln Dental if she releases my and my daughters money back to our insurance co. in FULL or not .

He handed me a sheet with some instructions. I hate pains and was prepared for it. Amazing! no pain, just a bit of pressure, very tolerable. Very satisfied. My daughter had sealants done. The dentist did a great job was very patient with my daughter it was her first time having any dental work done other than cleanings. Then for myself they were very efficient with the work being done for a crown.

While you will receive flexible hours and fast service here, it's not worth it. They arbitrarily charge you for dental work and hope you don't catch it. I would stay far away from them if you need anything but a cleaning.

I have always had a fear of Dentists, this office has been awesome, making me relaxed and comfortable to continue normal maintenance on my teeth. Paula my hygentist is the best and makes me want to come and helps me keep my out of the high maintenance dentist chair. They work honestly with me and my insurance when necessary, making recommendations that work for my budget as well. Would recommend them for anyone.

I dont recommend anyone to go there. Thier coustmer service is horrible. The doctors walk in to the room without even saying Hi, its like walking into a zoo. The equipments are very old, thier like from WW1. To get an X-ray of your teeth, they go to a diffrent room to click the button.

I went for my first treatment at Lincoln Dental. My dentist is Dr. Ennis. I have had nightmare after nightmare with previous dental care that i mentioned to the dentist. I told her my fears and my sensitivity to pain. She was extremeley gentle. I barely felt the novicaine needle which I always dread. She explained each step she took and let me have many breaks to swallow and regroup. I highly recommend this place for your dental care. If you have had bad experiences in the past it will stop when you come here. Thank you Dr. Ennis for your kindness and gentleness.

R. Hawes, I can feel your pain every time I went to Lincoln Dental I had a different dentist. I feel Frank at the front desk is unprofessional and useless as well as Paula. I stopped going there because of them. I had been seeing Dr. Voci since he started practicing. It is to bad that two people can make your life so miserable that you don't go back. I wouldn't recommend Lincoln Dental to anyone.

Although the staff is nice, they aren't the greatest choice for a dentist. When i went to the orthodontist they found out that one of my molars is going to fall out and grow really bad. They found this out through a dental X ray. Lincoln Dental could of found this out. This is not the best place to go to a dentist.

Untrustworthy. They do not disclose procedure and billing information. They will perform highest billable service without consulting you or allowing time for insurance approval. And they will xray you every time you walk in the door so they can bill your insurance. Also, in general, they have poor service. Low level teeth cleaning.

I had what I thought was a simple filling done and my insurance company said nothing was covered because of some previous work done on that very tooth and they also mentioned that if I had waited just a couple of months more it would have been covered. Lincoln said the default "We are not responsible for what your insurance does not cover" line. So 300+ out of pocket for filling work! Since Lincoln chooses to accepts my insurance they are certainly aware of what is covered and what is not and giving me a heads up would have been nice.

I had a pleasant visit. Fast but Efficient. Always friendly! Comfortable atmosphere and my granddaughters are very relaxed and trust their dentist. That is a PLUS!! UPDATE Months later.. EVEN THOUGH they usually do a great job, I am not happy with my upper dentures. The gums are too big and does not feel right. When They had me try on the wax copies they said the gums would not be this big but they did not change them. I have a small mouth with small teeth and have NEVER shown my gums when I smile...ever! I hope when I go back on Monday they will be able to fix this. I gave them a set of partials as a model to use. The partials were only missing my "fangs" so it was practically like a complete denture. The gums could go slightly bigger than the partials but NOT this big. I have seen many other people with their dentures and I worked with the elderly so I know what dentures should look like. I hope Monday's appointment fixes this problem. I have faith in you guys.... If not..well.. NOVEMBER UPDATE: I went back to see if they could do something about the dentures. I talked with the Lab Tech who does the actual work and he seemed to understand what I was trying to explain more than the dentist did. Four days later I got my new dentures and they are VERY close to what my real teeth were like as well as the partials I had previously. He did a FANTABULOUS job!!! Paula, the Dentist and her assistant were all awesome thru the entire situation. I don't know why the person above said Paula was unprofessional because they are so wrong! She was very pleasant, never nasty and never rude to me at all. Thank you everyone at Lincoln Dental! Now I can go to my Reunion with a confident smile!!

After making arrangements for childcare on a Saturday morning. I showed up for my appointment and was told that a voicemail was left to cancel my appointment. I never received a voice mail. Fast forward to the following week. Again, after arranging for child care. I get to my appointment and told only half the dental work can be done and the other half would require another appointment. I asked the hygienist to speak with dentist about concerns. She refused to let the dentist know my request. Left without seeing the dentist about my concerns. I don’t recommend this place. Very unorganized and not very customer service friendly.

I called in the morning to reschedule my kids cleaning appointment that day because we had an emergency and I was told that I had to call 24 hours prior for cancelation, so what they could do for me was I would have to go another day and have a sit in the waiting room and wait to see if they would have a no show or cancelation, resuming, I would have to wait with the chances of not being seing... Very agraveting, many unplanned things happen in life specially when you have kids, not counting that we have been going there for years and also having to wait when they are running late, so with that said I’m going to try and find another place

It was the crass, racist jokes that the doctor made while I was in the waiting room, regarding a female Asian patient that had come and left. I'm not sure if he thought he was alone with his staff but no one seemed to think he was funny

Only care about money. Just moved to Worcester so had to get a new dentist. Claimed I had 8 cavities when I've never had tooth pain and said they needed to redo a cap which had nothing wrong with it. I asked for the teeth numbers to get checked out by someone else and refused to tell me. Went to another dentist because I always take care of my teeth and was just seen at another 6 months prior who said I had nothing. The new dentist said no cavities, just minor decay in a FEW spots to be monitored.
