If I had to use one word to describe my experience here, it would be: Efficient. I purchased a LivingSocial voucher this morning, called the office to redeem it, and was scheduled for a cleaning/x-ray exam this afternoon. Shortly after arriving and filling out a short information form, I was seated, given a quick set of x-rays (took about 2 minutes), and relaxed for all of 1 minute before the doctor arrived and cleaning began. The exam chair actually has a massage function (with multiple speeds) which you can control, which seemed kind of gimmicky, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Dr. Eka was very pleasant, and if you're the type of person who gets nervous about going to the dentist (which I'm not), I'm sure her demeanor will go far in erasing your fears. The exam took all of 15 minutes--it included an ultrasound cleaning (with some dental pick scraping to get rid of a particularly robust tartar buildup), polishing, and flossing. It was a bit surprising to be done so soon, as I've never had a cleaning that took less than an hour, so it may call into question the thoroughness of the exam--but, it could just be that I didn't have much plaque. Given my dental history (no cavities), I guess that's entirely possible, but still seems improbable because I always go through at least double or even triple the amount of ultrasonic cleaning and scraping. Anyway, try it out (especially if you're going through Living Social; it's a great bargain for those of us who do not have dental insurance), you'll probably have a nice experience, but be wary of a lack of attention to detail.

She explains what she will be doing an why before she starts the procedure to make sure you understand what will be happening. I truly can't say enough great things about this office. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists and after delaying and delaying getting dental work done that I needed, I finally decided to get my teeth properly taken care of. Dr. Eka and her entire team have been absoutely phenomenal with me. They put me at ease right away and have been very patient with all of my work. After getting dental work done that I had been putting off, I even decided to do something special about my smile - I got beautiful veneers that have completely transformed my smile and I couldn't be happier. This has been the most professional dental office experience that I have had as a patient and needless to say, I will be staying on top of my routine dental work from now on with this office. The entire team - Camila, Kaite, Melissa and Silvana are very friendly, professional and accomodating and Dr. Eka is very skilled, patient and professional. Thank you Arch Street Dental!

I have tried out a few dentists in the Boston area and I have found the one I will stay with for a long time now. Great location, modern office, and a great staff. I love my hygienist, Katie. She does great work and is quite personable. Fortunately I don't need the dentist for more than quick exams at the end of my appointment, but I can still tell Dr. Eka is great too. She recommended preventative care for me which worked and saved me from thousands of dollars of unnecessary treatment my previous dentist recommended. Now my mouth is healthy again and I have more money in my pocket. This is a great practice from top to bottom.

I had a cleaning with Arch Street and my experience had been wonderful! The staff was terrific and the hygienist and dentist was very thorough with my cleaning and exam. The office offers massaging chairs with heat options during my cleaning. The office is clean and bright. Refreshments are offered in the waiting area. I have always been a bit anxious and nervous about going to the dentist all my life and Arch Street Dental completely change my view on that. I was so comfortable throughout my appointment that I did not want to leave the chair! I highly recommend this dental office. FYI: I have started Invisalign treatment and am thoroughly happy! Three weeks in and I have already start to notice big changes.

The receptionist Melissa and my hygienist Paulina were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Melissa worked with my schedule and got me in asap. Paulina did the best cleaning I've experienced in a long time, I was squeaky clean afterwards. I highly recommend this dental office, excellent customer service and dental service! (I found this place recommended on Reddit if that matters). Extra: I wasn't pressured to buy anything. They advised I was the perfect candidate for Invisalign and I can opt for white fillings to replace my current silver fillings. I said nah to both and that was it.

After the experience I had at Arch Street Dental, I wanted to write a review. The reason I wanted to write a review is because - WOW. A dental office that I finally don't mind going back to! In fact, in the case of Arch Street Dental, one that I actually look forward to going back. First off, the office itself. The office is modern and amazing. I'm talking brand new massage chairs and HD flat screens mounted in front of every chair! The place is just immaculately clean and classy. I thought I was at a trendy, up scale restaurant after awhile. Even the fixtures in the bathroom are subtle details that show you that the team at Arch Street Dental care and want to impress. And impress they did. Now to the staff. The girl at the front desk, Imelda, greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome and told me the doctor would see me right away. I didn't wait at all. The dental assistants put your mind at ease and are so friendly. You can tell that they want to be there and they want you to be comfortable with the experience. The dental assistant, Yury, just eases away any anxiety and you don't mind if you have to spend the day there talking to her. She is so sweet and she has the best laugh. She and Dr. Mamashuvilli helped me out with a tooth I broke by putting a cap and crown after a much needed cleaning and a couple of fillings. Yury was terrific. She's going to make a terrific dentist at the practice one day soon. Dr. Mamashuvilli ("Eka") is simply amazing. Not only in the work that she does, but in her interpersonal skills. The dentists I've had through the years (I'm 36) have been friendly enough. But Eka takes it a step further. She is considerate, patient and understanding. You can easily tell that she loves being a dentist and is great at her job. I told her that I was terrified of dentists and I wasn't looking forward to the experience. She proudly boasted that patients won't feel any pain with her working on their teeth and to let her know at any time if I needed a break or felt anything. I didn't. I can't say enough good things about Eka and her work. I wish I could leave 6 Stars for Arch Street Dental. It's that great of an office. I'm glad to have discovered Eka, Yury and the rest at Arch Street Dental because I know it will be my office going forward. Do yourself a favor, if you live in the Boston area, check them out. You'll be glad you did.

I had a fantastic experience at Arch Street Dental! Everyone was very kind and professional. My biggest concern when going to the dentist is my comfort level; at Arch Street I felt like I was in great hands! I have had great dentists before, but Dr. Eka was beyond awesome. It had been over a year since my last cleaning (usually I go every 6 months) I had moved to Boston over my regular check up date and hadn't found a new dentist yet. Dr. Eka didn't make me feel guilty about it at all; she understood that life gets in the way sometimes. I will definitely be going back to Arch Street!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ekaterina Mamulashvili, or Dr. Eka as she is called, and her associates for almost 8 years, in her Everett office. I have always found the care both professional and friendly. I LIKE my dentist even though I don’t like having to go to the dentist; who does? Dr. Eka chooses her associates with care. They are all competent, so patients can usually find a dentist they like as well as respect. The hygienists, assistants and office staff are chosen selectively to keep the atmosphere caring and friendly, as well as professional. Dr. Eka also keeps up with advances in her field and makes changes as better materials and techniques become available. For a dentist you’ll want to stay with, choose Arch Street Dental and company.

I started going there a few months ago when it opened. I love all the staff. Dr. Mamashuvilli is such a good dentist. Since I started going there I have had some quite needed dental work especially recently. Imelda at the front desk to the Dr. and Jolana the hygentist are all the best. Friendly, efficient, and they don't try and rip you off. Where can you go to the dentist and have nice candles, coffee and watch the "Price is Right" while you are in the chair? It is also so convenient to my work place that I can just go on my lunch break or right after work. I give these people an A+!!!

After dodging the dentist for a couple years I came to them because I was about to leave my job and move to another country (so no more insurance). I had roughly a week to get all the work I needed done, and they were able to accommodate and work me into their schedule, which was a huge relief. They all seem like a happy fluid team there. Yesterday was my first visit to this dental office. The staff are very friendly and professional. Candles, in the waiting room, made the whole place smells like a spa. While waiting, I was able to get a cup of tea and chat with the receptionist who gave me an overview of the process. Dr. Eka is very friendly and was straight to the point and was very helpful in guiding me in what needs to be done and what can wait.
