Made an appointment months in advance for my daughter however I forgot to put the date in my calendar. Definitely not anyones fault but my own. I received a reminder call and upon listening to the voicemail I called back in. I spoke to someone by the name of Amy. She was very short with her responses and instead of answering my question she provided a response that showed that she lacks not only customer service skills but basic listening and comprehension skills. I will be looking for another dentist which is sad because before today I enjoyed the service there.

Excellent dentist office however the confirmation policy is a bit extreme! They call to confirm, then a text to confirm again followed up with an email. This is absolutely insane!! On one occasion they cancelled my appointment because they stated I didn’t confirm via text! A customer should not have to confirm 3 times for an appointment. This needs to change immediately is VERY unprofessional. Be prepared to be glued to your phone for alerts or they will cancel on you !

This office is not helpful. They are unreasonable. They have no sympathy for the children. They are not helpful to the parents. I do not recommend this office. Poor customer service!

I absolutely love this place! My son has been going here since he was ~6mo and he is now almost 8 years old (as of 1/2017). While the number of patients has seemed to increase significantly, the core staff is not only efficient, but also work so well with the children in their care. I plan to keep my son here until he ages out of the clinic. Excellent staff and very often, little wait and your kid is in-and-out very quickly. Highly recommend!!
