As a 27 year old who fears the dentist, I was extremely nervous about becoming a new patient of Dental Associates of Walpole. I have avoided the dentist for years due to this fear. From the moment I walked in, my experience was a positive one. The women working at the desk were super friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Nancy Pilozzi was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Upon hearing that I was anxious, she immediately put me at ease, keeping me informed throughout the entire process of my exam with regards to what she was doing, how things looked, etc. She was so nice, informative and I will absolutely ask for her next time I go if possible. Since I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, there was a lot of cleaning to do. Even with all of the scraping, she had a smile on her face, chatted with me to keep my mind off things and let me know that my teeth looked good and there was nothing to worry about. I am so grateful I had the chance to meet with Nancy. She is so wonderful. Thank you!

I recently finished my Invisalign treatment at Dental Associates of Walpole. Although I was hesitant about it at first , I am now so glad that I did it! Invisalign aligners are really easy to wear and take care of and the end result is a huge improvement! Dr. Mahdavi and Dr. Kane were easy to talk to, walked me through the whole process, addressed any issue of concern and made it the best orthodontic experience I've had (and, unfortunately for me there have been two others)! I would definitely recommend Invisalign and the orthodontists at Dental Associates of Walpole!

If I could give Zero Stars I would. The people that work at the front desk are extremely rude. They were so rude to my wife that she would refuse to call there. At first I didn't believe her but it didn't take long to realize it for myself. No matter how far in advance we tried scheduling appointments for our son they never could accommodate a time that we were able to take him. It was almost as they were doing it in spite to us. Eventually we moved on to a new place in Mansfield, and when we called for his records and X-Rays it was nearly impossible to have them agree to send them over. We mind as we'll not even had asked for them because the X-Rays were so bad that his teeth weren't even visible on them. My son had received 2 cavities from Dental Assoc.'s and both of which had had fallen out by the time we started at the new place. It was less than 6 mos. Maybe this place has enough clients that they don't need to be accommodating or pleasant. At first it was my wife and I that suffered because of numerous days off from work to be able to make his appointments but in the long run it's my son that has suffered. And that pisses me off the most.

I took my kids here for 3 years. The front desk people are the most rude office staff ever. They are condescending and forgetful. They treated me like dirt. The dentists are curt and impatient and the hygienist are dismissive and rude. I had a billing question and was treated as if I were a criminal. When I took my children to a new dentist he was amazed how I had been overcharged for unnecessary work. I can’t believe I stayed with them for 3 years. They made a dental visit and exam as stressful as they possibly could. Again,they gave my oldest son painful and unnecessary dental work.

My daughter and I have been going to Dental Associates of Walpole for the past 7 years. I find the doctors and staff to be amazing folks. Dr. Page made an appliance for me that boggles people's minds. He took over a year to make sure it was perfect and I can't tell you how happy that makes me feel - I can smile again! He was patient, innovative, and creative. I was there this weekend for a cleaning and, for the first time, I was blessed with Nancy Pilozzi doing the cleaning. She was awesome! After taking ten years off due to fear and anxiety from past experiences...I came to the Dental Associates of Walpole based on the recommendation of a friend...This practice has not only eradicated all of my fears and anxieties, but they've changed my mind about dentistry altogether...From my first visit with Tara, a gentle, and informative hygienist who put me at ease...To my first restorative appointment with Dr. O'Neill whose humor, and charm helped me through a procedure that proved all of my nervousness to be unwarranted...To my visit with the endodontist, Dr. Saunders, and his assistant Maureen (a.k.a. Mo), who both conveyed a reassurance that turned my fear into calm, that dispelled all of the negative myths about root canals...To my checkout with Lauren who made it possible for me to walk out the door with a smile on my face...Absolutely everyone inside these walls has the same goal...To make us feel comfortable with every step of the process of them providing us with top-notch dental care.

Dental Associates of Walpole is the perfect place to bring children! I started bringing my son here when he was 2. It has been a fabulous experience from the beginning! The entire staff, including the receptionists are extremely kid friendly and always take a moment to talk with my child. I’m always amazed by the children friendly language the dentist and the dental hygienist use! They make every part of being being there fun! We never wait for long but for each short wait, they have a kids waiting room with plenty to entertain the little ones. I cannot recommend this dental office more!

The dentist left during the middle of me getting a filling done and had me wait there for 25 minutes. The dental assistant dropped a tool onto my face. The dental assistant was new to this procedure and very very extremely inexperienced with both the tools and their functions. I would not recommend for any procedure and will not return to this place ever again.

I made an appointment for routine cleaning. Shortly after I arrived I was taken to another room and asked to stand in front of a machine. No explanation given and no permission asked. When I got the bill I had been charged $130 for a 'panoramic scan' Had I realized it was an x-ray I would have refused. Was not given the opportunity to decline nor was I asked permission. I wrote a letter of complaint and didn't get a response. I have not paid the bill and will now take my complaint to the Board of Registration in Dentistry

My oldest son was a patient prior to the unexpected death of My wife (his mother) Now that we are putting our lives back on track I called out to them to arrange an appointment for both he and his two younger siblings... When I notified them that our insurance had changed to a mass health plan I was informed that we were no longer welcome as patients...SHAMEFULL IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD...NOT ONLY IS THIS IMMORAL IT MAY ALSO BE A VIOLATION UNDER MASS LAW !!! would welcome some info or advise THANK YOU...

Worst dental experience! They did a root canal on my son's tooth. We thought the procedure was all set and done. It wasn't. My son ended up losing the tooth. They never bothered to chase us for the followup appointment but they sure as hell had no problem chasing us for the payment. I have disputed the charges and now many, many years later and I just got a call from an extremely rude collection agency looking to collect on the payment. Disgusting...not a reputable business.....stay away.
