Great practice that is very professional. New office is beautiful and enjoyable. They don’t push you on certain treatments (I need to eventually change my old fillings out). Top notch!

Billing issues were a big problem, I think it was resolved after five months. Not a fan of the “porcelain only” filling business because that can cost people more but to each their own. Not for me though. I was skeptical of the work that I was told I needed as it did not align with other dentists I have seen recently.

Billing Department is a Joke! - I have had the exact same experience as another reviewer. I went to this office for three appointments within a year. The doctor was competent and the dental staff was friendly. I wish I could say the same for their front desk and billing department. I received a bill more than a year after my last appointment for around $500. They had not submitted their claims to my insurance company correctly, nor in a timely manner. They said they had full payment for one appointment, and then would say my claim was denied for the next. It has been a joke dealing with them! My insurance company has contacted them directly to clear up the problem, which is not the responsibility of the insurance company but that of the dental office. I then received a series of revised bills, where they found the issues and removed the charges. Still, they just can't seem to get it right. I don't understand what's so difficult, but I think there are other dental offices in the area that have great doctors and don't seem to have such issues.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to. I've been going around to different dentists, having bad experiences at all of them, until I found Waugh Chapel Dental. The hygienist was as gentle and accommodating as possible, and did an excellent job. The dentist was super as well. After a wonderful first experience here, I will definitely be coming back.

I've been bring my son and daughter hear for seven years and the service is still outstanding. The staff is kind and they always remembering to give me a doctors slips for the kids schools and rescheduling appointments let pros. The doctor's professional and considerate to your time. After selecting a treatment plan(Glo whitening) Amy began to work her “magic”. I was even more amazed with the technology within the room. Remind you, I have been seeing my dentist for more than 10 years and I’ve never seen this fancy new equipment ever! Amy took her time and explained what she was doing throughout the process. Once she was done, I noticed immediately that my teeth were a couple of shades. I’m very pleased with the results and will definitely recommend to friends/ family.

The absolute best dentist I have ever been to. I am from Illinois and the two dentist I had gone to all my life there were good but not as good. Reception is very helpful and always in a good mood, the hygienists are very personable and take their time, and the dentists are par excellence. It seems like many people dislike going to the dentist for cleanings or work. The staff at Waugh Chapel Dental put all of that tension and unease out of mind. I actually look forward to going in now.

Staff talks about patients behind their back. Practice manager can't even schedule an appointment correctly. She also cares more about production than making sure her employees and Drs get a lunch break. Dr has made 2 employees cry on many different occasions and doesnt care when he does. Office is unorganized, employees have no respect for their bosses (the front desk staff would make jokes about how much Ann sucks at her job and how much they hate when shes upfront because "everything gets messed up" an actual quote from their office manager Jen.) The practice and it's employees only care about the money they make, they are nice to their customers face but dont care. If a pt called out for a family death they will still charge them a no show fee. There is no compassion, no respect in that whole office. Wish I could give 0 stars or a thumb down.

I called the front desk to schedule an appointment for my grandmother for Mother’s Day and spoke with Brittany. She was very polite and was able to get her in the very next day. Once we arrived my grandmother was already checked in & our wait time was 5 mins Max. The environment was very neat/clean. After my grandmother teeth whitening process using the Glo I was able to see results immediately & was very impressed. The kicker was that they sent her home with a Glo kit & applicators to use for the next 3 days !!! MONEY WELL SPENT !!!

Doctor Daly is a very good dentist. The hygienists are very professional and friendly. The billing department is problematic. I have been going to this dentist for several years and ROUTINELY get billed for things that were never submitted to my insurance. When I get a bill, the first thing I do is check my insurance website to see if the claim has been submitted. I have rarely, mind you, rarely actually owed them anything, but they love to send me huge bills.

I just want to say Dr.Daly is the best dentist I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen many in my lifetime. On Christmas Eve, I called the emergency line because I was having a terrible toothache. I was expecting maybe him to call in an antibiotic as the office was closed for the Holiday. Dr. Daly insisted I come in the office because he didn’t want me to go through the Holiday in pain. He left his family to meet me at the office and ended up doing a root canal that night, on Christmas Eve! I was able to enjoy Christmas with my family because I was no longer in pain. Still, I can’t believe he did that for me. And he also said to not worry about paying right away since the computers were shut down, just call when I can. His assistant called me on Monday to make sure I was feeling okay. I will be forever grateful for that experience. His whole staff is so nice and kind. They do everything you can to make sure you have the best experience possible. Oh, and the office is beautiful and the cleanest I’ve seen. There is no other dental office that compares! Waugh Chapel Dental is the place to go!

I was hoping to find a local dentist, since traveling to my awesome dentist in Fairfax, VA was becoming exhausting after relocating. Hence, I came to Waugh Chapel with my hopes high but disappointed as this office is money driven and does not provide good customer care. Dr Daly's staff and management need better training as they told me there would not be additional fee for an X-ray since I came in with my X-rays from my dentist, but they wanted to take their own to make sure. I received a $60 bill that I would not have had if I went elsewhere. Initially I refused the X-ray but later decided to have done since I trusted they were honest and knew what they were saying. This bill proves otherwise, and discourages me from visiting again. I'm very disappointed after speaking with the office manager, Jennifer who made no attempt to address nor make good on what I was told. My issue is with the lack of integrity and trust!

This place is ok....Long wait to be seen. I will probably go somewhere else in the future. A fight broke out in the waiting room between a patient and the receptionist which was comical. The patient got BOOTED from the office immediately !! Also they do allow smoking in the waiting room which is Bizarre !!
