worse experience ever the doctor rushed and continiously put numbing pain without actually letting the med numb the area causing my daughter excruciating pain but seeing her in pain continuing to pock her causing her more pain then she yanked all 5 teeth vigorously causing excruciating pain im so upset never again

My follow up visit for an abscess tooth was great ! My tooth required extraction. The oral surgeon was quick and efficient. Done in no time. His assistant Pauline and I blabbed while waiting for my mouth to numb. Very cool lady. And I can’t say enough about the management of this office. Many thanks to Kathy Annino. Everything goes smoothly. Everyone is pleasant and smiling.It’s nice to be greeted and serviced with a smile. Tenesha I believe is the gal I’ve seen each visit. Wonderful ! Prices at this office are definitely lower than I’m used too.... especially if you purchase the Revolution plan .. a low priced in-house program. It really helps take the pain out of that part of the process. I highly recommend Cortland Dental & Braces ... it’s five star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Every time at the office was welcoming, precise, and without anxiety. Staff was kind, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable. I noticed the children did not have anxiety and gladly followed staff to have their procedure. Dr. Virk was gentle, knowledgeable, and professional. Taylor and Ashley were happy to assist professionally, and gladly offered instructions. Abby on the front desk is always helpful, kind, and welcoming. Isaiah on the front desk is a real soft spoken gentleman (this is rare these days), knowledgeable, and interested in making your experience pleasant and precise. I want to thank KARINA on the front desk for your professional and welcoming character. She wears a smile and has a kind voice. As I wait I watch that she makes everyone feel they are special and will be treated fairly - this is very important to those who come to the office. Thank you Karina!

Very upset... they are very persistent when it comes to calling to schedule and reminding you of the upcoming appointment. Even ask you to be there early to do paper work. When you do! They take an hour to call up your name. After sitting here waiting to get my name called for the appointment they gave me and came to ON TIME.... if I don’t go up to the counter to ask why have I set in there waiting are for and you’re with out being called. The front desk staff DONT even know..! I see my name highlighted on their clipboard, meaning; someone new I came in on time. Unreal!. Very upsetting especially when you take time off from work to be there. Someone drop the ball NOT once but twice c YES! This happens twice within two weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Seen that the waiting room was extremely full because ppl are trying to get ready for back to school. But; second time! The volume of patience was less and this till happened.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out for the first time. I was awake for the entire procedure. However, Dr Yu and Daisy made sure i was comfortable the entire time. They were very nice.
