I recently moved to Massachusetts from Idaho and needed to find a dental office that would meet my needs. Not knowing anyone, I googled dentist's. I found Big Smiles Dental and read the reviews and shortly thereafter made an appointment. I was very, very happy with Dr. Chung and the staff. They made sure that I was comfortable and happy with the procedures. Whenever I needed to make an appointment, they got me in within a week. Even though Dr. Chung is no longer there, the other dentists, Dr. Kim, are also very good in making you feel comfortable and make going to the dentist enjoyable. I would highly recommend Big Smiles Dental!

I appreciated seeing staff wanting to learn and practice to further their education. This career isn’t easy, most people dislike their Dentist which makes it harder on people who choose this career path. Really nice women but the Dentist was horrible. He wanted to do something other than what I planned. I wasted my time coming down here. The Dentist woman left and now there's a different guy. I am in lots of pain and he refused to do a filling.

I was nervous to begin with switching dentist I went in to get four cavities filled. The dentist only used novacaine on one side of my mouth it was extremely painful. After he said he was all done he drilled two random holes in the bottom of two healthy teeth that are now brown and in a lot of pain. Afterwards they asked if I wanted a cleaning. For some reason I said yes figuring that atleast wouldn't hurt. I'm pretty sure the lady who did it thought I had novacaine and couldn't feel anything so she literally stabbed and cut me with her tools until I told her to stop. My mouth looked terrible I had cuts everywhere. I wonder if the Indian man that worked on my teeth is even a real dentist..do not ever go to the one in Ludlow ma

Where do I start? I was very conservative and dreadful about having a root canal procedure done, before my initial consultation with Big Smiles Dental...However, all of that changed after my first consultation visit...The staff was kind, helpful, interactive, and very accommodating. I was impressed with their quick follow ups and concern for their patients post visits... Overall, I am very pleased with the results of my root canal and have had fillings that were more painful...As for the pricing, it is very reasonable, and in my opinion their rates are better than the other dental practices in the surrounding areas....I would certainly recommend anyone to give Big Smiles a try, you won't be let down!

The facility is new with big and wide windows that allows you to view the outdoors while waiting. A convenient location near super market, gas stations, restaurants and many more. Having had a very traumatic experience at another local dentist it was very hard to trust another dentist however ; I am very impressed with the gentleness and care given here at Ludlow Smiles! I have experienced nothing but professionalism , compassion and wonderful dental work here! Absolutely love this place...... the staff is very nice and caring. The dentist are always making sure you are ok and making sure your experience is well. What I love is how quick they attend you or if they are running behind schedule they will tell you and accomidate your needs. I recommend that more people visit this place there are not many like this one.......
