The staff has been great every time I've taken my daughter. The waiting room has a great set up for the kids with a big fish tank with a variety of beautiful fish to look at ( they have "Nemo and "Dory") which my daughter loves! iPads on the walls and other toys. Best of all I've never been left waiting for more than 10 minutes. Appointments don't take long all!! Dr. Maya is awesome!!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Hands down the BEST pediatric dentist around! We are NEVER leaving! Dr. Richardson, Ms. Kim, Lauren, and Katrina are AWESOME! The ENTIRE staff is! If someone could do the IMPOSSIBLE task of putting my VERY apprehensive 3 year old at ease then i know we've hit the jackpot! My daughter will break out in a fit if any medical staff even calls her name!!! NOT this time!! She was so at ease! Had 4 baby teeth extracted! What a great practice Shiny Chompers is! They need 10 stars! Would HIGHLY recommend! Keep up the EXCELLENT work! What a God send you all are!

Dr. Richardson is great. Her personality and disposition is perfect for what she does!!! She is amazing. We travel quite a distance to our appointments , but it is always worth it. We've been going to visit Dr Richardson for as long as they've been open. Our oldest is now 15...youngest 7. Such a caring place they'll come in early before the office gets going to accommodate a child who needs extra attention for a filling. Can't say enough about the staff, Dr's, and hygienists.

We visited Shiny Chompers today for my daughters (19 mos.) first dental appointment. Everyone was very pleasant from front desk staff to the physician. The front desk staff were all smiles and run very efficiently. Registration was done online so check in was very quick and painless. Brittany, our hygienist, was so great with my daughter and they became good friends in a matter of minutes. She blew bubbles for her, let her brush her own teeth, and even turned on Mickey Mouse. (I wanted to be a patient at this point) Dr. Richardson was very sweet and professional at the same time. Very gentle with my daughter and has a wonderful bedside manner. I love this office and I’m so thankful that my daughter had such a wonderful first experience. She left all smiles and proud to tote her bag of dental goodies. I highly, highly recommend this practice.

This dental office is wonderful. The dentist is phenomenal, the environment is warm, caring, comforting, and the list of endearing adjectives go on. I am a hygienist and very selective about where is take my children. I wish I had found them sooner. They fully embody what it means to be a great dental practice. My daughter was petrified of going to the dentist after we had an unpleasant experience at another dentist's office but Kirsten the hygienist and Dr. Mia were great!!! My daughter was so calm and was actually having fun!! They have tv's with cartoons on in the rooms, and plenty of fun stuff in the waiting room for the kids. For the parents they offer text and email reminders too! We've finally found a dentist that my kids enjoy going to!!

Dr. Mia and hygienist Alissa (spellings?) are amazing as well as the rest of this office. I have an over the top 6 year old that needed a large (almost root canal) filling between 2 back teeth and they were so patient with the perfect words and care for both me and my child. I am very grateful to have chosen this office as our selection when looking for the perfect dentist office. Great job ladies!!!

I cancelled my daughter's appointment two times due to some emergency. So they can't take my daughter no more. So just watch it out if u miss couple appointments they won't take you no more. I think they are so selfish people!!

Pediatric Dentists are trained to make the visit for kids a good experience. But that alone would not earn 5 stars from me. This office offers e-mail, phone and text appointment reminders. A friendly greeting for everyone walking through the door. A kids in mind waiting room with sectioned of small kid play area. They have a well manged clinic with no long wait times. Dental hygienists take the time to show kids how to care for their teeth and always have tips for parents. The Dentist has patience even for the most reluctant patients. Taking your child to the dentist can be stressful but here you don't need to worry.

This place is awesome!!! My kids actually LOVE going to the dentist. They have iPads in the rooms and TVs on the ceiling. I wish they did adult dentistry. The waiting area has iPads and Playstations. Staff is super friendly. Easy to get appointment.
