RUN FAST! PLACE IS A SCAM! !! tooth factory. They make up stuff to just charge Dentist said I had 5 cavaties. I went to another dentist for a second opinion since I go to the dentist every 6 months I thought it was fishy that he said I had 5 cavaties. When I questioned the dentist he stayed quiet. When I went to another dentist they said I had no cavaties. I had chosen to go to this dentist since my previous dentist retired.If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Save yourself and your families. PLACE IS A SCAM! !!

Dr. Tsessis did a superb job replacing a lost crown and completing the work done by the endodontist. He had previously diagnosed a dead tooth under a crown that had been overlooked for 2 years. Millie is a very capable and friendly dental assistant. July, 2019 Cely is an excellent dental hygienist. And engaging, too. I look forward to seeing her . And I really, really like how professional and friendly the entire staff is. Jasmine shared today that pretty much everyone has been there for 4 years or longer. The place purrs along.

Don't go here, really bad service. Show up early for an appointment and they can't find it in the computer, when you take 3 kids to the dentist and get stuck waiting to be seen nope, this place is not recommend. I walked out if this place 6 months ago because of silly check boxes on a paper form, drawing a line down the NO section vs making 100 checks in boxes. Don't go here.

I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to the staff at Family Dentistry.The moment I came in the door I was greeted by Yami and Jasmine, they made me feel at home. They were professional and kind. Sally, the dental hygienist was gentle and very thorough and managed to put me at ease, which can be difficult due to my anxiety at the Dental office. Dr. Ahmed is without a doubt the most educated and compassionate Dentist I have ever encountered in my 54 years.He takes the time to listen to his clients as well as educate you with regards to the latest procedures.I never once felt like I was being rushed . Amanda is the dental assistant , she and Dr. Ahmed compliment each other nicely. She is a bright young young lady.

Dr. Z and Lorainna were so amazing when I had to get my tooth pulled, I was terrified, I didn't feel anything as he pulled my tooth then afterward I usually have a lot of pain but with Dr.Z no pain at all. Lorainna calmed me right down before the procedure. I'm not scared to come back and they will be doing any further work for me.

The staff at Children & Family Dentistry are very efficient and professional. I had not been to that location in over a year, but upon entering the building I was greeted with friendly smiles. The waiting area is very spacious, clean, equipped and accommodating for both children and adults. Dr. Z is exceptional! He is very personable and the love for what he does is evident in his performance. My routine cleaning and other oral care were handled with precision and accuracy. I highly recommend him! Melissa, Heather, Crystal, and Diane are great...always engaging and thorough!

I came to this office for a regular visit / cleaning and everyone was great, however, they referred me to their oral surgeon for an extraction. They are the most unprofessional oral surgeons I've ever been to. They were all rushing around like mad men trying to find all of the gear they needed because apparently they are not full time in that office but are a pop-up oral surgeon working out of a tackle box on the dirty floor... Dr. Singer stabs my mouth 5 times in a row with no Novocaine gel or even a 2 second break in between stabs with the needle and not listening to anything i said... they barely gave me any Novocaine because it barely numbed my mouth i could still feel... I left the office before that monster could do any more damage.. I swear he was enjoying causing me pain. I will NEVER step foot in that office again.

Im getting treated for braces and general,I am very happy the way they treat me in generaland have no problem, but the braces department does not do there job perfectly. I had them put on my braces in March or April and have not got treated since July or got ANY adjustments. I've been there twice in October and I have no records shown since July!! I mean come on what is going on!! Not having records down and not gettig and adjustments for 5 months. I've been wearing these for no reason for the lst 5 months and struggling to eat and keep my teeth clean.

I love coming here. The staff are so friendly as well as the dentists. Today I saw Dr. Z, he is so funny and easy to get along with. My kids come here as well as it is the only dental/braces facility that accommodates to MassHealth patients. I live in Hampshire county and there really aren’t any places in my area or in Franklin county that take MassHealth. So, although Holyoke is out of my way, I choose to bring my family here because they take our insurance and they have the best staff!!! Shout out to the receptionists!!!! The staff here are wonderful. They made my son actually enjoy a trip to the dentist. The Dentists are amazing. They took their time to make sure we knew why the treatment was needed and the staff was able to show him how to taje better care of his pearly whites. He can't wait to go back abd niether can I. Lorainna the Dental Assistant was phenomenal. She explained everything in terms that we could understand and provide examples that my child could relate to. We loved her! The wait was a bit longer than expected, but once she took care of us things were great. She answered all our questions and concerns in a professional manner. Went in extremely nervous for my 6yr olds 1st appt. She's a handful by herself, I just didn't know what to expect. I also had my 10m old twins with me. So ofcourse I was a mess. We were welcomed with nothing but smiles. They were so comforting I felt like we've been going there for years! They not only took great care of my oldest, they helped me with my babies as well. The staff in this office are absolutely amazing, from the front staff to the back staff. They are all very knowledgeable in the dentistry field. When I go in for my cleanings I couldn't be more satisfied with my hygienist. Not only does she clean my teeth very well, she also talks me through what she is doing and which areas I should be paying close attention to. My 4 year old son also had an emergency where he fractured his tooth and he needed 2 teeth removed at that visit. The doctor was amazing and very gentle, my son did not even move an inch! This office is horrible I sat for over a hour and a half while other people were being brought the dr numbed me left and went to other rooms all while I sat there the poor assistant was just running all over the place there were over 15 ppl in the waiting room this office isn’t the place if you want to be seen on time or good work. The front desk says 10 mins but it’s more like 30 before you get to the back. I’m never going back again the doctor was good but not worth the wait and the office isn’t the cleanest. I only was coming here because I didn’t have another place to go but this place sucks they book people and don’t see them until they can not a good feeling not a good place! Don’t go here for you or your kids

I really like this dentist! My daughter recently got braces and the staff has been tremendous! We recently went in for a routine cleaning and we mentioned to the dental hygienist that one of her braces wires were bothering her and the hygienist was able to bring in someone from the orthodontic group and they were able to fix her right up. The staff is always friendly and helpful and we have always had a very positive experience.

My appointment was for 1:45. I sat in the waiting room until 1:55, before leaving the establishment. I have a job and things I have to do other than sitting for 40 minutes with a cranky 2 year old in a dentist office. They should also obide by this 5 minute window policy for patients waiting for appointments.

Hello! My name is Dr. Beyer. I'm a new provider at Children and Family Dentistry here in Holyoke. I just wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself. I'm originally from the Seattle area (Go Seahawks! You're welcome for that goal-line interception Patriots fans,) and moved out this way to do my training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Everyone is so friendly and it is just a overall great atmosphere. The dentists are extremely skilled and willing to help in a way that is comfortable to you. My cousin hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time due to being scared and embarrassed of her teeth.. after alot of convincing she was confident enough to make an appointment. Everyone was so kind and had no problem explaining every single step before it was done. From the x-rays all the way to completing her last cavity she was cared for in a way that made her comfortable and ready to come back next time. By her last appointment she was no longer scared and walked out of there with a smile she hasn't shown in years! This office is over all amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!
