I vistited Gentle Dental Norwood for a consult to get a second opinion and I was pleasantly surprised to get such quality care. The entire staff was so attentive. Dr. Rabbat and her entire staff was phenomenal! I have been to many other dental offices but have never felt so comfortable. Dr. Rabbat truly cares and took her time to explain my treatment. I had a cavity that needed to have a filling placed she put me at ease and was surprisingly able to fill it same day which saved me another trip. I was totally comfortable during my procedure and didn't feel a thing! I will definitely be back and highly recommend Dr. Rabbat and her team!!

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this gentle dental! i was there 2 weeks ago to have a tooth pulled and Dr. Kilimashov and the nurse Carol are AMAZING! They were warm and welcoming, they explained exactly what they were going to do so i knew, and the procedure was quick and painless (and i haven't been to the dentist in years, so that says something that it was so painless). They are a fantastic team and i highly recommend them! Also Anna and Nima at the front desk are so very nice and welcoming they answer all your questions and are more than happy to help assist you with booking, insurance questions, etc. i am so happy to call this place my new dentist office and i will absolutely go back ! they make me wish i started going to the dentist a long time ago! Today i met with Dr. Pria is is phenomenal! she. very clearly explained everything going on with my teeth, potential options and never made me feel bad about my teeth or the fact that I haven't been to the dentist in years. she is very warm and welcoming and so kind. then I had Stephanie do a cleaning on my teeth and she is fantastic !! she was also very warm and welcoming. she explained every step of the process and the best part was she had me hold up a mirror and showed me how to properly floss my teeth and what angles and directions to brush my my teeth. Education is everything, the more i am taught the better i can do for my oral health. i am beyond satisfied with my experience and i cannot wait to go back ! i am someone who has been absent from the dentist for years and i have some fears of the dentist but those are gone now that I have found gentle dental of Norwood. if you are someone who fears the dentist or you haven't been in a while go here, they will help you, they won't judge you it makes a world of a difference! They are all lovely !

I got a quick appointment within a couple of hours of calling. Unfortunately they didn't take my dental insurance, but that didn't stop Dr. Kachka. She still took x-rays and prescribed me an antibiotic (as I have an infection) FREE OF CHARGE. She told me to comeback if I have trouble finding a dentist who will accept my insurance. And I'm actually considering paying her out of pocket because I trust her. I really wish this wonderful lady the absolute best, because that's exactly how she treated me.

I've been going to Dr Rabbat for years in Malden and I was so glad to hear she was moving to Norwood which is closer to my home! I've had many dentists but she is the best I've had. She is very patient and spends time explaining everything thoroughly. Her new office is very pleasant and sunny. I recently got my cleaning done in the new office along with my three sons. The staff was great and I was in and out quickly - that's very important with three kids! I'll be back next week for Dr Rabbat to a filling. My kids will see the orhthodontist there later this month. It's very convenient to have all the specialists in one office. Thanks Dr Rabbat for the great experience!

I was very skeptical about going to a chain type of place like this. Went for the new patient special of cleaning, xrays and exam for $57, I kept waiting for the up sell or told I had to pay extra for something, anything. To my delight nothing like that happened. From the Dr. to the extremely thorough Hygeinist and the super sweet girl at the front desk, everyone was wonderful. I am so pleased and hope anyone that's skeptical like I was tries this particular location. FYI you have to request to book your exam and cleaning back to back otherwise you have to go on 2 separate occasions.

I never visited a dental clinic. This was the first time I had come to this place and Dr. Minna Kachka had accepted me and looked after me so well. She is patient and special! No doubt my whole family will take care of the teeth only with her hands

Before becoming a patient at Gentle Dental, going to the dentist was an extremely nerve wrecking experience. I would get so much anxiety, I would postpone my appointments until absolutely necessary. My first visit at Gentle Dental was a crown I had neglected for months because of this fear. Dr Minna Kachka was so patient, informative, and gentle that I decided to return for more work I knew I needed. Since that first appointment I have been back for a root canal, several filling, another crown, deep cleaning and even an extraction! I went from cold sweat type of panic, to sitting in that chair like it's no big deal. The staff is so attentive and friendly, that everyone creates a perfect stress free environment for us worriers. The dental assistants made me laugh and kept me calm all throughout my visits. The hygienist Stephany, with her cheerful personality, does her absolute best to educate you about your dental hygiene and make you as comfortable as possible during the whole process! The experienced and professional dentists and specialist provided an impeccable service. Over all I am very happy I was able to find this place. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!!

Excellent experience from Joe at the desk, the x ray technician and most importantly Minna Kachka, the dental director. The introductory price got me to try them, and I was totally satisfied. I have had fillings, and 2 crowns and Minna did a great job. They were also very responsive to do emergency work. Very reasonably priced, will work with you, and are always pleasant. THANKS

I've been going here once a month for over a year now for my braces. Every time I am in and out pretty quickly. Everyone is always very friendly. The orthodontist Dr Smith is great, he never makes me feel rushed like some places and takes the time to answer any questions and explain things. Highly recommend this place esp if you are considering getting braces!

After many years of seeing a local dentist who consistently told me things looked good despite my teeth bothering me, I decided to try Gentle Dental. I did a lot of research and saw Gentle Dental in Norwood was very well rated. I was shocked when they found 8 cavities after my last dentist said all was fine. I didn't believe them at first, so I ended up driving 100 miles north to a dentist friend for a second opinion. After reviewing my teeth and Gentle Dental's notes, my dentist friend agreed with the findings of Dr. Kashka at Gentle Dental and said it looks like I'm in good hands. I've been going to Gentle Dental ever since and am very satisfied with the high quality care they've provided me. Dr. Kashka is a very good dentist and the whole staff is professional, smart, and friendly.

Not up front up about options and out of pocket costs during procedures. Staff was confused about which procedure was scheduled when I came in for a root canal offering an implant instead. While the dentists and technicians are gentle and competent, the lack of presentation of options and out of pocket costs left me wanting to take my next dental visit elsewhere.
