Decent and professional dental service. I am not sure if it is me, but the front desk, check in/out folks seem always unpleasant or kind of rude. In my last visit the lady at the check out insisted that my insurance only covers 2 cleanings/year and I was pretty sure it covers 6 because it has been the same for the past 4 years. She also insisted that I bring a written letter to confirm my insurance covers more than 2 cleaning sessions! I don't know what was she looking at, but because of that I ended up wasting an hour calling the insurance (which confirmed it was 6 and said they should be asking for any written letters), rescheduling the appointment, etc.

I can not say enough about how much I love dentist Dr. Novy. He has completely changed how I feel about my fear of dental procedures. I never thought I would say I like going to the dentist. This is truly saying a lot because I would avoid dentists at ALL costs prior to going to Dentaquest. Highly recommend this office.

In the past year I had 2 crowns performed. The first one had to be redone completely as I had continued pain below the crown after it was installed. I was told this happens 1 in 100 times. The 2nd crown was installed and I paid $500 for it at time of delivery. Two weeks later they informed me that I owed an additional $500 since Insurance would not cover it. I learned that most dentist offices send pre-treatment quotes to the insurance companies for anything over $300, but they did not. So, while I was told it would cost $500, it ended up being $1,000. If they had sent out a pre-treatment quote request and it came back that it would cost $1,000 then I would not have done the procedure. I've decided to switch to a new dentist.

After a decade of dental care here, thanks to Mass Public Employees dental coverage while employed at UMass-Lowell, I can give only high positive marks to DentaQuest from our family. I'm puzzled by the extremes reported here in comments from other patients.

I want to start by saying that I highly recommend DentaQuest! We are new to this practice. I brought my son looking for a second opinion after being dissatisfied with a local dental practice because of the care provided, and with the frenetic pace of the office. My son and I found the front office staff, Laurie, welcoming, friendly, patient, thorough, and helpful. The office is large, clean, and offers significant privacy. We were taken back to a room before my son's appointment time, which was nice. Margaret, the Dental Hygienist who took care of my son was very knowledgeable and put both my son and me at ease immediately (we will be seeing her again!). The time flew with Margaret because she was kind, funny, and knew how to interact with my son: I ask you, who can say that when they are getting a teeth cleaning that time flies?? Dr Shea looked at my son's x-rays and was very patient taking his time explaining what he saw having me look at the x-rays as well. Margaret even introduced us to the hygienist who will be seeing my daughter in early July. The experience was perfect. We have found our new place!

I had a very complicated ortho situation, but Anna Simone solved the problem during a year while couple other orthodontist ensured that my expectations are not realistic especially during the year. I am also thankful for Margaret for cleaning and Lori to solve financial and scheduling complications.

This place sucks. Every time i come i wait 20 plus minutes for my appointments. People are very rude here. Don’t waste your time coming to this place. They don’t work around anyone’s work schedule and basically tell you to figure it out. And the orthodontist only works 2 days a week which is bogus in my opinion.

Dentaquest OHC has been my family dental clinic for close to 6 years, the doctors change quiet often but the quality of service is maintained. The office staff are friendly and the facility is nice and clean. We have done thousands of $ dental work at this clinic over the years, but are now tired of the extensive wait time they put you through every appointment. I was at the clinic last week and was made to wait 40 mins over my appointment time (50 mins total since you must be there 10mins early), I gave them a pass again. I was there today and was made to wait 20 mins (35 in total) and still no luck seeing my dentist. Frustrated I left. How does the clinic expect me to respect their services/doctors if they cannot respect my time. I am done being treated as if my time does not matter, it’s now time to find another dentist.

This office stoops so low it took advantage of a persons disability. I wish the office could be brought up on discrimination charges. I am left to assume and question all of their patient ethics and billing practices.

This is a money-making operation, at the expense of the patients, and their insurance companies. Their regular cleanings are not thorough enough, they x-ray much more often than the American Dentistry Association recommends, and they try to scare people into procedures with threats such as "or next time you will need a root canal", when the procedure was not even needed (after I learned by going to another dentist and asking for a second opinion). AVOID.

My family dentist is DentaQuest Oral Health Center. I recently had a routine oral check up and they do a great job. My hygienist was Heidi, and she is very professional, thorough, and makes the experience PAINLESS. Thumbs up!

Highly recommended! The hygienists there are so nice and friendly and they make you feel very comfortable - even if you have denta-phobia! LOL! The offices are clean and the location is convenient. Our family of five are all patients and tell all of our friends to come here.

Heidi Hamburger is my Dental Hygienist at DentaQuest. Have been working with her for many years. She is thorough, gives me great advice to keep my gums and teeth healthy besides cleaning my teeth very nicely. Heidi is very personable and professional. I would recommend her highly. Also the office is located in a nice spot in Westborough, MA. The office staff are always ready to help and very professional.

I have been going here for quite a few years now and I have always been extremely satisfied with all the staff and the doctors. I have never liked going to the dentist (who does?) but I actually enjoy going to this office. It is a very welcoming atmosphere yet professional at the same time. If you somehow manage to have a bad experience at this office I think it's probably you, not them.

Every time you go you get a new doctor/hygienist. If your teeth aren't in perfect condition, it feels like they almost make fun of you for it. The office staff is really unwilling to want to help or go out of their way at all. Not friendly or welcoming, they make you feel like your bothering them. Won't be returning, found a great helpful practice closer to home.

I would not recommend this dentists office. For the 3rd time in a row, I received a call just before going to my appoint (which are generally at 7AM) to say the hygienist won't be in and my appointment is cancelled. No back up plan. No concern about my schedule or that I took time off from work.
