The best experience I ever had on a dental office. Dr. Gonzalez was amazing performing my surgery he was gentle and every thing he did was explained to me step by step. Dr. Sharifi was wonderful I love her I will recommend her 200% she was also was gentle caring and love her. She is the best prosthodontics and very happy with my dental work.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. The girls at the Front desk are awesome specially Luz she is really friendly and knowledge also the treatment team were all fantastic. I got braces here and they messed up my teeth. They don't know what they're doing, I told them I wore my retainers everyday and they wrote down that I never wore my retainers. They pulled out a tooth and tried to close the gap instead of replacing the tooth which messed up the alignment of my teeth. They are ALL Unprofessional

I had some x-rays taken in Feb and was told they would call me back in 2-3 weeks for appointment to have grafting done. I waited for the phone call for 3 months, nothing. I called the office and asked what the problem was, said they would call me back, nothing... The office is supposed to close at 7pm, I called at 6.45 no answer... I drove over to Essex St next day.... got an appointment ...all set. ! My appointment was for 9am ...they called at 12.30 the day before and asked if I could come in at 2pm instead. I asked why the dentist cancelled on me ? Nobody called me back again .....I went over and asked for my x-ray as I was going to take my business elsewhere......... the girl at the desk asked me if I wanted my e-rays from Aug 2012 !!!!!! I said I don't know where your training went wrong I only had 1 set of x-rays done in Feb. The bottom line is I asked several times to speak with a manager..........NEVER available according to the girls at the desk. They never call back when they say they will. Surely in any business the first face you meet at the reception should be warm, welcoming and helpful. I received none of the above when in contact with this office. It is very disappointing to have wasted so much of my time on trying to have this work done. The Dentist that I saw when I went in to have my x-rays done was a very nice, professional young lady ........... what a pity that I had such a bad experience with the reception staff that ultimately caused me to take my business elsewhere. I feel strongly that the owners should be made aware of this.

Dental Bright has an amazing&friendly team. I had root resorption (ended losing that tooth), Dr. Gonzales and Dr. Shariff helped me with my implant process. I remember a year and a half ago, I was NERVOUS because I knew nothing about root resorption. Dr. G was kind, answered my questions and thoroughly explained the whole impant/bone grafting procedure to me, and while getting my procedures, I was comfortable. He did a great job with my bone grafting and much more. Also, Dr. Sharif did a great job with my new tooth. It looks and feels so "natural". Thanks Dr. Gonzales and Dr. Sharif for your hard work! I had a pleasant experience and I Definitely recommend Dental Bright for your dental needs.

I tried to schedule an appointment for a cavity that I have and am in severe pain for but the receptionist told me that it was impossible for someone to see me unless I got a cleaning and full exam done. I do understand that but at the same time if you care about your patients, you'd look and try and treat the problem. It seems as if all they care about is charging the insurance for the cleaning and for the full exam. I told the receptionist on the phone that I wanted to become a patient, I was willing to get a cleaning after my pain was resolved but she didn't care. The receptionist lacked empathy and good customer service. Someone told me good things about the dentists there but I guess I won't be going there.

Do I sound crazy to say that, since becoming a patient at Dental Bright, I actually like going to the dentist? The staff is friendly and professional, the office immaculate, and I have never sat in the waiting room more than five minutes past my scheduled appointment time. They have all dental specialties under one roof, so I don't need to go to different offices if I need specialty care. I recently broken two teeth falling down stairs in my home. As if the broken teeth weren't bad enough, I worried about what the dentist was going to say and, especially, what it was going to cost. I have dental insurance, but it only pays a small percentage. My most recent experience before finding Dental Bright was at one of those 'chain' dental offices, where I felt that I was at the mercy of a dishonest used car mechanic. Once they open your mouth, they can tell you anything, especially if you're there for a dental emergency. Not so at Dental Bright! I saw Dr. Alisun Kovach, who examined me and immediately told me what needed to be done, bringing in a colleague because she thought what needed to be done could be done with a less extensive procedure and, therefore, less expensive. He concurred, and the procedure was relative quick, painless and less than the amount that I had expected. You know what else I like about Dental Bright? I always see the same faces. I worked in the medical field for many years, and one thing to know is that if there's constant turnover of staff, there's a problem. It usually means that working conditions are poor, the staff mistreated by the employer, and morale is low. That is obviously NOT the case in this office. Needless to say, I would recommend Dental Bright to anyone, and have on several occasions. It's an awesome place!

I had to have a tooth pulled and was scared to go and have it done. Then I went to this office and it changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. The environment was clean, and the staff welcomed me and made me feel I was a top priority. I was in for my procedure in minutes and out of pain just after and before I knew it my tooth was out. I have been back since and my experience was just as good for the cleaning. I would encourage anyone to go to this office for all their dental needs big or small. You will not regret it. I just attempted to make an appointment to get a filling that was coming out taken care of. The front desk person insisted that I get cleaning, I said to her that I was in pain and would get a cleaning after I got my filling done and explained to me that she has nothing opened for a filling until the end of March. While I love the Dentists here because they are amazing this isn't the first time I have run into an issue with getting an appointment. I have been to other dentist and have been disatisfied. I guess I will have to keep looking.

Please do your business a favor and hire a new receptionist. I simply called for business hours, instead I got a rude response of why I could not book anything because summer hours will be changing in June or July. She never even asked for my name or offered to check for availability. Your business really seems like a joke with that kind of employee. Maybe providing mandatory customer service trainings, even supervisions might help. You will continue to loose many customers if that is the first person someone speaks too when trying to search for a dentist.

Scheduled an appointment for July sixth for myself and my toddler. They decided to close from July 4th through July 6th. Didn’t bother to call me or leave me a voicemail (I double checked). Only found out when I took time off work and got my son out of bed to be there by 8. I scheduled this three or four months ago. The least they could have done was call to let me know they weren’t going to open! !

Amazingly caring doctors and extremely helpful staff. My parents now have a new outlook in life after the whole mouth reconstruction Dr. Sharifi, Dr. Gonzales and Dr. Rivera designed, planned and astutely implemented as a team on these toothless and challenged parents of mine. Their treatments included extractions, implants, crowns and one of them needed implant supported dentures since he was completely toothless and had a real hard time eating. I recommend this place warmly, as they connect with their patients and are very accommodating for everyone. They are now doing the periodic cleanings at Dental Bright as well, even though it is not that close to home. Carmen is really thorough and friendly and it is well worth it!

I have never had a better experience at the dentist. The office was clean and staff was welcoming and friendly. When I needed my tooth pulled they got me in right away. I felt no pain during the extraction. I have been back for check up and cleaning and the experience has been great. I would highly recomend this office to everyone who needs dental services.
