After many years of closed mouth smiles,poorly fitting upper dentures, and bottom teeth that had been ground down to nubs, I had the wonderful fortune of meeting Dr. Gracia! A family member had seen him and his staff to repair poorly done implants. When I saw her beautiful teeth and smile I was hooked.During the few months I was being treated it was with respect and genuine concern as I progressed toward completion. Well,my teeth are done,implants are teriffic and I feel like a new woman. You are not able to tell my teeth are not my own.Can't stop smiling,don't want to stop smiling.Thank you Dr Gracia and your amazing staff.

I have had really bad TMJ for years. I use my mouth guard and practice the exercises that Dr. Gracia suggested. A couple months ago, my TMJ was so bad I could barely eat. When I came into the office, they recommended I try botox. I was hesitant at first but had to find a solution. The botox was amazing! It didn't hurt at all to get the botox and my pain was gone within days! I no longer suffer from TMJ as consistent as before and I would not hesitate to do it again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gracia's for years. I recently had implant surgery and unpleasant as that sounds, he made it a great experience. Dr. Gracia let me know every step of the way what was happening and he and his assistant, Rossio, answered all of my questions. The procedure was painless. I didn't have a moment's discomfort while I was in the chair. I highly recommend Dr. Gracia for any procedure you might need. I had gum surgery the month before with Dr. Arias. I have had this procedure done multiple times in the past and it has typically been pretty painful. This couldn't have been further from the truth this time. Dr. Arias and his assistant, Annie, made the visit very comfortable for me and the pain afterwards was minimal. No pain during the procedure whatsoever. It hasn't been a great last month for me dentally, but the team at Advanced Dental Care of Norton made it the best experience possible. The staff, from Cody at the front desk and Dee, the treatment coordinator, to the assistants and the doctors are professional, friendly and caring.

My critique in ten word or less? "A gentle, caring, communicative team of extremely competent professionals!" Just had MAJOR work done at Advanced Dental Care. From intake and evaluation, through establishing a plan for my reconstructive work, through execution and followup, Dr. Gracia and his team have exceeded expectations on every front. My concerns and questions were always answered thoroughly and I was ALWAYS aware that I, their patient, was their highest priority. I will also mention that my entire procedure - two implanted teeth and two crowns -was totally painless! I recommend these folks without hesitation!

Needed a couple fillings. Went 3 times they did everything else but my fillings. They did cleaning, x-rays and debrinement. I finally gave up because they would not fill them with at least 3 more visits. My bills were paid in full every appointment. Low and behold I get a call from a bill collector 4 months later for $32 dollars. Not a phone call or a bill. This place is a total joke.

While the mere thought of a visit to the dentist oftens throws folks into a tizzy, I must admit that Advanced Dental puts all that apprehension to rest. The professionalism, the staff demeanor, the ever focused attention to comfort go above and beyond client service standards. Changing dentists is a normally a big decision, but changing to Dr.Garcia and hygenist Martha at Advanced Dental need not be. I'm glad they're younger than I am because I'd hate to have to search for an equal replacement. They do good things.

This practice is very expensive. I was recommended a crown that I did end up getting for around $3k, only for them to make the tooth and pain worse. They improperly sized the crown so everytime I bit down I was sending a shocking wave of pain through my mouth. When I visited for a follow up, they then said I would need a root canal for an additional $2k. 3 visits later and close to $3.5k in sunk costs, the root canal specialist said we needed to do a full pull and implant replacement for another $5.5k. No discount or credit offered considering the dollars I already paid on the worthless crown installed. They just wanted more money to fix the same issue they failed to fix the first time..and arguably made worse. Practice is expensive, and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and the customer ends up paying for it. No thanks! So many other more affordable practices that dont seem to want to upcharge me like vetranarians try do with pets. Go elsewhere.

The Advanced Dental Care of Norton is all about teamwork. I had to have "emergency" dental work done and from the moment I walked thru the door to the moment I went home, I received excellent and attentive care. During every step of the process, I was thoroughly explained as to what I could expect. A special shout out to: Kayla M. She was outstanding. She made a stressful situation much less stressful. She was detailed and knowledgeable. I wonder if I can request her the next time??? Thank you.

My entire family are patients at Advanced Dental care, but a recent experience is one I want to share because it speaks to the expertise of Dr. Garcia, Dr. Kano and their entire staff. I came in with incredible jaw pain, it turned out I needed a 2 root canals and 2 crowns. Within an 1-1/2hr visit Dr. Garcia took care of the primary issue and relieved the pain I was experiencing. He also identified the an issue in 2 teeth. Dr. Kano performed the root canal and throughout both procedures the staff was incredible. They took every step to diagnose the issue I was having before moving forward with any procedure. Believe me, I had one real bad experience at another dentist and I will never go anywhere else again. From the professional front office staff, the dental assistants, the hygienists and of course the doctors, you would have a hard time finding a dental office that provides such top level care. As a teen I was in an accident which resulted in the loss of my front teeth. I didn't have the greatest teeth to begin with (overbite, space between). Needless to say I had gone to many dentists over the years and it was a great challenge for any of them to make my front teeth even presentable. I had started with implants but the bone became weak and later had to be replaced by a bridge. None of these procedures were successful and I hated to even smile. It was not until I met Dr. Gracia and his assistants (Angela and Rossio) who took on the challenge with their recommendation was to replace the front teeth with implants. Although I was very reluctant to do implants again I'm so thankful I did. The bone in my upper jaw was not strong enough (bone loss)and the gums had receded, so the initial work was bone replacement, gum repair, followed by temporary and now permanent implants. My smile could not be better, especially given what Dr. Gracia had to work with. You cannot tell by looking that my front teeth they are artificial. They look natural by all means. The coloring, texture and gum line are amazing. The teeth and foundation are extremely solid and I expect they will last a lifetime. Dr. Gracia, Angela, Rossio and the lab technician are true professionals who are experienced, caring, and perfectionists. Dr. Gracia would not let me leave his office until he was 100% certain the implants were right. When I came to him with any issues, his team worked long hours to ensure satisfaction. Even the temporary implants were better than any permanents by other Dentist. Implants are pricey, no matter where you go, but you get what you pay for...it was worth every penny. I can't thank Advanced Dental enough. If you want quality work I highly recommend Advanced Dental of Norton. Also a big shout out to my hygienist Jen, all the girls who run the front desk supporting my numerous calls and Dee who helped with the financial aspect. Thank you!
