Caring & amazing dental care with the soft touch. Love the "white glove" treat in addition to it. Top that off with a great team/staff. Now all of that keeps the teeth totally healthy and happy.

I came to them with a Aetna student health plan that covers dental as long as the user is 18 or under (which I fit into). I was told I had no issues going forward. I had a routine cleaning done and got a referral for a specialist. All that was done properly. The problems came months later where I got a bill for $380. Confused, I called and they said insurance didn’t cover it. But I called my insurance and they had not changed their policy. They said the hospital had registered as out of network, while they had TOLD me they were in network. Of course, I sent everything back to keep being reprocessed. This is months later nd I’m very upset that my experience is this terrible. I’m still trying to sort it out and i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, just because of issues like this.

I went to Sahani Dental in westwood ,ma. for some extensive dental work. the complete process was clearly explained all the way through, and the appointments were very flexible. the staff is amazing and very friendly they explain in detail what to expect next when your sitting in the chair i would highly recommend Sahani dental for any and all your dental needs I am very happy with my new smile brad walker

I can't say enough good things about the Westwood location of Sahani Dental. I recently transferred here and require quite a bit of restorative work. The nice woman at the front desk assured me that she would contact my dental insurance and provide me with a cost estimate. I received this a week or so later and now have a clear understanding of what my out of pocket costs will be moving forward. I had a great cleaning and consultation with Dr. Gandhi and will be scheduling my additional procedures with this group.

While I had a decent experience as a patient there my first two visits, they have been a nightmare since my last appointment! Before my last visit, I updated my insurance information with the front desk and was told I was "all set". The day after my apt I was called and told they no longer accepted my insurance and would have to bill me for my cleaning. After discussing it, I was told that it was their mistake and would not have to pay. I cancelled all of my future appointments with them and that was that, I thought. Nope. I got a call asking why I had missed my apt 6 months later! Not only that, but just last week (11 months later mind you) I got a bill from them for $350 with no explanation as to what it was for, when it was from, or why they were sending it to me. I have called them and emailed them about it. Still unresolved. WORST customer service and most DISORGANIZED office I have ever dealt with.

I saw Dr Gandhi and Lauren for my teeth. I was really scared to go, but they were all so kind, including Melissa at the front desk. My teeth feel really good. Lauren took time to tell me what was happening every step of the way which helped my anxiety a lot.
