He will spend a great deal of time answering my questions and explaining insurance concerns, always trying to defend to my insurance company the need for a particular procedure. His office's other dentists, hygienists, and office staff are likewise caring and thorough and knowledgeable, and consistently helpful to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Rattner's dental offices, both in conveniently accessible College Park and Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Everyone there is so friendly from the dentists to the hygenists to the assistants. I like the TVs above each chair...it lets your brain focus on something else besides all the craziness going on in your mouth. The high-tech equipment like the digital xrays, 3D imaging, and conebeam scanner make the process much faster, more accurate, and less painful.

I scheduled for scaling and arrived in time. They let me wait for half an hour because the doctor was helping the previous patient. Then someone says I am required to take x Ray photos before they can help me with scaling. In total they spent one hour and 15 minutes to finish x Ray photos for me then tell me I need to go because the next customer has come. And I have to reschedule.
