Sorry this is long! I never write views, but this place more than deserved it. I forgot to ask if they see children.... I was forced to find another dentist office after the one I had been going to for over a decade (im only 28) decided they wanted to start treating me poorly. I was referred to Dr Silberman by a family member, so I decided to give them a try. My first interaction was over the phone and the woman that answered was so very pleasant and she then transferred me to Ms. Beth who got me hooked up with a new patient appointment within a week of calling! I was shocked and grateful. Once I got to the office I was thoroughly impressed with the design of the office. It is very clean with a modern decor. The front desk ladies were pleasant and greeted me as soon as I entered the building. Ms Sondra (idk if I spelled that right) got me checked in and I only waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before being called. I arrived at 10:00 for a 10:30 appointment so this by far exceeded my expectations. Once in the treatment area, I received x rays very promptly and even had the chance to meet the doctor before my cleaning! That was something new. I was accustomed to seeing the doctor after my cleaning, but I thought this way was just as good if not better. It prevented me from being more than just another patient. I dont particularly like going to the dentist but my hygienist Jen was THE BEST. She talked me through everything, let me know what tools she was using and why. She even made me more comfortable by offering a numbing gel before really starting my cleaning. This practice relaxed me because I couldn't feel anything and made my visit not only tolerable but almost eager to come back for my next exam. I was very impressed by the way the whole team took care of me from beginning to end and I will definitely refer everyone I know to this office! Thanks to everyone I came in contact with today. I appreciate the care and comfort measures I received.

I am a new patient to the practice and was very happy with my initial visit for a cleaning. The hygienist was very thorough and gentle and I was impressed that Dr. Silberman took time during the exam to notice something that had been overlooked by my previous dental providers for years. I wouldnt say I have a fear of the dentist but I hate needles. When I returned to the office for treatment with Dr. S I was amazed by his level of experiece because the injections was completely painless. Great Staff. Glad they are my new dental home.

This practice delivers hands down the best dental experience I've ever had! The office is calm and inviting. Dr. Silberman is an excellent doctor, very patient and warm. You know you're really getting procedures you need and he takes into consideration any special circumstances or concerns you may have. The staff are also very welcoming and professional. My dental hygienist, Maria, was outstanding. She is friendly and carefully explains everything she is doing and the reason it's done, which I've never had someone do before. Also she is gentle, no surprise sharp pokes or stretching your mouth out the whole time. All in all a fantastic experience! No need to fear going to the dentist, you'll probably look forward to it!

Dr. Silberman is a very good dentist, the young ladies that work in his office is very friendly and very helpful. I just got my wisdom tooth pull, I did not feel any pain. I made my first visit here, because my previous dentist couldn't find the time to see me within the next 2 months. Silberman Group scheduled me in right away, and I was seen within a week of calling. I received more information about my tooth and gum health during my first visit, than I ever have in all of my visits with other providers in my lifetime. The hygienist and the doctor were extremely helpful and informative. Other providers may tell you what you need to do to keep your teeth in good shape, the silberman group will tell you why you need to do it, and the best way to accomplish your goal. If you are searching for a new dentist, or have second thoughts about your current provider, its definitely worth taking a look at silberman group.

I recently moved to this area and needed to find a new dentist. The first dentist I went to, the dental hygienist insisted that I had to have a crown for what she described as a split tooth. I was also told that I needed to have fillings for two upper teeth. For years my previous dentist said they were to small to fill. I was unsettled upon leaving and decided to get a second opinion. Thank God I did! Dr Silberman is excellent! He gave me a thorough examination and said your teeth are in great shape. I questioned him on what the other dentist stated. He looked slightly puzzled before answering, and then gave his opinion. His assessment matched that of my last dentist. He, like my last dentist, felt the fillings were unnecessary and the tooth that was split looked as if it's been like that for years. Yes he was absolutely correct. I was looking for an honest dentist. He passed with 100% score. Yes he is my new dentist.

Best dentist I have been to. The receptionists are super friendly. The hygienists are also really amazing. They are exceptionally good at their job, and never make you feel badly about the status of your dental health. I am so glad I called and left a message after hours when I needed a new dentist, Dr. Silberman's wife called me back at 8pm yo make sure I didnt need emergency dental work but was just hoping to get a faster appt. Customers service is extremely important to this practice and I can say they follow through 100%.

Dr.Silberman and his staff are professional, caring, patient, supportive, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Silberman takes all the time I need to understand my dental issues. He informs me as to his plan for completing my dental work. He and the staff then gives me a financial breakdown and inform me if my options. He is the best dentist I have ever had. I tried to think if one area of improvement. After some deliberation, I decided that he would have to clone himself and his staff so that they would be available 24 hours a day. I found Dr. Silberman by doing a Google search after a dental emergency and not wanting to go back to my previous dentist who usually kept me waiting and working on me for hours. Not so at Dr. Paul Silberman's. I often judge a business by the greeting I get on my first visit. Dr. Silberman and his team were professional-looking, personable and always smiling. Their office was a comfortable place to visit and seemed to be a fun place to work. The Silberman Team are not only expert dentists, but also artists. I experienced cleaning, being educated on effective dental hygiene, as well as a complicated root canal. There was no pain and the computer-designed permanent crown that they made in a matter of minutes fit perfectly the first time, also very natural-looking. All I can say is WOW! I was looking for a new dentist locally after 10 + years with another dentist that I no longer felt comfortable with for various reasons. After hearing about them on a community chat site, I decided to research more and discovered that they had the highest ratings from patients and they just seemed like a perfect fit for my needs. From the initial appointment with the super friendly and welcoming voice to the actual meeting with Dr. B, Kayla, Keira, and Nation to finally having my root canal performed by Dr. Silbermann, I knew I have found a new home. Such nice people who are caring, authentic, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a root canal procedure for 2 hours today. I never felt rushed. Dr. Silbermann was VERY THROUGH to make sure all was done correctly all the while keeping me entertained with great stories...lol. He and is very able assistant, Nation were a great team and he even called me "personally" later that evening to check in on me!! All I can say is WOW!!!.. ..and thank you all for a first Amazing Dental EXPERIENCE..I can now vacation painfree!

My experience at the office itself was amazing. The staff was courteous and very pleasant. My issues came in after I paid. I understand that with the insurance there is an estimate and it may be a little off from time to time. But this difference was almost over $900. I refuse to pay it and its now haunting me in collections. I know there was an initial concern with my IN NETWORK insurance showing out of network and that is what I still believe the issue to be. I know you get what you pay for. so when I had to pay an already large amount for my work, I understood. But after being told for my 2 points of service (root canal) that I was paid in full... then MONTHS later receiving a bill was very troubling.

I was just looking for a new dentist and never expected such great work. Besides a gentle cleaning by the technician, he redid my "sensitivity" fillings on my front teeth. I have receding gums and as I age they have gotten worse and I had new tooth area exposed. He redid those fillings and shaped everything up and I have an entirely new smile! He closed up gaps between my front teeth. I didn't think my front teeth could look so good without capping them all. I have always tried to "half smile" to keep people from seeing the tops of my front teeth. No longer, I can give them a big old beautiful toothy smile and it looks great! Thank you Dr. Silberman. Oh, and all the people I have seen at the office are very friendly and helpful.

Great dental office! Every single person — whether at the front desk, the dental tech, or the dentist — is very friendly, pleasant, and professional. The environment is calm and relaxed (reception area is comfortable and inviting) and the treatment areas are very clean, with modern, (what looks like) state-of-the-art equipment. The building, which looks relatively new (guessing 10, or so, years old), is well-maintained and has plenty of parking. Couldn’t be happier that the Silberman Dental Group is my dentist office and I highly recommend them.

The reason I am giving 3 stars is because I went for a fill-in and received one, but the level of professionalism was absurd. My dentist was Frank Lewis and he treated me like a child. Be talked to me in baby voices, had child-like conversation with me and even played with my lip during the procedure! To put this in perspective, I am a 23 year old man! All in all, I received what I came for, but the process was very aggravating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Silberman's for a couple of years and have been very please with his caring, gentle manner. He was the first and only dentist that sings (hums) as he works. I was most amused and relaxed. Recently (in a nutshell), when my appointment could have been an issue, he took the time to send me an email and made a personal contact on my behalf to ensure a major oral surgery appointment took place to accommodate my schedule. I also appreciate his expertise and the transparency throughout the practice. His assistant Stephanie is awesome and Erica has always been very accommodating and kind. Thanks guys!
