I recently went here and was very nervous. I had not been to the dentist in a long time. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. The hygienist was very friendly and helpful. I can tell she loves her job and cares a lot about her patients. Her deliverance of how I should change my habits was very professional,yet she made me feel very respected and cared for. Dr. Vora was excellent too. She loves her job as well and you can tell. This is a great office for anyone scared of the dentist. The staff is highly skilled for patients that have fears or may need a lot of dental work done.

It's not my favorite thing to do -- go to the dentist. But Rachael Vora is lovely and puts me at ease. She put a cap on one of my teeth and i cannot tell which one - they all look real but one is capped! She also works with Invisilign and does a great job with that too.

Fabulous! Not only was the cleaning wonderful using water instead of scraping, but I had bonding for a chip done on my front tooth which makes my whole mouth look great. The dentist did a wonderful job of reshaping my tooth, matching the bonding perfectly, but also taking out some damaged tooth and making it appear once again "naturally" without flaws. I highly recommend them. Superb. P.S. I almost wanted to take a nap during my appointment it was so relaxing.... without any drugs.

I picked Sr. Vora as she had great reviews online and is probably one of the best dentist in Middlesex county. Also, I found her location very convenient, as is located in Arlington, MA - two blocks away from where I live. She had been by far the best dentist appointment yet! Dr. Vora was super sweet, nice, & efficient. She took the time to get to know me, was very personable, and really made me feel comfortable. Her staff was warm and helpful and while the dentist is not my favorite place, Dr. Vora made it a great experience. She did a great job inspecting my teeth and gave me useful feedback. My old tooth with filling got broken off while chewing on a pike mackerel bone. While the lab was making the crown, Dr. Vora fitted me with a temporary cap. Now, two weeks later, the real crown is on like a glove. I feel comfortable cosmetic dental work with her as she is known as of the best cosmetic dentist in town. So, I may consider a full mouth veneers, but would probably have to save up.

I went in an while the staff were nice human beings an issue with their communication with insurance caused them to withhold placing a permanent crown until I payed 1000$ out of pocket. That they were 100% willing to leave me with a temporary crown and send me packing if I didn’t pay them for their miscommunication with my insurance provider. Given that they are unable to give accurate assessments of what your dental insurance would cost I would recommend having restoristive work done elsewhere. There are thousands of good Dentists in Boston and I’ve had plenty of nice staff to work with at other offices. It doesn’t matter how pleasent someone is when they hold care over your head and are willing to leave you with a half finished procedure they are a risk. I want to reiterate that if nothing else they have very kind staff and that does count for something.

I've had a lot of trouble finding the best dentist in Boston, since I just moved here from California, but Dental Associates of Arlington really lived up to my expectations of a true and honest dental experience. I had two teeth that needed some serious help and needed an emergency dentist. I found this practice and I went in expecting to have two extractions done. Most places I went, both here and back home, recommended the extraction option over a root canal because the extractions are cheaper and I don't have insurance. But when I got here, they strongly, strongly encouraged me to splurge on a root canal and save my teeth. Why? Because they care. They went to great lengths to keep extraction as a last resort, and I settled for the root canal. They even helped me out financially by doing the procedure in steps, which is incredibly helpful to my budget. They are really one of the most affordable dentist in the area. By far the best dental visit I've ever had. Everybody who works here is extremely professional, efficient and friendly. To be completely honest, I can't wait to go back there. After a double root canal, that should say something. I'm so relieved that my teeth are, finally, one step in the right direction toward fully functional and recovered.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vora's for almost two years and have to admit that she is one of the best dentists I have ever had. Believe me, I have had many through my 43 years as I consider a perfect smile is important. She knows what she is doing and after referring about 6 people to her, she has an overwhelming thumbs up from all of us. One story that shows what kind of dentist she is happened when I returned from a trip to Mexico and cracked a tooth and was in a real emergency and needed a dentist really quickly. I immediately was able to get in to see Dr. Vora (who stayed and skipped her lunch for me) and was told that we only need to bond it for now and see how it goes. I truly believe any other dentist would have put me through a crown process and it would have cost me a great deal even with my insurance plan. Honesty seems to be her way of doing business!

So I am someone who has always been horrified of the dentist. When I moved to Boston a few years back, finding a new dentist was not at all on the top of my list. I finally bit the bullet and decided to come here and I am so glad I did. The dental hygienist was SO incredibly nice and they did not shame me for ditching the dentist for 2+ years (which they would have had every right to do). The cleaning was so fast and efficient. Excellent new Patient experience! Went for cleaning and x-ray and everything went as expected. Staff was attentive and made it a point to describe what they were doing at each step. Timing of appointment was great. They take my insurance (Cinga) so dealing with payment took 2 seconds to confirm will take care of everything. Scheduling the follow up was done while in the chair which was very convenient!

She did a difficult filling that a dentist had previously botched. I'm so happy to say that I can eat without pain for the first time in 4 years! It was a blessing to see how much she genuinely cared about my treatment. She didn't talk over me but talked to me so I could understand my dental issues and get the best treatment. I had a twenty year relationship with my past dentist until he retired... I put off looking for a new one until I broke a tooth. I found Dr. Vora after searching for a highly qualified dentist with a reputation of being gentle. I FOUND HER! Yesterday I had a completely painless root canal on the tooth that broke. The office staff is amazingly kind and very proficient. They all are so helpful in making the patients feel cared for. Lots of eye contact, smiling and they truly listen. I did deep cleaning several times and planting surgery in this small place. Amazingly, Dr. Annie and the people including nurses and the ladies at the reception desk are very funny and professional. They explain in details and provide very nice service to help my teeth. Really appreciate their support. On another day for maintenance cleaning, people are kind as usual. As someone who has severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist, they have not only been so helpful, but also so supportive and gentle. From the second I called inquiring about an appointment the staff was so helpful and easy to work with. I mentioned being nervous about the appointment, and they gave me all the options they offer (sedation dentistry, nitrous, etc.) for those who are nervous. Every appointment I've had there has been so easy and though I still get nervous sitting in the chair initially, the staff is always so friendly and calming. Dr. Vora is awesome!

I cannot give this office enough praise. Dr. Vora and everyone in his office are very skilled and very pleasant. I had a dental emergency (infection) and she took me right in that morning. She helped get rid of the infection and scheduled a follow up appointment to fix the issue. The office called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay and to see how my pain was. I was blown away by the compassion and the level of service from this office. Dr. Vora is honestly one of the most kind, gentle and caring dentists I have ever had. If you’ve ever grown nervous about visiting the dentist, Dr. Vora and the rest of the team at Dental Associates of Arlington will completely change your mind. They were kind, caring, and professional during my entire cleaning, and worked with me to create a suitable dental treatment plan. Their office is clean and modern, and the staff working at the front desk were incredibly friendly. My hygienist walked me through every step of the cleaning, which is the kind of care I’ve never experienced at a dentist office. Afterward, Dr. Vora created a dental plan that will help me wipe out all the dental problems I’ve been having for the past few years. Although I was nervous about getting this work done, I’m really looking forward to smiling in photos for the first time in five years. I even recommended this dental office to my wife, who plans on becoming a new patient in the upcoming month. Best dentist group around. Hadn't been myself for a long time, and was in serious need of a lot of work. My sister recommended them as they did "sedation" dentistry, something I was not aware of. Staff does a great job to make you calm and comfortable, especially if you're an anxious patient. Would highly recommend anyone to visit them and get your mouth back into healthy shape, or keep it that way.
