Place sucks.... I’ve been telling them every month for a year to take me out of their system but they still call me every month to schedule a cleaning and send me solicitations in the mail. I feel I have no choice but to write a review and tell everyone I know how they were the worst dentist place I ever went too. I only had one appointment and they over booked so I was put back into the waiting room half way between cleaning. Also they try to sell you on everything and I heard this from multiple people that they tell everyone they need a deap cleaning. I only tried to find a new place, because I just moved here. keep the people you trust or go somewhere else. These people are a bunch of scammers... good luck and god speed.

People here are very friendly. The Dr. Naqvi spends a lot of time with you explaining treatment. I had a lot of dental phobia due to past experiences but she made me feel very comfortable and after a lot of research I decided to sign up for treatment. It was not easy as I had a lot of problems and I never thought they would ever end. But its been a year since I listened to my dental team and I finally feel that I know how to control my dental health. Now I am on regular visits and I have not had any problems every since I started going here. It is true she and her team push you hard to sign up for treatment. At first I felt a bit annoyed but finally when I gave in I realized that if they had not cared enough and insisted that I do the treatment I would have lost a few of my teeth. I still have all my teeth! I guess some people need some tough love. Thank you Dr. Naqvi and her team! (BTW my hygienist Ashley is awesome).

They are nice enough and they seem knowledgeable. The office does not give you that clean dentist feeling you would want when you walk in the door, but overall I was satisfied with the services I received. That being said, they obviously need to drum up business, because the outreach they do to solicit new appointments is boarderline harassment. I asked verbally to be removed from their call list at least 3 times before they finally stopped, email however, they continue to send and send and send. At one point I received 17 emails over the course of 2 weeks. I've verbally requested to be removed from their contact list, text, emailed, and attempted to unsubscribe from the email list... still getting emails although I haven't seen this provider in 3 years and have communicated multiple times that I've found a new dentist. I would not recommend.

CON ARTISTS AND THIEVES! Those are the best words used to describe this dental office! Please believe the negative reviews because they are true! This dental office claims their good reviews were replaced with fake bad reviews and that is not true! Recently went in for a consultation and Dr. Naqvi informed me that I had a severe case of perio disease. She even went as far as telling me that I was lucky to have gone in and caught this sooner or else it could've killed me. Mind you, I brush 2x and floss at least once a day. So this all seemed strange to me but I've had dental anxiety from the past and when those words came out of her mouth, I immediately panicked! I was terrified and believed that she truly was saving me. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning on all four quadrants in order to treat the disease. I should've done my research but I was so terrified. Before leaving the consultation I scheduled an appointment. The total came out to $1,600 and was charged immediately before I even left the office. I ended up getting my entire mouth done all in one appointment and before I even left that day, Dr. Naqvi began pressuring me to get a crown. That's when I began to feel uneasy. She insisted so much I began to feel pressured again. Something didn't feel right about this whole situation. I ended up requesting my records and seeking another professional opinion. Took almost two weeks to finally get my records and that's when I learned the truth. I went to three different practices seeking 2nd opinions and learned I DIDN'T need a deep cleaning!! Nor should I have gotten one! Contacted Dr. Naqvi's office and no one gets back to me. I don't like to write negative reviews but this Dr. should not be practicing and should be reported to the ADA (American Dental Association) for scamming patients! I don't want anyone to suffer what I went through with them so be warned!

Beware of this office!! It does not follow board of dentistry requirements for diginosing disease and will take advantage of your insurance coverage and your wallet by diagnoising and performing unecessary dental procedures. This office reminded me of an episode of hoarders very dirty and unorganized. I also watched an assistant clean a room and then using the same dirty gloves set up for the next patient. They recommend treatment witjout proof of you needing that treatment. Beware of this office and go with your gut, run to a different office, fast!

Update Again 3/14/2018: Doctor, I wish you could just own your mistake. I uploaded the promotional flyer, which clearly said "free comprehensive exam and x-rays" for new patients, so your excuse is really just excuse. Even if we received a comprehensive service, we still shouldn't have been billed. In addition, we were not informed of any changes in services provided, so this is your misrepresentation. I firmly believe I am in the right here, so the document you want me to sign does not make sense. It is you that need to make a correction. Why do I have to sign a document that does not state any of your responsibilities or even allows you get away with misrepresentation? I'm disappointed and tired. If you don't want to honor this, then so be it. UPDATE (3/10/2015): I’m very frustrated and upset about how poorly they have treated me. After reading the dentist’s reply to my original review, in which she admitted that it was a computer-generated error that caused my insurance company to be billed, I called her office to request her to cancel the insurance claim. She changed her statement saying the x rays and exam performed were more comprehensive and hence not free (are you kidding me?) Even if that was true, I was never informed about this change, nor would I have consented to this service had I been informed. Like I mentioned in my original review, I took their mail offer to get a free exam and x rays for new patients. Additionally, she would only cancel the insurance claim on the condition that I sign a release form to release her from all future liabilities including removing this review and no further posting. Even if this form is standard practice in her office, I chose not to give up my right to share my story or sign a document that is only beneficial to her, I feel it’s more important that I share my story to warn other people about choosing this dental office than getting my insurance benefits back. In my case, she cares about revenue and self-protection more than taking care of her customers. I would NOT recommend. We all DESERVE BETTER! (Original review 3/5/2018 below) —————————————————————————————- Just use extra caution when visiting this dental office. I took their mail offer for new patients to have a free exam and x-ray. I even confirmed with them and they told me that would not be billing my insurance company because it’s free. But guess what! They ate their words and still billed my insurance. My story: I went in for a regular checkup and a regular cleaning but got no cleaning done, instead I ended up with a second appointment to go back for a deep cleaning. After I got home, I read their reviews on Google, and started to doubt if I really needed a deep cleaning or it’s just their game to make money from me, so I wanted to get a second opinion from a more reputable dentist and called to cancel. I guess that’s why they billed my insurance cause I wouldn’t go through a deep cleaning session with them. But since they already billed my insurance for exam and X-rays, I will either have to wait another six months for my insurance to cover the services or I will pay out-of-pocket myself. This is what I have to pay for not doing the homework beforehand. If you are reading my review and other people’s reviews before making an appointment with them, you are luckier than I was already. Just want to be fair, the people there are very nice. But of course because customer service is vital to running a profitable business.

There is some weird stuff going on here with payment. I went in 1/30 I was told I needed a crown and fillings and that the cost would be $1450 for the crown (off the bat, that is one of the highest prices anyone in my family has ever seen for a crown) and that my insurance covers 50%....however there was no pre-authorization and my mom who has the same insurance was always covered for 60% with crowns and was always given a pre-auth through the insurance. I was told I should do the dental work the next day to "maximize my benefits" for the year, but thought to myself how are we maximizing my benefits with no pre-auth from the insurance? I felt like I was being rushed more for financial reasons than anything else. I asked the dentist about this and she got quite defensive, saying they do not do pre-authorization because it "wastes time" and when I told her that a few hundred dollars was important to me (I am in medical school, no income) she stated that "my health is more important" as though I do not care about my own health. She then tried to compare my dental issues to someone having symptoms of a heart attack and I immediately stopped her saying these two things are not the same. Our conversation was very unproductive and ended in me leaving that office. I will have someone review my x-rays and my prior dental work from this office as now I am concerned the many cavities I was told I had over a year ago may not have been as urgent as she made them seem, and that I was being rushed more for financial reasons than for "my health". Additionally, they called me several times a week (even after I asked them to stop), emailed me, and sent me letters weekly to come in for an appointment for MONTHS which is not only incredibly annoying but also seems more like an office that is highly in need of business (not a great sign). I would NOT recommend this office, find an office that cares about you as a person and a patient, not just as a source of income.

My story is real and I was a real patient. I gave them one star for the following reasons： 1. I felt harassed as they sent texts repeatedly from three different numbers until I showed up for appointment. 2. Could you please clean the office before cleaning my mouth. The hygienist wasn't even wearing any gloves. And the equipment is old-fashion. 3. There is definitely no free lunch with this dentist. I was also tricked by thier false advertisement, which they used to get me in the door and pressure me to believe I needed treatments that may likely be unnecessary. 4. Make sure your pocket is loaded before going in. They require you to pay before services, and rush you to do so before you leave the door. 5. Customer services leave room to be desired when it comes to the dentist herself. She wouldn’t talk to you directly. She did an awesome job giving customers runarounds tho. 6. They have the tendency to say negative reviews are from disgruntled employees or not even from real customers. If you believe that, please use the same rule when you read their positive reviews, which they may have failed to disclose that they are from friends and family as well. Hope this helps. Have you ever been to a dentist for a cleaning, only to be told that they WON'T clean your teeth, and that you need to pay up front for two, special, deep cleanings? I actually did pay up front, and came to my senses when I arrived home and called them back for a refund. They proceeded to send me both paper and digital mail every week, perhaps more than any service I've ever subscribed to. And then I went back to my old dentist in Boston who said my teeth were fine. Based on the great contrast in reviews, I assume that they randomly targeted certain clients to treat this way so that other visitors never find out about it. My story is real.

Atlantis Dental only wants the big bucks. In my humble opinion, they should build trust with the patients before proposing a deep cleaning for almost 2 grands. Dr. Boris had made me wish I had never used the internet to find a quality dentist. they got me a twelve month finance program to cover the three crowns that he made me believe that I needed. After 4 months every single crown that he said would be permenant all broke and he would not stand behind his work. When I returned to the office they would not assist with any recovery work unless I agreed to pay top dollar for the examination and temporary fix on every tooth that he had worked on. I must say I can not believe this guy is actually in business. I have been sufferring ever since. I also had to make payments for the next eight months for three teeth that were totally destroyed. I feel like never stopping this review because I have never been so pissed off in my entire life. The dental board jerked me around for two years with absolutely no assistance. I hope there is a way to put this guy out of business. He is dangerous. I have dental work from twenty plus years ago that is still in tact. totally disappointing to be brushed off by the dental board as well. They touched base with me and then just stopped when they came to the conclusion that the incident had been brushed away. Total let down. Stay away from Atlantis Dental if you value your teeth. There seems to be a problem with this system when you go to a medical facility and the result is a lower quality of life with Pseudo recorse (RE: The dental board).

I wouldn’t even rate Atlantis 1 for a rating. I applied and went in for a group interview and got offered the position. My interview was on a Thursday. Friday the doctor usually isn’t in so she stayed to do orientation with me. She and Hygor told me to come in at 8:30 on Friday. When I arrived Friday morning there was a young lady outside who was hired to work through an app for that specific day. She then was sent home at 9am when a young lady finally arrived. We both stood there lost and confused. Also, after spending a few hours at Atlantis doing some calls Hygor said thank you for my time and that I was all set for the day. He said that he would be in contact after they came back a week later from Florida training. The following Friday I was supposed to be paid for my time there and here I am 2 weeks later and still have not received my pay for that day. When I called Monday 8/20 Hygor said he would look into it. When I called later in the day I had to leave a message cause he was with a patient. Tuesday morning came along and no call or email about my pay OR when I would be starting to work again now that they have returned from FL. When I call a NEW girl answers stating that it was HER first day... how if I was supposed to be starting ? So I asked if she could find out if they were even still interested in me and then they said no. 2 weeks later you tell me i don’t get the position. After specifying that communication would be sent on a start date. I am beyond upset and disappointed in Atlantis Dental. I expected so much more and am glad that this happened and that I removed myself from the chaos in advance. Absolutely unprofessional!!! DO NOT GO THERE OR APPLY!

This is a great dental office very friendly enviornment from the front desk to the hygienist always greet you with a smile and they have best dentist in framingham. People here are always very attentive and willing to help when it comes to dental work financing and teeth cleaning.. When it comes to having the best place to keep your teeth healthy and clean.. I have had various procedures done here and all where done to perfection especially with my pocelein teeth crowns that look amazing and exactly like my real teeth.. thank Dr Naqvi and Onisha for making my teeth better..
