Initially excellent experience with all staff. However, sealants consistently fell off, insurance wouldn't cover replacements, and out of pocket costs sky rocketed. Kind and friendly staff, but it wasn't enough to make up for these and other issues. We switched to a better practice.

Excellent experience. My son is 4. This was his first dentist appointment and he left with no fear of the dentist. They are great with kids. I would reccomend them to anyone.

We have been the patients of the Dental Pediatrics for over 12 years. We have used their general dentistry and their orthodontic treatments. Doctors and nurses are very experienced and (for the most part) patient with finicky children and teenagers. I know that some of their clients are children with special needs, which is always a plus. I whole-heartedly recommend this practice.

Pediatric Dental Associates is amazing. both my kids have been patients there since their first teeth came out and now they are ages 8 and 9. the office staff is always amiable and efficient. they almost always run on time. all the hygienists are super nice and great with kids. all the dentists are also great with kids, very knowledgeable, and never rushed. my kids have always gone to the dentists happily. Street parking at a meter is usually quite easy. the location is not super close to our home but the 30min plus drive is worth it to us!

I rarely write reviews, but feel as though I needed to write one for this place. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the facilities were generally clean and they had a fish tank that my son loved looking at… As well as the receptionists who are generally very friendly! That being said, we left this practice after we were told that our son was "one of those patients" who are not given a Saturday time slot because they require a little more attention while in the chair. Mind you, at the time and he was two years old and had been to the dentist only twice - having to sit on my lap, turning his head away, not opening his mouth , normal stuff (i'm a teacher). The hygenist was amazing! The dentist was a nightmare. We could see him getting physically upset when my son wouldn't open his mouth, and he spoke to my two-year-old as if he were an adult. This was the second time we visited this practice after a similar experience, but wanted to give it another chance. Nope. We moved on. I don't understand how you can have child's dental practice and not be good with or understanding with kids. After writing a review on Facebook, I was asked to take it down. Any practice that triages kids out of "high-volume days" in order to generate revenue instead of taking the time to care for each child and make their (first! Or second!) experience comfortable, does not have the childrens' interests at the forefront.

My daughter has been a patient at Pediatric Dental Associates since she was a toddler. They have navigated us through palate spacers, pulling of teeth and complex braces as well as the normal bi-yearly checkups. They are always efficient, on time, personable. I trust the advice I get from all the professionals there. My only suggestion on "room for improvement" would be after hours availability for brace "emergencies" and limited orthodontia hours.

Good dentists, horrible front desk. They called earlier asking to come in earlier, ok agreed. Upon arrival we are notified that appointment is cancelled and rescheduled and hygienist is gone. They allegedly "called us and rescheduled it", and this is after we drove there during the snow storm on 1/7. I get that you want to get home before it gets really nasty but why lie claiming you called and talked to someone when actually you got no answer, later found a MISSED - NOT ANSWERED call on a home phone while being away in the morning. No apology other than condencending "I don't know". Mistakes happen and simple "sorry, we messed up" although disappointing would have done it. I guess you cannot experience a good dentist if the front desk doesn't let you. Perhaps it is time for a new dental office.

My kids have been at Pediatric Dental for over 15 years. The care has been expert, and my kids always comfortable. Everyone is friendly and they do a great job keeping the experience of going to the dentist a positive one.

My 3 girls actually love going to the dentist now! My youngest (5) will ask randomly throughout the year, "Can we go to the dentist today?!" Great attentive staff who clearly have been trained in how to work with children.

Excellent dental practice. Very child focused. Caring, patient, and always makes sure the child is comfortable and has a positive experience. Helps children learn to trust. We couldn't be more pleased and appreciative of the entire office's approach and our experience.

Both of kids (7 and 3) love going to Pediatric Dental. Their experiences have always been positive (the post cleaning gifts are an added bonus). I appreciate their flexibility to see both kids at the same time and allowing parents to be as involved as necessary.
