Service is not good. I wasn't aware that I was being charged for the cleaning service. I should've been notified when they offered the service. After the month later, they charged extra money for cleaning service. My insurance should be covered 100 % of cleaning service. I do not refer my friend go that company...

I've been a patient at Dental Partners since 2007 and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Their prices are fair (I've had extensive dental work done in multiple cities throughout my life, so my reference range is well-established), their support staff is very thorough, and their doctors are amazing. I've seen Dr. O'Toole for most of my work at Dental Partners, but have also had surgery with Dr. Guzman and endodontic work with Dr. Goldberg. These doctors are extremely good at what they do and they stay up-to-date with the latest treatments. I can't say enough about the skill and expertise of Dental Partners. I've also referred multiple friends and family members, all of whom have also been extremely happy with their experiences. Going to the dentist isn't anyone's favorite way to spend a morning, but the doctors and staff at Dental Partners make everything as easy as possible and they know exactly what they're doing.

The reception staff are very very unpleasant. If you are anything other than white, you're not really welcome there, or you'll be treated very unequally. All they care about is your money. I got some work done there that wasn't properly done, so they had me come back so they could fix it and when they were finished, they decided that they were going to charge me again for a second time for the same work that was already paid for, when they were the one that didn't do it the right way in the first place. When I try to speak up, they decided to discharge me without completing my dental work. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!!

Went to them once. They lectured me about how I have refluxes in the past and the acid was what was rotting my teeth. Wanted to do unnecessary work and charged me too much. They also sent the bill to my home address in Boston when it's supposed to go to my parents in Westford.

I just got out of my appointment with Dr. Kamachi, and that was absolutely the best dental appointment I’ve ever had. I had 3 fillings to do, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing the entire time. I actually fell asleep for a bit! They do everything ppssible to make you comfortable. And we got through the whole thing so quickly. I was blown away. Beautiful offices, friendly staff, state of the art technologies.... I can’t say one bad thing!

I actually enjoy my dental appointments and check ups. Liz, my hygienist, is a wonderful person and I enjoy swapping dog stories with her. She is a coach for me and has gotten me on track with my home care. Dr Kim has done exceptional work putting in a crown, replacing poor work from a discount dentist and some minor cosmetic work. I have never gotten the feeling that I was being sold treatments or unnecessary work (like the discount dentists push). I’ve always felt that everything was in my health interests. Their offices are clean and modern. The desk staff is great being both friendly and efficient. They have been extremely accommodating of my schedule and has seen me earlier than my scheduled appointment on occasion. Five stars. Recommend them to my coworkers and friends all the time!

Before I found this place, I had been through dozens of dentists in my life. Poor genetics and a love of sweets mean that I am a frequent flier of the dental profession. But after an emergency root canal in which I FELL ASLEEP (I was so comfortable that I literally found myself dozing), I knew I would never go anywhere else. That was 10+ years and 2 dental implants ago, and now my husband is also a loyal customer. Everyone hates the dentist... until they come here!!

I'm 31 and I have never written an online review of anything before. If I order my steak medium and it comes out medium rare, I just eat it and don't go online to tell the world about it. With that said, please read this review before trusting these scumbags with your teeth/face. I went to dental partners in 2013 because I had a small bump near a tooth that I had gotten a root canal on the year before. They tell me I need two teeth pulled and two implants put in ASAP and fed me some crazy story about how my body was rejecting my own teeth. Seemed aggressive, but ok. They gave me an antibiotic and told me to come back in a week for a FREE pre-op consultation. After taking the antibiotic the bump cleared up within a day. I receive a quote on the surgery for close to $10K. I talk to a couple of people at my office, which was in the same building, and they both suggested I go elsewhere because Dental Partners has a history of trying to upsell people on unnecessary work. "Rent isn't cheap in the Pru" is what one coworker said. The "Free consultation" was scheduled for a Friday. I called them the day before, on Thursday, and requested we cancel. The girl on the phone cancelled it and made no mention of a fee or there be any issue with cancelling. I then get a bill in the mail for $260 noted as a cancellation fee. I called to get it cleared up and to my shock, they dug their heels in and said I didn't cancel 48 hours in advance, only 24 hours, so I got penalized. I asked why the girl didn't tell me about the fee on the phone when I cancelled and they said it's mentioned on their website or something. I also asked why there was a charge at all if it was a "free consultation", to which they replied it's only free if I go through with the surgery. REMINDER, this is a medical practice, not a used Volvo dealership. I asked if I could speak to the dentist who diagnosed me, and he never took the call or called me back as promised. I find out after moving to Florida that they had sent my bill to collections and put a derogatory mark on my credit. Basically daring me to take them to court over 200 bucks. I'll end by mentioning it's been three years and I never needed surgery. I've been to two other dentists since and they both said that there is zero reason why I would ever need to have those two teeth pulled.

DPB has performed many major procedures for me (extractions, implants, reconstructions and root canals) as well as fillings and cleanings. After having experienced many years of dentistry...from good to really bad...I can tell you, they are excellent. Along with a staff of caring professionals, they provide the very best care. Called DPoB at 8:30am with a broken (unsavable) tooth and was told to come right in. I've NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE and they had me come right in. The woman on the the phone was sympathetic, and could tell in tone of her voice. Numbing gel was on my tooth 10mins after getting there, novacaine 5 mins later, tooth out 20mins later. Total relief instantly. I could not say enough how well they treated me. Dr Balk is the best!!

My journey began with a need to have a cracked tooth examined and to understand implants. Let me begin by saying that I was petrified of dentists which made my situation necessary. My introduction to Tiffany, a dental assistant was the start of the elimination of my fear. She has a presence which allowed me to let my walls of fear to come down and to feel positive about my experience. In conclusion, I must say with extreme confidence that my next positive meeting then and ever since was with Dr. O'toole. He has taken me from tears and sweating to smiles and laughter and a willingness to trust each word/procedure that he proposed. Your choice to investigate will be well worth your time.

Now that I've moved away from Boston, I appreciate this dental office even more. I've yet to find another one where the standards for good dental hygiene are as high. My new dentist was super impressed by the crowns Dr. O'Toole put on my lateral incisors -- she called them "completely flawless." I'm tempted to travel back to Boston in the future should I need any serious dental work done. Keep up the excellent work!
