I have been a patient of Dental Health Care of Woburn for the past couple of years. All associates and Dentists are top-notch. Jess has been cleaning my teeth the past few cleanings and I can’t say enough great things about her. Jess is very proficient at her job. She always takes the time to answer my questions, and she updates you as to what is going on. Examples include pre-procedure questions, her cleaning & polish work, and picking up on any sensitivity issues. All of this ultimately leads to less pain, and anxierty/stress while in the chair! If you fear the dentist, fear no more...you will be taken care of here and feel very comfortable! I moved to the area about 5 years ago and traveled about an hour to visit my dentist I had been seeing for several years due to fear of change. When I was unable to get a cleaning appointment for several months, I decided it was time for a change and made an appointment at Dental Health Care of Woburn based on a recommendation...this has probably been the best recommendation I have ever received! I was able to get appointments for me and my children with no wait. I have mainly dealt with Chanel at the front desk and I can not say enough about how wonderful she has been. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about insurance plans etc. All of my questions are answered right away and she is very prompt on getting back to you if there is something she does not know right away. Every staff member I have come in contact with has been friendly and professional. The hygienists do an excellent job at explaining everything they are doing and offer great information about aftercare and follow-up needs.

This was my first visit to this practice and my first visit to any dentist in about three years. Being somewhat anxious and embarrassed about the state of my teeth, Kristen, the dental hygienest immediately put me at ease and really made me feel less embarrassed and comfortable. Even the xrays were painless which, for me usually are uncomfortable. I also saw Dr. Mancuso to discuss what treatments I needed and she was very personable as well as being clear and concise as to my options and included me in deciding what to tackle first. She never seemed rushed and took plenty of time to talk with me I highly recommend this practice to anyone with dentist anxiety!

Great experience, everyone is very friendly, timely, and everyone keeps you well informed about the visit and next steps. Using BCBS I have to pay upfront first, but the office takes care of submitting all paperwork for reimbursement, and it takes only about 2 weeks, and no hassle. I see Jessica for my cleanings and she is very kind and very thorough. I don't mind going to the dentist in general, but I have had a very pleasant experience with her. Dr. Trainor has performed some of my fillings and he is very patient , esepcially when I was being a giant baby and needed to stop mid-procedure to use the nitric oxcide. Great experience overall from start to finish!

The staff here is awesome and you'll never feel forgotten or alone. Even on the weekends if something happens like a abscessed tooth they'll page the Dr's and one if not both will get back to you within a few hours. They not only saved a trip to the ER twice and set up an appointment asap. They'll also discuss and inform you of all your treatment options to better work with you.

The staff at Dr Coakley, Trainor & Mancuso are always incredibly friendly and helpful. I just had a root canal with Dr Trainor and as far as root canals go, it was the fastest and easiest one I’ve ever had. I had NO discomfort during the procedure and once the Novocain wore off, the discomfort was very little and controlled with Advil and the next day, I didn’t hurt at all. Dr Trainor is a great dentist and nice guy and their staff is phenomenal.

I made an appointment for a quick feedback session with Chelsea, my hygienist. She took a picture of the area that had tartar build up told me I could come in and she would clean that up for me for a reasonable fee. It was a little over $100. I agreed. I came back a couple of days later and she got rid of the tartar and helped me learn a new flossing technique to help do a better job. I absolutely love coming here!

Never had a cavity skipped a few cleaning went for their “new patient exam” and they Claimed I had 5 cavities and it was going to be almost $2000 to fix. Got a second opinion....not a single cavity WHAT THE HELL! They also shove google reviews down your throat to outweigh all the horrible reviews.

The dental work is good. The problem is the business ETHICS. had a root canal done the first time. Billing was explained to me clearly, what Humana would pay on my behalf and what i was responsible for.No one told me that this was an estimate and i could be on the hook for more money like when insurance decides they won't pay. Well guess what ?Humana refused to pay most of the supposed part of the bill that was their responsibility. i ended up with the short end of the stick this was round one. i paid the portion Humana refused to pay. ROUND TWO Thinking that maybe dental Health Care of woburn had simple lapse in judgment or perhaps a mistake, we are all human. I went back for a simple cleaning and off course i was told about the cavities i had that needed all this work so i asked how much it would cost bearing in mind my previous experience this lady in billing the one that ropes you in so to speak said that Humana would pay so much. i asked her to check because i didn't want to get stuck with unforeseen bills once again i paid my part of the bill that was not covered and the cavities were filled. I went home 2 weeks later i got a bill for close to $500 when i called this special lady she wondered why insurance refused to pay and that they must not have had all the information she offered to call Humana and fix things and she would call me back. She never did call me back until i called back today and someone in the office suggested to me in the most kind manner to help me out with a payment plan. i got on the phone with Humana they told me that they have a policy that states that any charges greater than $300 will be precleared with them by a dental provider and after checking the records they did not see any attempt by Dental Health Care of Woburn to check as to why their billing was rejected. Two there is no record of the same dental provider attempting to get clearance for charges in this case my bill was more than $1500 this time around. This provider does good work but buyer beware you have been warned this is a cautionary tale i suspect they knew insurance would not cover what they claimed to me would be paid fully knowing i would be responsible in the end with no option but to pay them, which i did today in full. Any respectable Dentist should be transparent so customers know if they can actually AFFORD a dental procedure i think that is just the fair thing to do.

Let's face it no one really wants to go to the dentist but going to here is far from your average trip to the dentist. It is a pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone at the front desk is so friendly. Kathy takes care of all the insurance red tape which is a huge bonus. The equipment is state-of-the-art and then some. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable...headphones a blanket and a warm lavender towel after treatment! DON'T GO! I was sooo disappointed at the way they tried to earn money. I called first to see if they accept my insurance. The receptionist told me they did. Then I asked for the price. I was told the examination and X-ray are free, and the other things I can pay with insurance. I double checked if I didn't end up doing anything, will I be charged for the examination and X-ray. The receptionist said Yes! So I made my appointment. During the day, everyone seemed nice until after waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room, I was told that my insurance is actually not in the network. And if I still wanted to do the free examination and X-ray, I could. I felt kind of bad for them, but I really don't have another 2 hours for dental care. So I stayed and wanted to see how it went. They checked my teeth and gave my advise with an insanely expensive bill! I definitely needed to think since it won't be covered. I decided not to do it as I was able to find another place where I can actually use insurance. Guess what? The worst thing happened. One week later I received a bill from Dental Health Care of Woburn, P.C. It was for the so called "free" examination and X-ray. The bill is $500!! DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TOLD YOU!

Were do I even start. Wonderful staff. Customer service is outta this world. First time going to a dentist in ten years which completely embarrassing. I had to go for a surgical tooth extraction. Of course my nerves were going had the best of me but the women there are amazing all them are polite treat you like like one of their owns. The doctor was amazing older gentleman performed the operation quick and painless didn't feel a thing trust me people I was so skeptical and stuff especially being so long since I've went but I highly recommend this place wish I was staying in the states or I would make them my primary. 30 mins away but worth every freaking min. So pleased as I sit here with a tooth remoaved writing this review zero pain still a little number. But I'm so happy. Like tears in my eyes happy I got this done and so happy I went to this place. :)

My first experience with Dental Health Care of Woburn was when I had and emergency situation regarding my daughters tooth. I called and they said that they could see us right away and had us come right in. From the moment that you walk into their practice you cant help but be impressed. You will be greeted promptly by their friendly and efficient staff. You will notice their state of the art facilities and the pride that they take in keeping it clean, warm, and inviting. I was impressed with the level of professionalism in which they projected seemingly effortlessly. They were as close to my scheduled time to be seen as any dentist"s office has ever been. The Doctors and Assistants were with us immediately, identified the issue and let me know what my options were in language that I could understand clearly. As a single father, you try to be prepared for what ever life throws at you. Sometimes somethings catch you off guard and the people there understood that. They were able to offer me multiple ways to pay for the work that my daughter needed to be done. The work was finished in what seemed to be instantly. I would recommend Dental Care of Woburn to anyone and everyone that I know. It truly is the very best dentists office that I have ever been to. As a disclaimer, I am usually very hard to please. The people there were able to exceed my expectations. I was truly blown away.

As a first-time patient (and inconsistent dentist visitor), my main objective was to have my teeth whitened for the first time. Jessica, along with Dr. Mancuso could not have been more accommodating and professional! First things first, they made sure that my teeth and gums were healthy, and that I received a thorough cleaning. Jessica then carefully and thoughtfully executed the whitening proceedure, all the while consistently checking in with me to make sure I was ok. I had a great experience for my first visit with Dr. Trainor. He answered all of my questions in a way I could understand which helped me map out my dental plan. Unlike other offices, I was promptly greeted by the staff at in the gorgeous reception area, ALL were willing to help and made eye contact. Chelsea was great taking my x-rays and happily chatted with me. Danielle the dental assistant was super friendly! Helped me with my pano and guided me through the visit so i knew what to expect!! She touchedbase with me after each x-ray, encounter, and room change! The amazing thing about this office is that they actually called my insurance company and Danielle in billing was able to give me real numbers on the services I needed so I can plan! She even gave me different breakdowns in case the plan changed one way or another! They were very clear, and this information allows me to plan my care financially as well! No doctor’s office or dental office I have ever been to has taken the care go over the financials in a private room in such great detail. I couldnt have had a better more organized experiance and for once, I am not dreading the dentist!

Top Notch Dental Office. I came here in an emergency and they calmed me down and took great care of me. As I'm no longer a kid anymore, starting to have some dental problems and I have been putting off treatment. They put together a plan for me and helped me make this manageable. Post #1 It had been a number of years (OK: 5+, if you must know!) since I had visited a dentist, and today, unbelievably, was my first visit with Dr. Trainor and his amazing team. "How could I have waited so long?" What will they think of me?" "I'm so ashamed I didn't come sooner!" If you're an adult with a pathological fear of the dentists you'll probably understand these thoughts of mine (and I honestly still can't believe i actually made the appointment AND that I didn't cancel!) From the moment Robin answered my initial phone call yesterday, to the kind reassurance and good humor of Chelsea as she took my x-rays and checked for gum disease, there was solid evidence that this team really cared about me and intended to help me reclaim the smile I thought I had lost forever. Dr. Trainor appears to be highly skilled, confident and caring, and now that we have established my treatment plan, I can hardly wait for my next appointment! Before I left an awesome staff named Chanel met with me to discuss the cost and financing. Chanel was terrific, clearly and carefully explaining every detail and helping me to determine the best financial arrangement (which in my case gives me a full year to pay for the work). It's probably early to write this review, especially considering the long road before me. I guess I just felt compelled to compose it in the event that others (like me ) may be in a similar position: crushed by the weight of a deteriorating smile and associated feelings of shame and embarrassment . I promise to write an updated review once the work has begun...but something tells me I'm going to be totally impressed. Thanks Dr. Trainor and Team Post # 2 Since my initial visit and consultation a couple of weeks ago I have had some pretty significant work done. It wasn't exactly easy, but with the skilled competence and gentle assurance from Dr. Trainer and his assistant, Danielle (and a little help from some nitrous - which I highly recommend) I got through the procedure and am now proudly wearing a temporary bridge and one helluva smile! During the procedure I asked for a pillow to support my lower back and boom: Danielle had a pillow. When I started to feel a bit chilly, boom: Danielle covered me with a light blanket. All in all it was so much better than I had ever imagined. Also, Dr. Trainer deserves the highest praise for his calm demeanor and high degree of professionalism (not to mention his subtle humor and rapier wit). It is clear the entire office reflects his leadership style...and for that I am so grateful! A few days later I went in for some fillings and had a similar experience. I am so thrilled and happy with my experiences thus far with Dental Health Care that I am taking my 85 year old mother in for a cleaning tomorrow morning! Chanel, the person who has helped me every step of the way with the financing aspects and in understanding exactly what to expect with each progressive appointment, continues to be a shining star in the office. Her upbeat, caring attitude means so much, and she seems always willing and happy to answer any question and to calm anxieties. Thank you Chanel, Dr. Trainer and Team for being so outstanding in every way! Onward we go...with my smile improving with every single visit!

I have been coming here for about 20 years. Over the past several years I have developed allergies to materials that were previously OK, making it really hard to figure out. However, everyone from Dr. Trainor, my hygienist Jen, Robyn and all the others have been so helpful in referring me to the dental allergy specialist, working with the lab to find the right materials, and doing anything necessary to figure it out. To say it was complicated and unusual is a gross understatement, yet they always say "Don't worry, that's why we're here!" You won't find a better dental practice as everyone here goes above and beyond to help you!

I came to these folks as a “fixer-upper”, with the standard dental ills of middle age. (Brushing and flossing isn’t enough!). They have cleaned me up very nicely paying as much attention to gums (where trouble can really erupt) as to teeth. They provide high quality care and never forget that they are just as much in the people business as the dental business. As I am writing this I am here for an emergency appointment - I called at 8am due to a broken tooth and they had me in at 10am!
