I have TMJ problem for years... My jaw fall out and I have to take many breaks during cleaning or/and dental procedure. It is very hard to find dental office like this one who knows how to handle it professionally.

Dr. Chen is absolutely AMAZING!!! I highly recommend him to everyone. First off i suffer from intense anxiety especially more so with any dentists. With that said, right when you walk in the office its so beautiful and all his staff are so welcoming and sweet. I went today to have a bottom wisdom tooth removed that's been bothering me for years out of fear of the dentist. He made me feel so comfortable and calm talked me through everything and his assistant was amazing as well. He had it out in 10 minutes no pain nothing!!!!! I was so thankful i cried and hugged him! Im telling you he is the best of the best!!!!! Now my whole family will be going to him. Thankyou Dr. Chen for taking years of pain away in just 10 min!!!!! You are AMAZING!!!!!!

Wonderful. I got in to see a doctor within days of calling for an appointment. When I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment, she took me as soon as I walked in the door. Major work had to be done, and the doctor did it immediately without making me schedule another appointment. Everyone in the office was amazing, caring, and I cannot recommend this dental office high enough. Fantastic.

My name is Danielle. Not the place to go if you have dental anxiety. They are not very experienced with that. Meaning Dr. Chen. I have had alot of work done on my mouth as a child. So I am terrified of the dentist. I asked him politely to please not use something and he did it anyway. He used a drill on my teeth with no novocaine because he was not going that far in. I told him I did not want that done. He did it anyway. He did at one point yell at me when I was having it done. I cried uncontrollably. Thank God my mother was there. I think he would have been worse with me, had she not been there. I won't be going back. I do not like the way he treated me. I went to the Hingham office.

Dr. Yang and Dr. Chen are the kindest dentists I have been with. They care for your as a person and they will always be flexible to address your primary concerns. They make your visit both educational and effective with their treatment. I feel much more confident in the way I care for my teeth and my gums!! Dr. Chen assistant Danielle is also very helpful and always available to make your visit easy going. I highly recommend Care Smile Dental in Hingham for your next dental office visit!

He is not only be loved by his patient and also surrounding town dentists who are very often referral patients to him for oral surgical needs. Dr Chen provide best quality dental service and always make patients worry fee during the treatment.

I hate to talk bad about people, but when you get hustled by the dentist you gotta say something. I went in to Dr. Chens office because of pain because of an almagum filling. ... Dr. Chen refused to remove it because he said it was "cosmetic and unnecessary" he said "we should just pull the tooth.." ... So because he felt like being controlling and stubborn he said he would only remove filling if I paid cash on the spot... 200$ cash.... I am a Masshealth recipient, to be more forward I do not have the funds for such unnecessary procedures... Not to mention I should not have to pay said cost because it is one of the many things covered by Masshealh.. Dr. Chen like 99% of the other medical professionals I have met in my life have been rude, and ignores my complaints and to top it off acts like he has no time to listen. Overall one of the most disgusting and disrespectful experiences I have had at a dentist office. Don't even get me started on the over caffenated lady behind the desk .. She made my head spin before I even got in the chair.. Not to mention the young apprentice dentist lady also ignored my specific complaint of please fix this specific tooth... Just to spite me she fixed the opposite side... Honestly I have never been so disgusted ... These people are quacks as far as I am concerned and have no RESPECT for the patient. It seems to be that way with most doctors unfortunately . Be wary of going to there Hingham and Harvard locations... Just to let y'all know its been over a month and I have had no pain in the tooth that I was forced to pay 200$ to have filling removed... which he was so certain was going to cause problems " within a week you will be back " Dr. Chen stated... THIS MAN SHOULD HAVE HIS DENTRISTY LISCENSE REMOVED.
