Dr. David and her staff are extremely unorganized, make clients wait for 30-45 minutes after their scheduled appointment times, violate HIPPA regulations by leaving computers unlocked with client information viewable and accessible while clients are alone in rooms, and fail to follow through on the services they promise to their clients. There are far more trustworthy dentist and TMJ offices located in Bolton and surrounding towns. I along with numerous other clients of Dr. David's strongly recommend that you safeguard your personal records and money by seeking dentistry and TMJ help from other, more professional and secure businesses.

Horrible experience. Had a deep cleaning, and then a filling. Was billed almost 3x what they quoted me. Told me I didn't ask for the "right type of quote." I'm sorry but if there is more then one type of quote, shouldn't you inform the client of that when they ask for one? They never tried to make it right. Dishonest practice, stay away.

I am extremely happy with this office. Everyone has always been so kind and careful with me and my kids. Nicole is a sweetheart, I enjoy so much talking to her every time I come to the office. Hygienists are amazing, both of them. The assistants are very helpful, they really make me feel like home. Lastly, Dr. David is the smartest woman I have ever met in my life. I am very thankful that she came into my life. My newborn baby was having so much trouble with the lip tie so I called Dr. David and she saw him right away. He ended up having frenulum release. Now, he hasn't had colic or snores anymore. I'm so grateful! This office is the best!!

Get the new kind of X-ray! They found a huge cyst right above my root canal that was not visible on any other type of X-rays. For 9 months I’ve been going to the doctor or the dentist complaining I think I have a plague or infection. They thought I was crazy. I still may be crazy but there is something there like I thought. Last dentist said we can rule out dental once we fill your gums with long lasting antibiotics so I did that. I really love Dr David and the entire team. I’ll drive an hour to go to this dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. David's for more than a decade and have "followed" her from her initial days as an associate through her last 8 years in her own private practice in Bolton, MA. Her staff welcome you not as a patient, but as an old friend and as a technologist, what I like about her philosophy is that she does not believe in the "status quo" and she constantly is investigating the latest and greatest technology and continually growing her skills to ensure she is bringing the best that dentistry has to offer to her patients. In the last 3 years alone she has brought in 3D X-ray (one of the first in Massachusetts); Cerec and is doing orthopedic orthodontics that I have personally benefited from as I am sleeping the best I ever have in my entire life! I have been going to Dr. David for a number of years now, and have always had nothing but positive experiences. Her office environment is warm and inviting. The waiting area is relaxing - even has a massage chair. The reception area is open, and the receptionists great you as they would any friend, not just as a customer/patient. Every inch of the practice is totally clean. It always looks brand new - from the floors to the walls, to the equipment. You always get courteous appointment confirmation reminder calls - which is great if you lose your card which I often do. The receptionists/admins do a great job explaining estimates on future work for fillings/crowns/dental work etc. They explain what the estimated cost is and will give you a print out. There's no wondering or guessing, or last minute surprises. The hygienists are top-notch! I am always taken ON TIME, and they never rush in their work. They make sure they have updated medical history for each visit, and ask if there's any changes or issues. Dr. David always checks in to make sure everything is OK. My visits for caps and fillings with Dr. David are much more of the same. On time, never rushed, and thorough. The best thing about Dr. David is she keeps up to date on all new technologies, and makes sure that she and her staff get training on new techniques, processes, and equipment. This is not your father's dentist! In addition, she also integrates sleep disorders into her practice. Her and the staff can recognize signs of sleep apnea, and recommend best treatment. Everyone in the office is cheerful. They all enjoy working there, as you can tell by their casual banter and how they treat each other. In summary, Dr David and staff provide great service in great, clean, relaxing facilities, with up-to-date knowledge, skill, and equipment, surrounded by a magnificent atmosphere!

What I enjoy the most about these monthly adjustments is the fact that Dr.David gets just as excited as I get when we see improvements to my teeth and jaw function. We took our 2.5 month old to correct his tongue/lip-tie. Dr. Kaplan and the staff were amazing. They were thorough and extremely wise about the issue.
