Vacationing in Salem from out of state (TN, we were far, far from home) when a dental emergency happened. Two chipped front teeth from a slip on the rocks at the beach! The staff at Gental Dental in Beverly was so helpful and worked with us through insurance issues and frantic "I dont know where anything is". They treated us like friends and my daughter's care was top notch. I highly recommend!

Had a really bad tooth ache over the weekend, took some advil, thought about going to the hospital and then I waited to see the Dentist at Gentle Dental of Beverly on Monday, they go right in, took some x-rays and within a half hour they had me going to root canal specialist as my tooth was really bad. Thanks Gentle Dental of Beverly for taking care of me.

Avoid the strip mall Dental Offices! I had this Office do a Crown in 2011 and it has come off every 11-12 months since it was installed. The most recent time was 2 months ago and again last night. Now Gentle Dental Beverly is telling me It needs to be replaced with a new Crown for $1000. Or have the current Crown recemented for $130. They don't stand by their shoddy work! My current Dentist said the reason it keeps coming off is it was done incorrectly. I have 5 other Crowns done by other Dentists 2 of which are 25+ years old and never had any issues. While I was in the waiting room another Patient came in to have a Crown recemented that Gentle Dental Beverly had done only 1 year ago. AVOID THIS STRIP MALL DENTAL OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.

No dental issue ever happens on a convenient day or time. Chipped a tooth on Saturday of Labor Day weekend and it needed to be addressed so no further damage would occur. Luckily, the Beverly office was open and had an appointment available. Holly booked me at the the earliest time, so that was great. The Dental Assistant (James) and the Dentist (Dr. Priya) took care of the chipped tooth quickly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly and I was out of there in very short order. The repair looks like nothing happened, so job well done!

GREAT service. I have loved both of my teeth cleanings. They are very professional and reasonably priced. They also are lovely people - when I lost my wallet they went above and beyond to get it back to me and called me personally to follow up on a billing question.

I normally don't bother to write reviews on Google; however, I was so impressed by my visit at Gentle Dental Beverly today, that I feel the need to share my experience. The receptionist was kind enough to call me 30 mins before my appointment to alert me that my hygienist was running a bit behind schedule in case I had anything else I needed to do, so I "wasn't stuck waiting." As it turns out my hygienist was barely behind schedule, was incredibly kind and assisted me with a solution when I explained that I could not afford x-rays. The dentist was professional and helpful. My whole visit was excellent all the way around. Incredible staff! 5 Stars!

Priyadarshini Raju, DMD highly recommended due to her professionalism. She has been my dentist for the past 2 years. I find it hard to visit the dentist but it's harder when work has to be done. I have had three crowns, a root canal, and an abscess done on me. Dr. Raju constant explanations of the procedures, concerns for my comfort, and steady hands has made my two years with Dr. Raju very positive.

Had an accident and my front tooth was knocked loose. I was so embarrassed about going back to work with a loose front tooth. My friend is a patient at Gentle Dental of Beverly and suggested I go there as the dentists have so much experience with cosmetic dental work and that the staff is great. I made an appointment as soon as I can. The Staff is great, the office is nice and the Dentists were awesome as they listened to my frustration and what I was upset about. They came up with a few different treatment options, I selected one I could afford and in a short time I was all perfect again. Later that night the Director Dentist called me at home to see if I was OK…Now that’s customer service at its best! Need a dentist…go see Gentle Dental of Beverly!

Upon moving here from another state I found it to be a challenge searching for a new dentist. Got some referrals from people but I just wasn't comfortable with the dentist or the staff. Face it, no one likes going to the dentist. I gave up and one day saw a commercial on TV for Gentle Dental here in Beverly. From the 1st day I walked in 4+ years ago it's been a pleasure. Michelle is the go to gal, she's professional and personable at the same time. I've had some emergency issues and Dr. Malquist has always found the time to see me the same day. Thank you for that, I appreciate it so much. If your seeking a great dentist with a staff that makes you feel like it's all about you, this is the place.

While going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, I am always grateful for the care and professionalism of the entire staff. I am currently seeing Dr. Priya and I continue to be impressed and grateful for all that she does in taking care of my aging teeth. She is kind, patient and is a good listener. A keeper for sure.

We love this dentist! We've entrusted the care of our teeth to this office for years now and can't say enough good things. Their dental hygienists are caring and thorough (we love Vanessa!). The dentist is kind and does an excellent job. We also recently brought our toddler and they did an amazing job in keeping her calm, explaining each step, and even letting her pick a toy out of the treasure chest at the end (which she STILL talks about!) The most horrible experience the level of incompetence is tragic. I took my son back to our family dentist and the X-rays they did at gentle dental were panoramic and did not need to be done on a 13 year old because of exposure to radiation but they didn’t care about my son they just want money, my son had several cavities one which was done to the nerve, my dentist said she should have taken care of that one first, but it was sheer laziness. The staff and dentist are incompetent, they canceled on me one day and when I reschedule and go to my appointment they tell me I have an extended wait time, so I went back to my own dentist who is amazing I wouldn’t take my dog here to have his teeth cleaned, they don’t care about their patients they just want money!!!!!

Gentle Dental of Beverly! What can I say…I finally decided it was time to have my cosmetic teeth makeover. I was between jobs, had a decent smile, not a great smile and wanted an awesome smile! I know I wanted to have a Dentist who had experience with Cosmetic Makeovers but would not “break my bank” I am so lucky to have found Dr. Adam Persky, the Dental Director at Gentle Dental of Beverly. He has just relocated back to New England from Las Vegas, where I found out his wife, Dr. Silva Battaglin, also a dentist (will be joining him this summer) have done so many makeovers, that they were the “go-to Dentists” for many Vegas models and celebrities and UFC Fighters. He sat with me, came up with a plan that was affordable and in less then a month, I had the smile I always wanted! Got the Job I wanted! And now have that awesome smile that has made me a new person. Great dental service! I had my tooth filling done with Dr.Priyadarshini and she did a great job.. I went back to the clinic for my root canal treatment and crowning. Overall I had a very good experience and will definitely recommend to my friends!!!

Great job done by Dr . Priya .. I was not happy with my previous dentist filling work which was done twice in the same tooth. Then Dr Priya was able to fix that problem and Till today I don’t have any issues with that tooth I’m impressed with her work and I will say she is the best in this line of work .. This location rips you off bad business practices i could not use an item they recommend I returned it it took the manager weeks to get back to me after calling several times to only hear that the corporate office was sending the check, I received the check and it was not for the amount of the item I returned. Don’t go to this place no customer service skills or very good business practices.

I am a new patient of Gentle Dental, i saw Dr.Majeed to do an exam and x-rays, she saw that i need fillings on my front teeth, she did them the same day, she did an amazing job, I was so impressed that i scheduled few more appointments with her for more work that i needed, I would highly recommend her to anyone to come to this office and also see Michelle for cleaning.

Let's for a moment disregard the fact that I had to pay for my husband to have his tooth removed again after he had it done here, by another dentist because they left shards of it in his gums. But, this place is horrible. The woman who runs the front desk and their policies are ridiculous! My husband very smartly switched to Tufts for his dental work after going here. I asked for his X-rays since we had already paid for them and insurance wouldn't pay for them again, not to mention he didn't want to expose himself to further X-rays. I inquired about getting copies of the digital photos that were his X-ray as Tufts said what they gave us was very poor quality (a 4x6 photo). They told me that I would have to pay $25. I mean, it's ILLEGAL to charge that much in MA but whatever. I paid it and she said she'd email us. Two weeks passed and I get the same crappy photo in the mail for my money. Not what I asked for. So I called and spoke with her. She said they'd send the email right out. Never happened. Well, the day before my husband's next appointment at Tufts, I drove here to see what the issue was. She said they couldn't do what I was asking because their computer doesn't work that way. Fine. Refund me. She said they couldn't! Excuse me? You can't give me what I paid for but you won't refund me! She said it's their policy not to refund any money and her credit card machine wouldn't do refunds (which is a blatant lie). So I exploded. I demanded either a check refund or a credit card refund and said I wasn't leaving without one. She said "well good luck with that". So I sat in the waiting room and refused to leave. Needless to say it eventually escalated and I left after making a scene. Wouldn't you know, by the time I got home, the email with the photos was there. Funny how it could be done all along! DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Dr. Malmquist and the staff at Gental Dental of Beverly, MA are incredible. They are professional,curious, and efficient. I have been dealing with this practice for about 4 years and I have a very complicated case that has required a lot of treatment and speciality care. Dr. Malmquist is a talented dentist who completely stands by his work. The staff are so helpful and have worked very hard to help me with my case. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just relocated to Beverly Mass and needed a new “good” dentist. I looked online and read the Google reviews for Gentle Dental of Beverly. All good reviews so I give them a chance. Great choice…what an awesome staff, nice office, great and experienced Dentists and they have many dental specialists that come to the office, so If you are looking for a great Dental office with Great Dentists, go to Gentle Dental of Beverly.
