Manager was dishonest about cost of denture, and cost of dental surgery. I was overcharged a thousand dollars because of dishonest practices. Had to call insurance company and board before they deemed it different. the dentists were nice as well as staff, pretty office but dishonest finances is why.....

The dental hygienists are thorough in the cleaning and careful with the tools. Until I began my visits to Kerr, I dreaded having x-rays as I have an exceptionally sensitive jaw that often was scraped during the process. Here they are always very careful to place the x-rays in my mouth in a way that does not touch the bones on the inside of my jaw. No scrapes; no cankers!

Excellent cleaning but I did not appreciate the "upsell". My insurance covers the cleaning and x rays. They try to sell many services not covered by insurance. fluoride rinse, fluoride toothpaste etc. In fact, the hygienist painted the fluoride on without me agreeing to it and I was charged $47. I could see that she had the toothpaste out on the counter and I said Id like to think about it. She said "I'll take it off as I already added it to your charges".

I highly recommend Kerr Dental Associates. I have had Crowns, fillings, teeth whitening, and cleanings since I became a patient three years ago. All the work that has been done is top quality. One recent experience was a the replacement of a small filling in a front bottom tooth (# 28). The dentist spent extra time to get the filling perfect in terms of matching the color, having it blend in, not having any rough spots and the result is a filling that is invisible to the eye. I am very pleased with Kerr Dental. They also accept my Delta Dental insurance.

Due to my balance problem, I fell and bruised my right side of jaw the other day. I had hard to chew the food. I called Kerr Dental Associates for help. Their receptionist, appointment desk, and Lu Anne were very courteous and accommodative, and was able to see the dentist on same day even with their very busy schedule. What a PEACE of MIND I was able to have knowing right away that none of the teeth were broken and surrounding gum were damaged. Been dealing with a billing issue for close to a year. Seen the doctors twice during this time, pay my new charges each time, no issue. Both over the phone and in person they assure me that the charge has been taken care of. I have been in contact with a half dozen people in the office on this, and they all pass the blame to someone else. They apologize profusely each time. Yet here I am, receiving the same bill, for the same charge, once a month, again. Completely unprofessional, and I'm afraid its going to end up in collections, killing my credit score. I have no problem with the Dentists or assistants, but good luck if you have a billing problem.

This was my first visit to the office. The office is very neat, clean and modern. There wasn't a wait for my 9am appointment. They were actually waiting on me to complete my paperwork. Patti, my dental hygienist, came out to the waiting room and introduced herself, with a smile and a handshake, very reassuring for a nervous patient. Patti was amazing. She was very accommodating, and thorough. I saw Dentist Candace Walkowicz after my cleaning and she was very friendly, informative, and explained everything. The assistants were very pleasant too. The Front desk staff are professional & welcoming. My only comment would be that I assumed my next appointment would be booked with Patti, and it wasn't. I called and made the change when I realized it wasn't, once I was home. Perhaps just asking the patient who they would like to see would be helpful. Overall it was a great experience, and my fear of going to the dentist is lessened!

I recently moved to Plymouth and needed to find a dentist. I was extremely nervous due to less than favorable experiences in the past. The minute I walked into the office I was greeted warmly by the entire office staff. The Doctor's assistant entered the waiting room with a cheerful smile within 6 minutes after checking in. Dr. Candace Wolkowicz introduced herself in a genuine kind, caring manner. She listened to all my concerns and answered and explained in detail during numerous visits with confidence, patience and professionalism. Dr. Wolkowicz calmed my fears and gained my trust to a degree I never thought humanly possible. Her two assistants, Sabrena and Pascale were fabulous. They always took the time to listen to my concerns and complaints and never made me feel like I was being a difficult patient. Always with a smile and reassuring words helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Wolkowicz never suggested any unnecessary work and was very conservative on her treatment plan. This kind and gentle woman came into the office with her child on her day off because I was in pain. During our long journey together, Dr. Wolkowicz would check in with me via text. Teeth whitening hurts and it was like torture, I tried to stick through it all, but I’ll never in my life ever will do tooth whitening again . Just leaving a review here due to my experience here today. It’s usually very good with routine teeth work but today was torture. If you are getting $300 tooth whitening please keep in mind it will hurt and burn for 45 minutes while you are doing so. Every 15 minutes new bleach goes on and light goes on and it will burn the whole time. For some it is double the torture like getting sensitive teeth’s after. For me the process was torture. I got it done with Linda, I went back and Linda said you should have stop me so please just walk away from it once it burns. It’s not supposed to burn.

Love the team at Dr. Kerr's office. I've always been terrified of going to the dentist thanks to a really bad childhood incident. However since coming to Dr. Kerr, I am completely at ease. They worked with me to handle my anxiety and they completely explain exactly what and how they're going to do things. When I was unhappy about the service at one of my appointments, it was taken care of immediately so it wouldn't happen again. I also love Pam, my hygienist! She rocks!

I do not like going to the dentist and as a result, I often prolong time between visits. I also have very sensitive teeth, which makes it an uncomfortable experience for me. I found Kerr Dental online and made an appointment. They are located in the Pine Hills in Plymouth. The office is warm and pleasant, as are the staff behind the front desk. I had a new hygienist today who was very good at making me feel at ease and did a great job cleaning my teeth- and there was no sensitivity! I was thrilled with my visit. She reviewed my records and told of a tooth that may need a filling replaced. When the dentist came in he looked at the tooth carefully and said it's still in good shape, that they would monitor it, and at this time it does not need to be replaced! Again- thrilled. Also - I am always taken on time for my appointments - no wasting time waiting! Thank your Kerr Dental!

Long time customer. Had a thorough cleaning and oral checkup. Office staff very professional and thorough. Super clean, state of the art facility. I love that you can get a custom made permanent crown in one visit. They use a 3D scanner to scan your tooth and create your crown. They custom fabricate it while you are sitting in the chair and install that day.
