My 3 year old's first visit to the dentist at Smileland Pediatric Dentistry was wonderful! The environment is fun, beautiful, clean, the staff is very wellcoming and efficient. Dr. Reza was absolutely great. He established a great rapport with my daughter right away and she felt very comfortable through the whole process. He was able to do his assessments/treatments without any difficulty, which I was very surprised to see because my daughter has a bad gag reflex that was a challenge for me. I got all my questions answered by Dr. Reza without feeling that he was rushing with the schedule. Everything went really well. I absolutely recomend this clinic!

The dentists and hygienists are thorough and take the time to explain findings and treatment plans with careful detail. Now for the kids: a beautifully decorated office made to be with warm and inviting to hesitant kids. They even have TVs on the ceilings for the kids to watch when laid back in the chair! They’ve truly thought of everything.

Went here for my son’s first dentist appointment and everyone was AWESOME. Our hygienist Marina was amazing, super nice and gentle. Dr. April was also awesome, very kind and gentle. My son was very nervous but didn’t at all cry because everyone took their time with him. 100% would recommend. I drove About 25 mins here and it was well worth it. Took our just turned 3 yo for her first dentist appointment here and it couldn't have gone better. They have Saturday appointments which is so convenient and parking is easy. The tech was so calm and patient, explaining everything as she did it and the dentist was very good with her too. The office is inviting and she got a balloon and rubber duck on the way out which I am sure she will remember next time!

We LOVE SmileLand! We moved here a little over a year ago and I'm so glad someone referred us. Our dentist before we moved here was great, but not a pediatric dentist. My kids didn't mind going, but their first appointment right after they turned one mainly consisted of them sitting in the chair tight-lipped. Now my 3 and 5-year-old LOVE going to the dentist. I took my 15-month-old for her first appointment and figured it would be much like at our old dentist, but I was so wrong. SmileLand is definitely set up for kids. They actually cleaned my 15-month-old's teeth and without tears. It's like they're professionals or something. ; ) Dr. Reza is so friendly and informative and staff is great, too! I really only have one complaint and that is the toothbrushes. At our old dentist the kid's toothbrushes were nice Oral B brand and would last 6 months between appointments no matter how hard they brushed or how hard they bit. The toothbrushes from SmileLand are CUTE and my kids love the designs, but they don't last a month and I have to go buy new ones because the rubber on the ends is coming off. That's a small complaint, though, and not enough to keeps us away because everything else is so awesome! : )

Both the Pediatric dentist as well as his staff handled all kids teeth care in a more inhumanly way and turning it to an opportunity to make money at the present as well as later the when the kid grow for braces. It is unfortunate, instead of taking the necessary steps at the dentist visit, they will label it as if it is consultation visit. Then they will give you another appointment for very inconvenient time of the day because they know you have to return to get the care whether the schedule works for you. Called the office today to make my children's yearly follow up appointment after receiving a couple of text messages reminding me to do so. Upon my call i was informed that out accounts had been deactivated due to alot of missed appointments..... We have never missed an appointment and when we did we called to cancel or reschedule. the young lady that answered told me I should have received a letter in the mail ( which I didn't). Very disappointed with the way things turned out my kids love Dr. Raza.

But the assistant and the dentist were so incredibly patient and nice and really understood kids. They thought of everything and were able to take away his apprehension. They even gave him sunglasses when he lay down, so the lights weren't too bright. And chocolate-flavored toothpaste... how cool is that?? Fun office setting, too. He didn't want to leave afterward! The waiting area is kid-friendly and the actual rooms are great with the tv's strategically located on the ceiling. They're also so accommodating with movie choices as well! Dr. Anderson is also amazing with our son and super informative whenever we have questions about brushing or teething or bottle feedings. She takes her time and makes sure that our son is as comfortable as he can be with someone literally in his grill and tells us how we can help to make the cleaning and check up easy overall. My 4 yr. old son had his first dentist appointment a while back with a previous dentist and it was not a successful one. He was very uncomfortable and anxious. As result, he did not have his first cleaning. A lot of it had to do with the set-up of the office. It was very overwhelming for a toddler although it was an office for child dentistry. Months later, I knew I had to find a new dentist but I was very worried making sure that I would pick the right dentist this time around. I searched reviews on line and was fortunate to have found positive reviews for SmileLand. I was able to make my appointment in a timely manner with many dates and times available. Other offices I tried to book appointments for, sometimes told me they didn’t have dates until December 2015. My very first impression of the staff was exceptional. I needed to change my original date of my appointment so I called the office. Something came up at that second and I had to cancel the call before anyone picked up. I forgot to call back and in about 2 hours, I received a call from the office and it was 'Sheila' saying that she noticed that she had a missed call from my number and wanted to see if I needed any assistance with my upcoming appointment! I was so impressed. Doctor offices don't do this type of service anymore. Then on the actual appointment day, things just got better. The office is super kid friendly and the layout really cool. My son and my family were treated very kindly and made the experience all too easy. Dr. Reza was meant to be a dentist. He was very gentle with my son. He did a show and tell with all the instruments he would be using and only made things easier for him to cooperate. My son was able to allow Dr. Reza to check him thoroughly and the cleaning was a success. We will continue to be with this office for a very long time and highly recommend for anyone to give them a try.

Omg this place was amazing for my little son Jet Raj! From the play area to the nice gentleman Dr. Beheshti. This place was outstanding and very convenient. Little Jet loved the play area with him climbing like a monkey up and down the castle. Also little Jet loves the mascot monkey! Overall this Dentistry was fantastic I definitely recommend!

The work this office provides is good. I just don’t like that you have to wait 2-3 weeks for an emergency appointment. My daughter had a tooth ache and was even crying in pain and they couldn’t accommodate her. Once we got the appointment two weeks from the time I called, we were 15-20 mins late and they wouldn’t see her either, because they claimed that it was a office policy. When I asked for the policy that they said they had, they couldn’t provide me with it because they don’t have one. They just point blank refused to help my daughter. I even offer to wait for 3 hrs to see if someone didn’t show or came late as we did and they just shut me off. I won’t be going to this office anymore.

BEST Dentist appointment for my son ever. My son is autistic. Lots of places say they handle special needs children. Let me say these people go beyond expectations. To say my son does not like being seen by a doctor is like saying the sun is warm. The dentist was so kind soft spoken so as to not raise Dante's anxiety. I knew he was the right guy for us when he held my son upright with his hand while talking softly to him as he adjusted the chair then let him set his own pace adjusting to the change. If I could just find a pediatrician that was a tiny bit as good I would be set. My son defiantly has a new Dentist!

My first impression of the office was very nice. The office was very welcoming for kids. The staffs were very polite and professional. However, I was so disappointed with the doc. My daughter had a front tooth that was halfway loose with a new tooth trying to grow too. I made the appt to have it remove but no service was done at all. I was told by the staff that I needed to get pre authorized for many work that needed to be done. The next day, I went to another office and her procedure was done. I was really looking forward to this office with all the good reviews. But turned out disappointed.

My 2 year old and I came in for the first time. Today was great. They turned on Mickey Mouse for her gave her disney stickers, a toy and a balloon with dental goodies to go home with. The dentist was very nice, it was a he and sadly I forgot his name. What I can say is that this guy was very nice along with the assistant. I hope every visit will be great like the first time.

We came to SmileLand as a tough case. My daughter had very heavy plaque build up. I was under the impression that her teeth might be permanently discolored. Ms. Erin was kind, encouraging and very skilled--not just with her techinic and expertise, but in her manner and knowing young patients very well. She put my anxious daughter at ease by describing everything that was going to happen and encouraging her along the way. In the end we were so thankful for the turnaround in her smile. Her teeth are sparkling and her smiles reflects the improvement and new confidence. And I'm so grateful her teeth are healthy again. Our experience with Dr Reza was equally positive.
