I’ve had everything from a cleaning to a bone graft done here and will never go anywhere else. Dr. Moroi performed my bone graft and made it so easy and painless if that’s even possible. Also had a temporary single tooth bridge made by Dr. Papadopoulos. He wouldn’t even place the bridge until it looked perfect and blended it with the rest of my teeth. Dr. Meola is always so friendly and welcoming.

My first experience(s) with Dental Associates of New England was fantastic. They ran on time, the ENTIRE staff is extremely warm and friendly. I felt like everyone wants to be there and is having a good time at work, which made me feel relaxed and upbeat. Not exactly what you'd expect from a visit to the dentist. Dr. John Meola is very talented and genuinely warm and friendly. He sculpted my teeth with precision and I could tell he was enjoying it more than I was! Painless. And the results were great. He truly cares about improving your grill. His orthodontist Dr. Elise Vincelette and her team did an excellent job straightening my teeth in just 10 weeks. The process was also painless, especially since they are super nice. I have been recommending this practice to friends and family because they have state of the art equipment and a great staff that knows how to use it. Refreshing experience! :D

I had a long dental procedure yesterday having two implants placed.I am petrified of the Dentist after having a bad experience as a child . Needless to say, I was VERY nervous ! The surgeon (Dr.M ) was excellent and clearly “ knew his stuff”. But it was Vicky’s calming presence and reassuring voice that got me thru it ... She is fabulous !! If you have a fear of having your teeth drilled and need a dentist, Dr. Meola and his team are who you want. Trust me. I did the research and Legwork for you. I have now had several teeth restored from damage while “in-between” dentists, and I couldn’t have done it without the nitrous oxide. It’s very hard to find dental offices that offer this much needed service. Just be aware, It’s not covered by insurance. Dr. Tam performed a root canal and it was painless. Their dental assistants and office staff are always kind and compassionate. I still hate getting my teeth worked on and always will, but if I hadn’t finally found this office, I would have ended up in chronic pain and losing my teeth.

A close friend of mine referred me to the Dr. John Meola on Wednesday evening for a cracked tooth. I was seen immediately on Thursday morning in the Waltham office. I was greeted by an amazing staff of woman who made me feel comfortable from the start. I then saw Dr. John Meola for x-rays and was once again immediately given an apt for my tooth extraction in the Copley square location, once again I was greeted by another team of awesome people. The tooth was extracted by an amazing dr. And his assistant and I feel like a million dollars. The Place is hands down the cleanest, nicest and most organized office you’ll ever see. The prices are reasonable and the doctors are very gentle during procedures and make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire visit. I have been wanting to do my teeth for a few years now and each time I went to a dentist for a consultation, I was a little to scared and would put it back on the shelf. I decided this was the year. I went to 4 different dentists that were highly recommended and on “The Top 10, list,” the first visit was to New England Dental, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. But friends and family urged me to get a few more consultations. I did, I walked out of a few asking how they rated the top 10. I ended going back to where I first started, New England Dental. They were all wonderful, from the office staff to the assistances to the dentists. I am not sure how many people have felt this way but I have, no matter whether it be the doctor or dentist office, the front desk are always so nasty and put out, that is NOT the case here, they are wonderful and helpful. I had 23 teeth removed by the oral surgeon, without anesthesia (don’t like it) or gas, he numbed my mouth told me to bring my headphones and my music and just sit back and I did. He had removed all 23 teeth and stitched my gums all within an hour. I never felt a thing. My daughters dropped me off at 11:00am and picked me up at 12:30. Once my teeth were removed and gums stitched, they immediately put my new teeth in. When my daughters came to pick me up, one began to cry, she said she could not believe it, how beautiful and “young” I looked. Before I left they scheduled my follow up appointments and told me to call if I needed adjustments even if it was everyday, not to worry, just call. I only had to go in a few times but if I called the same day, they fit me in the scheduled and never seemed put out or made me feel I was a pain. They are wonderful and talented. I recommend them highly. My daughter is seeing them now for veneers and my husband will be scheduling to go in to have the same procedure I had. The oral surgeon is amazing as are the dentist. I give them 10 stars. Oh, just a side note....I went to my daughter-in-laws shower a week after I had the procedure and I had several people ask me what I had done to myself, they said I looked so “young” and had a bounce to my step. See what teeth can do, you do not realize how much your teeth can change your life. Thank you New England Dental.

I had my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Waldman exactly two weeks ago. I had two impacted lower teeth, so I went to New England Dental Associates for a consultation. Dr. Waldman was incredibly professional and friendly, and had me in the next week for the surgery. Despite being nervous about going under anesthesia, the dental assistant and Doctor Waldman made me feel quite comfortable. The procedure was over before I knew it, and I was sent home. Pain levels were minimal, swelling was barely noticeable, and only for a day or two. I could eat solid food within two or three days, and I feel completely normal two weeks out. I know this isn't the case for most of my friends who have had this surgery. All in all, Dr. Waldman and his staff did an amazing job, and I can't recommend them enough.

Appointments are easy to make. The text message reminders of up coming appointments are always appreciated. There is always quick service upon arrival of the appointment. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and make one feel comfortable. The doctors are top notch and professional. After surgeries there’s never been a problem getting in touch with the doctors because they give you their cell phone number not a answering service. Regarding emergencies, they squeeze you in that day or get you in touch with another specialist who will see you. Dr. John is always friendly and available for consultation.
