I had the best cleaning I've ever had at Soolari and really trust the dentists here . They were very professional and attentive since the moment I arrived and I can tell by the way the consultation went that they really know what they are doing. I'm new this country and it's taken me a while to find a dentist who I can trust, and isn't going to rip me off by telling me I have several things wrong with my teeth when I actually don't. I'm very pleased with this dentist clinic and I highly recommend it.

Horrible customer service. Office staff is extremely rude. My husband made appointment with them for root canal treatment. He has already been there 5 times. Once they said that the crown they had, was of the wrong size and made another appointment on a work day. On the day of the appointment, they called and said they had to reschedule the appointment to another day because the crown was not ready. My husband had taken sick time off from work and when told that this was unprofessional, the office staff said that ‘ this is not my problem’. Please avoid this office if you value your time and have self respect.

This place has the worst customer service. They never explained exactly what they were doing before, during or after. They also do not greet you when you are in the waiting room, and they also did not check me out as I was leaving and I left without my medication prescription.

Now, I feel comfortable with the new crown. Last week, Doctor Boraey suggested a crown because the area for filling the tooth was large. The performance was excellent. Currently, I am wearing a temporary crown. This is the worst dentist I've ever seen. I don't think he cares about patients but money. I've visited many dentists before, he is the least professional. I made an appointment to have annual exam and teeth cleaning and it has already been rescheduled once. He was very impatient in my annual exam and just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. He booked so many patients that he asked me to come back again for teeth cleaning with no apologies. I told him I still have some questions. He was very rude saying that I should not ask questions in the general checkup and need to book more appointments to have my questions answered. He showed no respect to the patients.

Since Noelie and the General dentist left, the cs has gone downhill. I called and the person answered saying "Hello?" No introduction of the practice or asked if I could be helped, just "Hello." After being a patient for almost 1.5 yrs, I learned they no longer accept my insurance and the dentist I liked is no longer there, only after calling to have work that had been started, completed. One would think a simple email explaining this information would be nice, but I guess not. I was promised a phone call back with more information abt the work that needed to be completed and another general dentist, but that didn't happen either. I now see them no longer accepting my insurance as a blessing!

I didnt like the Fact that I had to wait so long, even tho, they told me what had happened. But over all, I like how the dentist spoke to me about how things were going with me and then he discussed what he saw with my xrays and that was a big help on how he spoke to me about my overall health with what he saw and that had put me at ease. I would recommend anyone to them, for an overall experince, that is truly a very good practice at Dr. Sollari's office the young ladies who greet you when you come in, are truly friendly...

Their front desk: 5 stars. Their hygienists: 5 stars. Their dentist (Lil Soolari): 2 stars. Everything was great about this place except for Lil Soolari’s personality and hospitality. He was not very informative, was not willing or able to conduct small talk, and made me feel like he was disinterested in my concerns. I wish I had seen the older Soolari because he called me at home the night before and had a very pleasant conversation about my visit the following day. Unfortunately Lil Soolari was my dentist and having him all up in my mouth while being kinda awkward made the experience kinda uncomfortable. I had no choice but to laugh to make the situation bearable and it seemed to only annoy him more. Oh well. There’s like 500 other dentists in my area. 1 down, 499 to check out.

I did deep Calculus cleaning and a libial Frenectomy. Dr Soolari is simply amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and took great care of me. She even called later that day to check on me to see if I am doing okay and she said I could call her anytime of the day if I need anything. I’ve never heard a doctor tell me that or called later to check on me. I paid cash becuz I have no insurance. Every penny is worth it. Very nice staff members too. They remember you by name as you walk in “Impressive”

I can thank Dr Soolari for providing excellent dental care for over ten years. I suffer from periodontal disease and while my mother lost her teeth due to the same condition in her 30’s I can hold to my own due to the treatment provided by Dr Soolari. I recommend him highly for his knowledge, his technical and professional skills as well as his bedside manners

Pre-Op instructions were not clear enough regarding blood thinners, which I did not interrupt until two days before the surgery. This caused over bleeding, making the whole procedure more complex and difficult. My recovery is going smoothly. Physician and assistant were very caring and professional during the whole process. I’ll know better next time to discontinue the blood thinners two weeks before procedure, as recommended by physician.

Also, everyone working in the office is friendly and professional. I recommend him highly. September 2019 - I just received a routine cleaning and exam at Dr. Soolari’s offices in Silver Spring, MD. He and his staff have been successfully treating my periodontal issues for the past nine years. The early years required extensive work to correct the problems with my gums and bone. The most recent years have primarily consisted of cleaning, maintenance and guidance. I could not be happier with the care provided by Dr. Soolari and his staff. Everyone is professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Soolari for anyone requiring his specialties.

I recently had an excellent experience with Dr. Soolari and Dr. Mojarrad. I broke a tooth and they were able to see me in that day for an emergency evaluation. They both examined my tooth and the x-rays and are working together in hopes of saving my tooth. The office staff was great in helping me navigate the particulars of my dental insurance to obtain the fullest coverage. For my situation it was great to have a specialist and a general dentist working together.

Absolutely saved my life on the spur of the moment on multiple fronts helping with scheduling and speaking to multiple dentists at the same time and assisting with Delta Care and addressing pain that was causing me to lose my mind!! Left me in the dental chair for an hour after doing x-rays. Then asked me to reschedule, without a cleaning, because they had two people behind me. This was a scheduled appointment for a cleaning; the entire reason I was there! - completely ridiculous, unprofessional, and they clearly do not care about you or your time. The office apparently cancelled their contract with my insurance provider but didn't tell me. So, I walked into the office, and was told that my appointment was effectively cancelled. They did, however, snarkily point out that they couldn't legally cancel my appointment. I got no email or phone call about the update -- just a routine text message to confirm my appointment one week before. This was supposed to be my second visit to the practice. The first time, they sent me to the wrong location, and then blamed me for not understanding when I clearly requested and confirmed that the appointment would be in Silver Spring. Ultimately, if you value your time, your leave provided by your employer, and your patience, I would avoid this practice at all costs.

I’m a patient of Dr. Ahmad Soolari. My first visit at the office made me feel welcome. I had dental problems for many years and after an evaluation, he took the time to explain all the choices I had. I got several dental implants done and the whole process was effortless. Dr. Soolari is very professional and detail oriented. Before he started the procedure he made sure I was comfortable, stopped and asked me if I was in pain and explained everything that he was doing. I never got that type of treatment before.
