I find this dentist office extremely welcoming and caring. They are also gentle and honest and explain everything they are doing before they do it. i would recommend adults and children to come to this office. MaryGrace is very friendly and helped me to relax. and Dr. Rupal was thorough and gentle. She also made me feel comfortable.

In the past, before I became a patient at this office, I have had dentists pick on me for my cavities and even been lied to by an endodontist when the cap to one of my teeth had been cracked and the tooth was rotting from inside the cap. They for some time were even saying they were going to bill my insurance for work that had yet to begin until I stood up knowing they couldn't', then they apologized and left me alone. Now, I have been a patient at this office for a few years. The employees are always cheerful and friendly. You can tell they truly care about the patients and their health. Dr. Branch always makes sure that any of my questions are answered and I am informed of the procedures and Sasha informs me of the billing aspect. Over time they have added new services that makes it convenient to get the work that's needed done faster instead of being referred.

From the moment I walked in it was all naturally pleasant vibes, as soon as my sons name got called, it was dancing and singing into a room. The employees were excellent at explaining the procedures and the process of what was about to go down. Very supportive too, which made my son and I feel even more comfortable. I love this place. Every time I take my grandkids. The staff are very welcoming, from the front desk to the back staff. I love marygrace and Joselyn last time that I was there, they were very patient with me. Though I had a little attitud because I wanted to be seen earlier than my appointment time, Joselyn found a way to calm me,with a smile on her face. She took me into a room and kindly explained why I had to wait until my appointment time. Played a movie for my grandkids. I recommend this place to everyone.

The two stars are regarding the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and it was a traumatizing situation. I was awake for the whole procedure. They had given me Nitrious Oxide for the anxiety but it didn't seem like it had worked at all. I found it odd they didn't ask for my weight because it seems as though that would be the way the measure how much to administer. If you are planning on getting your wisdom teeth out, find a place that will put you under. Although they did give me local anesthesia, I was pretty aware of exactly what they were doing inside my mouth. I could feel much of the procedure. Afterwards, the assistant gave me 3 prescriptions and a sheet of paper with instructions and that was it. Maybe 2 verbal instructions were given to me (which reiterates my statement about how the Nitrous Oxide did not make me out of it, I was awake and aware). As I left the back office crying, my dad had to ask the assistant if there were any instructions for me to follow. She said "I told her already what needs to be done". My dad being in the medical field found that also to be strange that they would give me instructions when I was supposed to be the patient who had just undergone a "major medical procedure". I wouldn't get your wisdom teeth removed here, but the staff was extremely friendly.

The place is closer to where i live, nice big space, very bussy, we got there 30 minutes earlier, bec first time fill out paper work, but the wait is too much to be with a todler, i just hope if you run late they will syill take you, and hopefully They don't make get another apointment. I have been coming to this office for a decent amount of time at least for my child. For myself prior to last month I hadn't been to the office for 3 years. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Abhishek Gupta he looked and acted like he hated his life and profession. As for my experience,I was sitting in the room being prepared to inhale laughing gas by the assistant. The assistant never advised me to not be on the phone she was speaking with another assitant i think they were trying to stay prepared for the following appointments. So when I received an important phone call from my childs father about my child, obviously I answered it. As I was explaining that he needed to pick her up because I was going to get my wisdom teeth removed. Abhishek Gupta walked in no hi how are you i will be performing the extraction today i got a you need to get off the phone you cant be on the phone. I kindly responded with i was not told i couldnt be on the phone and it is an important phone call. Abhishek Gupta responded with ok dont give me attitude. I asked what attitude if i am responding back to you. He then proceeded to speak woth the assistant. I was given numbing medication but in some areas of my mouth i was still feeling the pain i askes if he could stop he huffed and puffed and said what is the problem with an attitude. Long story short he was extremely rude if i wasnt in a rush to get the teeth removed i wouldve cancelled and went some where else. After the procedure he didn't say bye or ask if i was ok. I actually told the assistant to complain to her boss and let them know they should hiring an oral surgeon that is more professional and friendly. I am considering switching dentist for myself as well as my child. Abhishek Gupta is extremely rude and needs to find a new profession since this one isn't working out so well.

Excellent office and dental staff. I hate going to the dentist (I mean, who doesnt?) but I absolutely love going here. I actually find myself looking FORWARD to my appointments there! Dr Blanco knows his stuff and so do the dental assistants. They are extremely helpful, understanding, and acommodating to all of my needs. They follow up on all my requests, phone calls, and any time I need to have a prescription called in or come in for an emergency dental issue, theyre always there ready to help. I had been shopping around for a dentist for about 6 months when i first moved to the area because I have a rare dental situation where i dont get numb in a certain quadrant of my mouth and they worked with my insurance to get me approved to recieve nitrous. If it werent for them I honestly probably wouldnt have half my teeth by now. I highly recommend this dentist office...and Im picky and Ive been to my share of dentists so, coming from me, that says something!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I personally have been going to this office since it was small smiles. Decided to bring my son to this office and we will never be going back!!!! How can you be a pediatric dentist but you do not have a dentist that can see anyone under 5 years old. They referred me to another office since they currently don’t have a pediatric dentist. This office “scheduled” my appointment with the other office, told me my appointment was on a Sunday which I found weird because there are not many places open on Sundays. So I doubled checked and told the lady the date she had given me was a Sunday and she was very sure that they would be open on that Sunday. So I went to that office the date of his appointment and they were not open! So tired of the back and forth and running around this office has made me do.
