Had my first visit at Gentle Dental in Milford. The office is beautiful, very clean with all the modern technology. ( The x ray that shows your whole jaws and all of the teeth is really cool) The staff is really friendly and helpful. Dr. Kaur is very pleasant and knowledgable. I was nervous cause I hadn't been to a dentist for a long time ,but she made me feel very comfortable. Luckily I only had 1 cavity and need a cleaning. Thank You Dr. Kaur, I promise I will come back every 6 months for my cleaning and check up !

I had my permitted cap put on 2 days ago. I have never had any major dental work done in the past except a filling or two and cleanings. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I was a little nervous but, they made feel comfortable and relaxed. To me it didn't feel like those horror stories you hear about dental work. It was fine, quick and no pain. I am glad I switched from my dentist I had used for the past 5 years. I am extremely happy with them and the hours they keep.

Went in for an exam to have a tooth removed, the exam included {so I thought} a free teeth cleaning. After the tooth removal I made the appointment for the cleaning; when I went in, I was told that the my free cleaning would cost $1800. Stay away from this dental office in Milford Ma, the doctors are incompetent, because they failed to properly diagnose my exam, then tried to get $1800 for a service they claimed was free.

I had my 1st visit with Gentle Dental in Milford, MA today. I was nervous as I am with any doctor visit and plus the fact I hadn't been to a Dentist in a very long time, anticipation on what I was going to hear made me even more nervous! But the entire staff that I came in contact with, even just upon passing, were very nice! Excellent customer service! Couldn't ask for more than what they showed! From beginning to end I had a great experience! Needless to say, even though I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time, the dentist said she was very impressed how good my teeth and gums were, made me feel really good! Going back for a cleaning and consult to work on the spacing for my teeth. Looking forward to going back and working with them! Thanks for making my 1st visit a Great One!!

We took our son for his first visit to the dentist at Gentle Dental. He is 3 and as any toddler his age can be a little shy/difficult in certain situations (especially at the doctor). We had a great experience there. From the moment we arrive to the moment we left everybody was very nice, professional and caring. The receptionist/office manager is very welcoming. The dentist is very patient and knows how to talk to children. The assistant really puts you at ease, the hygienist is very nice too. Cherry on the cake for a 3-year-old, the treasure chest where he could get a little toy after his visit. That was a very nice touch. The office is brand new, clean and WiFi is offered, making it an agreeable environment. We'll be back for our son's next visit :)

The office is nice and clean (something you obviously expect from dental practice). The team very welcoming, Dr Kaur is really sweet and gentle ! I had my husband and son come as well, everybody left happy ! We will definitely come back for our 6 months recall +++ parking is so easy on the plaza.

I was feeling a little self conscious and embarrassed because its been a while since I had visited a dentist. The staff and especially Fernanda, my hygienist, was so kind and caring. My dentist retired and I am to new to Milford. I had a Dental emergency (painful cracked tooth) , it’s the Friday night just before Christmas and I didn’t. have a dentist to call. I took a chance and called their answering service and explained that I was not a patient. Within an hour a Dentist called me back, I explained my situation and he squeezed me in the following morning. Dr. Dani was great, he temporarily repaired the tooth and got me out of the pain and has since put a new crown on the damaged tooth. The reception staff, the Dental assistants & Dr. Dani are super nice. I am now a patient. Have a cleaning and whitening appointment set up next.

The staff here are excellent; very gentle and willing to take the time to explain things. They recognize that being in the dental chair may be traumatic for their patients and they deal with you accordingly. They also review the expense of treatment carefully and I found, after much searching, that they are less expensive than many similar practices, without sacrificing quality of care. I recommend the Milford Gentle Dental wholeheartedly.

thanks to the wonderful team at Gentle Dental of Milford mass, I now have my smile back. something I had lost for 9 years. They were very helpful In outlining a plan and executing it the way I wanted to get things done. I would highly recommend this Gentle Dental facility to anyone. there are other gentle dental facilities closer, and I trek out to this office for service. The staff is top notch, the care second to none.
