I love Dr. Silberman and staff. They are warm and welcoming, I felt right at home and at ease on my first visit. The staff is very professional and courteous. They walk you through each procedure. The feel of his office is so relaxing. There's old school, R&B music to sing and groove to. I would highly recommend Dr. Silberman to anyone looking for an Awesome dentist.

There it is, your reminder for your Dentist appointment. If you're like me, I found 47 excuses to reschedule. Well not with Dr. Silberman. I had a root canal yesterday and had no pain!! In fact, throughout the day, people said WOW your're in a really good mood. I responded I just had a root canal procedure. Of course, they looked at me like I was crazy. The fear of going to the Dentist is completely gone!! Dr. Silberman is INCREDIBLE!!!! the staff is wonderful and Jeni is the BEST!!! I am so glad i found Dr. Silberman thru reviews!! I LOVE The Silberman Dental Group and can't wait for my next appointment next month. Yep I just said that!!! Yeah!!!

Horrible customer service. Beware !!!!! I took my appointment and presented myself for Xrays and cleaning on time. The Hygienist was rushing me trough the process of taking my Xrays and told me that she could not do my cleaning on the same day. I agreed and came back on the next day and I was told that she no longer work with the office. I just called the lady on the phone who hang up on me when I was trying to talk to the dentist. Please take your business elsewhere and you will be treated better. They tend to overbook and tell you that you are on the short call list and they never call you back...... Please you can be treated better so Take your money and business ELSEWHERE.
