I have never been to a better dentist office than Robinwood Dental. For years I have visited with Dr K. Horman & her staff. Dr O & his assistants were able to make a set of comfortable & reliable set of dentures for me. I now feel good about my smile, no slipping teeth when I talk, & am better able to chew my food plus bite into an apple. I would never want to leave this office. Thank you all for your wonderful dental care. Only negative would be at check out. I always get told I have to pay an amount only to find out when I get home & call my insurance I was not suppose to be billed the amount I was told & in some cases it was covered 100%.

Watch your appointment times. They will schedule you for when they are closed. Do your do diligence and triple check. They scheduled me for a day they they were closed myself and 4 other people showed up. Left notes on the door. Never heard anything. I was rescheduled for a time they were closed again. Had to wait to be seen. They will waste your time.

She is professional, kind, and does a great job every time she works on my teeth. The rest of the staff is also great, and I highly recommend this office to anyone in the area.

Place is wonderful and staff are charming. Once in a while you'll get attitude from the gal who collects your payment but once you speak to her manager she corrects herself. On the flip side I'd highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs. Staff is great about working around your schedule, too. Really miss Dr. O and wish he'd come back long enough to see his patients, also happy he is away for a really good cause.

Stacey and Dr. Appleton were great at my last appointment! Stacey was thorough, yet painless and did an in depth exam into the condition of my gums and teeth. Dr. Appleton checked out my teeth, but also my mouth and neck for any other issues. He answered some questions and was very friendly. It's enjoyable to go to Robinwood Dental!

Staff and Dentists are very professional. Office is clean and is a full service office with great quality of care. While I've been a customer for several years, I'm finding they are getting more patients than they can handle and is effecting the ability to schedule visits. I'm not sure the time spent with patient is enough and they are shuffling around a lot. Overall, I am comfortable with service, just hope they are sensitive to whats happening and don't loose the customer focus that made them successful in the past.

This is not only one of the most top notch dentistry clinics in Hagerstown but also extremely affordable. When I first found this place I had to have an emergency implant and let me tell you, not only was it done quickly and efficiently and painlessly, it was also very well priced! My sister had the very same implant on the same tooth and said it was much more expensive. They have restored my smile to perfection. They really care about their reputation and it shows!

Haven't been to a dentist in a while, but been having tooth pains with my molar. Dr. O was so fantastic! He removed that molar without it breaking! Had some complications with a bone spur a little later and they got me in the same day and had that removed. Thank you to all the friendly staff and especially to Dr. O. His humor definitely made me feel better.

Been a patient for years and years and always had good experiences. This is a HUGE dental clinic and they seem to take virtually every insurance. They have their act together and are very organized. If you miss appointment - does take a while to rebook - they are busy! But always a quality experience every time you go. Several long-time hygienists, but everyone there always seems courteous and kind. Today I was there for a filling (ugh!) but Dr. Rulman (sp?) was fantastic and took great care. Did not even feel the Novocaine injection, which is so rare. Great place for dental care - I highly recommend - and have referred several friends to this practice.

I find all the staff and dental professionals to be excellent in all respects. I particularly appreciate that they respect my choice to have x-rays done only every three years unless I there is a strong reason for doing them earlier. I also appreciate that they do not push unnecessary cosmetic work, etc. and that their prices are reasonable (if not as low as one might find if deciding on dental care on that basis of cost only). I also appreciate guidance on things that might become a concern and should be watched. Generally they provide the kind of excellent care and guidance I want and respect my right to make my own decisions about care.

The office is clean and organized. Front office staff are efficient and accommodating. Bobbie the hygienist is absolutely fantastic. She is knowledgeable and quick but thorough and very nice. Dr. Patel is good also. My family of 5 all go to Robinwood Dental.

I wouldn't recommend scheduling your fillings with Dr. H. I had some done today and my teeth were left rough with sharp bits. I can't chew without stuff being caught on them. Also, the tooth I was most worried about isn't completely filled. I asked her to fix this in the appointment which she attempted to do but seemed rushed to get to her next patient. My teeth have never felt this way after an appointment. Ultimately, I am worried that the fillings weren't done properly.

Wonderful caring staff from the friendly reception staff, the dental assistants, and the dentists, each are caring and helpful. My granddaughter recently needed her first filling and they took such special care of her, she was calm and happy through the entire treatment. Parents are welcomed in treatment areas unlike other local dental offices.

Especially glad to see Dr. Rudman, who took care of me many years ago at Middletown Family Dentistry. So sad that we sometimes lose our favourite providers when insurances change.

I just switched to Robinwood and am pleasantly surprised by how much I like it. The hygienist has been informative, explaining what she's doing, and why it's important, which makes a huge difference for me instead of just being told, "You need to floss!" The dentist I had was very laid back, but professional, which I appreciated. Overall, I am having a great experience. They send you text reminders of your appointment, and are professional and timely when scheduling follow-ups.

Every employee I encountered, from the time I walked in to the moment I left, was very friendly and knew their job perfectly. The reason I needed to be there was unfortunate and, while there, I received even more bad news. Dr Ryan Williams, a dentist with a gentle touch, discussed my options with me and at no time did I feel overwhelmed by the dental situation. His assistant, Jackie(?), was up on all her skills and had answers for the questions I asked of her. She was easy to talk with and kept me at ease. Craig, at the front desk, worked hard to get me scheduled as soon as he possibly could so that I wouldn't have to deal with pain, if at all possible to avoid. I can't say that I'm looking forward to getting back in the chair, but I know that, at Robinwood Dental, I'm in good hands.

I absolutely love this practice! The ladies up front are kind, knowledgeable, and really work with your schedule. I have had a couple hygentists, but there were two in particular that have just shined above and beyond their duties. Heather was the first hygentist that cleaned my teeth. She was kind, personable, friendly, and just overall AWESOME, it would be a pleasure to see her again. The third (most recent) hygentist I had was named Katie. She was absolutely phenomenal, I will request to have her again (which I have never done in my entire life). She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and personable. She gave me a lot of advice on how to take care of my teeth, and did a fabulous job cleaning them. She was cautious and gentle on my sensitive teeth, and really looked into my x-rays and the care of my mouth. She was the perfect hygentist! Dr. Martins and his assistant are a great team! They are kind, gentle, caring, knowledgeable, and truly look out for your best interest. I wouldn’t want any other team to take care of my teeth! My husband and mother also go here and have different dentists and hygentists and LOVE THEM! We absolute adore this place, and the comforting environment!

Nobody likes going to the dentist. But going here is easy and normally painless if I keep up on my own oral hygiene. I've never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. They always have billed me correctly and provide a nice upfront cost before services are performed. I always have the same hygienist which I think is key to ensuring expectations. It also says a lot about how they treat their staff since they have been there for years. Thank you for the excellent service.

My wife set up appointments for us in July and they were scheduled in November. I get there straight from work, check in and I am taken outback for what I thought was an exam and cleaning. I sit down in the chair, fill out a few forms and the assist goes to get a hygenist. The hygenist shows up and is telling the assist what she can’t due because she doesn’t have time. She does a quick exam, says some pleasenteries and leaves. The assist then goes to get the dentist. He comes in a few minutes later and introduces himself. He exams my teeth, shakes my hand and turns to leave when the assist reminds him he didn’t do my cancer screening. He re-gloves and checks my jaw and mouth. He finishes, tells me I am cancer free and wishes me a good afternoon. The assist then looks to schedule me for a cleaning. No openings until mid January but they don’t work with my schedule so I end up in mid February. So it will be a year since I had my terth last cleaned due to the 4.5 month wait on the initial appointment and then another 3 months to my cleaning (one month is my own fault). The staff was friendly but I felt like everyone was way too rushed. I think they already have too many patience.
