My experiences at Fiorillo Dental are always very positive. The reminder system is great because it keeps me on top of my schedule. Every hygienist I've encountered have been very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer great tips to keep my gums and teeth healthy without feeling like I'm being shamed. I love the TV screens, both for entertainment and the complete walk through of my x-rays by Dr. Liebzeit. Fiorillo Dental has really differentiated itself from other dentists I've been to and I'd recommend the team to anyone.

I went there for a second opinion after my previous dentist would "find" cavities every 6 months. They monitor closely, but I haven't had a filling in years now and am doing just fine.

Loved my experience! They made the first appointment so easy and got all my x-rays from my previous dentist. The appointment I booked was a handful of weeks out but I got texts if an appt was cancelled and I actually got in much earlier! I recently moved to Boston and am so glad I found Fiorillo Dental! Every member of the staff was so friendly and helpful. They used xrays from my previous dentist and took pictures of my teeth so I could see what they are looking at. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth without irritating my gums and gave me cleaning tips I hadn’t heard before. I have an old filling that needs to be redone, and instead of just telling me that, they showed me exactly why and explained different options to me. I really appreciated how the team took their time explaining what they are looking for and what they saw in my mouth

They teach me dental hygiene tips, are on time, good with scheduling and pleasant all around. My girl Kriti is an A+ hygenist and Dr.Fiorello always takes the time to talk to me about my life and not just my teeth. Absolutely recommend making this your dental office of choice if you live/work in back bay!

I have had a top notch experience with Dr. Fiorillo, his hygienists and office staff. Dr. Fiorillo does not push cosmetic procedures (which I was originally concerned about after having that experience elsewhere). He has a very strong and lively personality- always funny conversation after getting my teeth cleaned. Hygienists are professional and make the appropriate amount of chit chat while poking around your mouth- they get to know you without bothering you. Office staff is very professional and helpful.

Fiorillo Dental is a high-quality, full-service dentistry practice. I have been a patient since 2015. I have had dental surgery and full braces with headgear (not at this practice), so I have a history of complicated dental procedures. I've had several dentists prior to joining this practice. Based on my experience, I find Dr. Fiorillo very knowledgeable, caring and attentive. He has a great "chairside" manner. Dr. Terzian consulted on a pain issue, resolving it in a single visit. The hygienists, particularly Kathleen, are experienced, professional and have light touch. The office staff are also very helpful. The office provides the latest technology. In sum, I would recommend Fiorillo Dental to anyone.

I'm not a big dentist person (who is?!) but my visits to Fiorillo Dental have always been great. Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. My hygienist, Kristel is super gentle so I never walk away bleeding or with a sore mouth. She is also very conversational - and not the typical kind where you're asked a question but can't actually answer because their hand is in your mouth. She timed everything perfectly so I felt like I was having a normal conversation the whole time. There are TVs on the ceiling to give you something to look at other than the ceiling tile. I was also very impressed with their honesty when it came to a problem tooth... another dentist had told me I needed an implant and 4 veneers. Dr. Fiorillo did an x-ray and said that was absolutely not necessary - that the tooth looked healthy, and that if anything, a root canal would be the most appropriate procedure. Saved me $10k. And then the bonus is that the front desk staff is extremely nice and it's very easy to make an appointment. You can also opt into email and/or text reminders, which makes it easy for scheduling. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Boston area!

Dr. Fiorillo and Dr. Liebzeit were both incredibly friendly and professional. Their hygienist Kristel was warm, welcoming and explained everything really well. The front staff and assistants were also a pleasure to work with - you can tell that everyone enjoys working with one another. They also do not pressure you to buy or upgrade to things that you don't need, which has been an issue with other dentists. I especially appreciate the billing staff who proactively contacted my insurance company prior to a procedure to send me a quote. I have never had a dentist who's staff not only could appropriately handle billing, but also proactively gave me an estimate prior to my appointment. The office is in a convenient location and is very clean, modern, and welcoming. I didn't even get a chance to sit down in the waiting room as they were right on time (or early!) for my appointments. Highly recommend this dentist office.

I had some reservations about going to the dentist, because it's been a while (not going to say how long). But Crystal, the hygienist was SO nice and very enthusiastic. She listened carefully to everything I had to say and clearly knew what she was doing. She went through the radiographs with Dr. Fiorillo and they showed me exactly what they were looking for and decided not to pursue any fillings because most of the questionable areas were superficial. I know for a fact that many dentists in the area would have immediately tried to get me to have the fillings done in order to rake as much money out of me as possible. They also did not push invisalign or anything else on me, which I appreciate. The office staff is very nice and everyone was efficient and helped me with my insurance. I'm sending my boyfriend here because I enjoyed the experience so much. Plus my teeth feel fantastic now!
