Dr. Rouhanian and hygienist are knowlagble and explain everything in great detail. I cracked my tooth and had to get a crown which I was very nervous about. Dr. Rouhanian answered all my questions and explained different options with me. Furthermore, the office is very clean and they have new technology that helped me relax and gain new perspective on my teeth. For example, he had a tiny camera that he hooked up to the tv and was able to zoom in on the " problem" areas on my teeth where plaque and decay was forming. I'm not the biggest fan of dental visits but the staff and doctor make you feel at ease the entire time. It's nice to know there are still people out there like Dr. Rouhanian and his team who treat you as a person and not just a number.

Let me first start by saying my experience with the office staff was amazing from the front end and the back end. My daughter had her first ever appointment at the dentist and I was nervous at first because she does not do well at the doctors office and was curious how this visit would go. Dr. Lewis and the dental hygienist made her experience WONDERFUL. Fast forward a little my son who I also wanted to get an appointment for was placed on a waiting list because the next new pt appointment was not until Jan sometime well while we are getting ready to head out someone canceled and he was able to be fit in. My family has been going to Dr. Jay Plesset for over 20 years. He is the most gentle and conservative dentist. My veneers are beautiful and all my restorative work is exceptional. Very very bad. They did a lot of unnecessary x-rays without knowing me. Even they didn't solve my dental problem. Why those x-rays then? For money? I will not recommend this office.

We received absolutely the best care we've ever had at any dentist. My six year old son has serious dental decay issues due to an unfortunate exposure, and this was by far the best pediatric (or any other) practice we've visited. I'm sold. We're not going anywhere again. FINALLY, a dentist who explains everything in detail and takes the time to make sure the treatment plan is one that is in the best interests of the child and not the business plan of the practice. Kudos to an HONEST business that deserves to be recognized for their good work.

One of my biggest petpieves is good customer service. It it so important to me how I am received from the time I hit the door of any business. At Quince Orchard Dental, the front line staff are very polite, friendly, and attentive. So far, everyone that I have encountered has been very kind and supportive. I have a long history of being afraid to go to the dentist. All of the clinical staff have ensured that I was comfortable and well informed before doing any procedures on me. Karen, the hygenist is the best and works well with people with sensitive teeth. Dr. Plesset is fantastic and gentle, and most of all, takes pride in educating patients on best practices for maintaining good health. One of the other things that I appreciate is the quick turnaround time in getting projected charges for necessary dentalwork and procedures. I like to know what I should expect to be paying on my next visit. This is one of the few dentist offices that I have been to that did not try to get me to have unecessary dental procedures. I highly recommend Quince Orchard Dental for the whole family. They are wonderful in pediatric denstisty too!

I've been a patient at Quince Orchard Dental for a while now, and I can't say enough GOOD THINGS the incredible Dr. Rouhanian & his amazing staff. I have had some major work done on my teeth, and with each procedure, Dr. Rouhanian has thoroughly explained everything about the procedure, answers all of my questions and is so gentle, that I have never once felt any dicomfort-ever. He is a warm, kind and caring Dentist who has surrounded himself with the same type of staff. All of the hygienists are wonderful, as is the amazing Deb at the front desk who is such an asset! She always makes the "check out" process" such a breeze and is an insurance expert. I actually look forward to going to the Dentist now. My husband has now switched to this practice as well and feels the same way I do ~ 5 STARS

Went in for a simple filling but had to see him twice for adjustments and Dr. Mehran told me to wait it out and it will go away. It has gotten so sensitive that I had to go see a specialist. Next thing I know, I had to get a root canal and a crown after that.

As a kid I was horrified of the dentist, but out grew it. End of college I started experiencing migraines, vestibular migraines to be exact, so sometimes laying beyond a certain angle will cause me to have the feeling of vertigo. Every dentist I had gone to either didn’t fully want to understand or didn’t bother. I stopped going and only went for “emergencies”. Bad. I know. But now I found Dr. Rouhanian and he LISTENED. He WORKED with me. This morning I needed to get a couple fillings and a migraine was coming on. He had them turn off the tv, he adjusted the angle of the chair to a point I was comfortable and he could work on my teeth. He gave me sunglasses to block the light (yes they all do this) but he TURNED OFF the lights as the numbing meds kicked in. He WORKS with you and LISTENS. I am so happy with him I don’t have any fear anymore knowing he responded so well. I can’t recommend him enough. The staff are also very understanding and kind to me AND my kids. If I could give one more star I would. ⭐️ Highly recommend him and this office!

Quince Orchard Dental is extremely clean, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Mehran Rouhanian and Dr. Lauren Lewis made me feel like I was part of their family. I had a minor but irritating chip on one of my molars and they not only took the time to fix the small chip but also took the time to examine all of my teeth and give me insight to the general health of my teeth, brushing habits, and the conditions of my existing seals and what to look out for. Considering the fact that most people dislike making a trip to the dentist, I was delighted with the entire experience and will definitely be using Dr. Rouhanian and Dr. Lewis again in the future! Alright so I have very bad teeth and have used over 20 different dentists all over the USA so I can benchmark very easily here. Been going to QODC for about 2 years and cannot say enough good things about my experiences. Had the full range of treatments such as cleaning, fillings, root canals and crowns. Dentists are knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. Front office staff very organized and friendly. They never push treatments that are not necessary and scheduling is always a breeze . Office setting bright, clean, and comfortable. You cannot go wrong if you come to this practice and thanks to them I have the best dental health of my life!

I had a root canal treatment here a few months ago and had a crown installed. The new crown has been in pain for a long time. Recently, it has been found that there is no way to bite the food, especially the meat. At that time, the doctor told me that I still had a decayed tooth and needed root canal treatment. I didn't agree to do it again. I need to think about it. But when I left, the face of the front desk staff made me feel very sad.

Major scam! Both my kids visited the dental care for the first time for the tooth cleaning and annual check which insurance covers 100%. The clinic took x-rays and "extra " X-rays and charge more to the insurance and additional to patients without patient's acknowledge. The second visit for my son was overcharged on the day of visit, then hold the overpaid amount to remainder balance of insurance disallowed charges. I have called numerous time without a solution. Stay away with this clinic. I am filing complaints/dispute to both my insurance and state.

I decided to share my experience so that others don't make my mistake. I used to go to this office but stopped going there after got disappointed many times; even told my friends how awful this office is. Honestly, I can't really call this place a dental office!!! :( Dr. Rouhanian is very incompetent. You go there for a regular check up and they tell you you need a simple filling but you end up getting crown and root canals. Also, you have to go there back and forth several times because each time there was something wrong with their work. Of course, the painful experience and huge payments are not pleasant either. Office manager Casey has very poor social skills. I almost never saw her smiling. She is quite rude with me and other patients in the waiting room as well. I think because they work with many insurances, they look very busy from outside. But there is ABSOLUTELY no quality in their work and if you are thinking of a place to spend your precious money, DO NOT GET CLOSE TO THIS PLACE! That was my own experience. I also heard one of the clients THREATENED them of reporting to the board of dentistry. I hope that happens so that they can change their practice or close the office and work in a pizza place, which would be a better fit for them. -------------------------- Edit: After I wrote this review, I read some of the other ones and realized that good reviews are deceiving. In my opinion, they solicitate for good reviews. It was also heartbreaking, when I read the review of a dad who brought his 5 year old son to this clinic and had such HORRIBLE experience. Here is his review: "I really like to share what happened there with my 5 yrs son. I moved to the area and was looking for a dental office for my kid and myself. I searched online to find out which place accepts my insurance. I was assuming this is a place with pediatric dentist so my son would be comfortable. But when I got there I heard kids screaming in pain. First I thought it's something rare but I noticed that it's a routine. I was shocked even more when I found out they have a blanket to restrain uncooperative kids "Papoose". I'm not sure if that's something that is used in dental offices anymore. It looked like torturing device."

Best family dental practice in Maryland! My husband and my son have been going to this dental office for about a year now. This was my first time getting a dental procedure here and I was 100% satisfied. The dentist went above and beyond for my family. My procedure was PAINLESS! I've been to a number of dentist in the DMV area. Quince orchard dental is the BEST. They were super patient with my son. I've been a patient at Quince Orchard Dental Care for the past three years, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. It's a well run practice -- everyone whom I've had contact with at the office has been extremely friendly, professional, and skilled. Also, they do a terrific job of sticking to the schedule. I've been especially impressed with Claudia and Dr. Rouhanian. Claudia does the best check-up that I've ever had (and I've moved around a lot and have had my teeth cleaned by a lot of hygienists). She is very gentle and thorough with the cleanings and never fails to alert me to future issues that I will have with my teeth. Dr. Rouhanian is also great. He does excellent work and has a good sense of humor, which takes the edge off of what could otherwise be a stressful experience. I especially appreciate the fact that he takes a "wait-and-see" approach to dental problems instead of going ahead with the most aggressive/invasive treatment.

My family became patients at Quince Orchard Dental Care almost four years ago. Mostly, I have been seen for check up appointments with Claudia who has been my regular hygienist. I was informed on one of my first appointments in the office that I would eventually need a crown. In my last check up appointment, Dr Rouhanian advised me that it was time to address the tooth. So, I scheduled the appointment with the help of the front staff who accommodated it with my crazy work life. Everything went very smooth. I am always happy with the care I receive here. I have horrible teeth and have had a bunch of work done at a bunch of dentist over the years. The Staff at QODC always makes me feel welcome and at ease. They always help to explain my treatment plans in terms I can understand and coordinate with my insurance (I have had a few). I have had countless procedures done here, root canals, cavities filled, teeth cleaned and whitened. They offer a bunch of services and Doctors since there expansion last year. I recommend Claudia for cleanings she is always very gentle. Esp. when taking x rays. All around a good company and I would recommended to friends.

We are very pleased with the service that QO Dental Care folks have provided us. I and my wife have been receiving dental care for them since 2015. They have recently expanded their office to reduce overcrowding. The dentists are experiences and very honest in communicating your options... of course, not all options are always what we desire but still you will have multiple choices to choose from. We have both done multiple fillings, crowning, and couple other procedures. I ended up doing an extended ortho-dental procedure (Invisalign) with them (still half-way through and glad from the progress -- finally can bite a sandwich without a mess). And, most importantly, they are open some of the Saturdays... the only days that work for me.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Rouhanian for 3 years now and have had nothing short of an amazing experience, each and every time. We see Nasim and she is such a wonderful hygienist! Always so gentle and so nice. We also bring our very little kids here to see Dr. Lewis. She is always so calm and sweet to them. Everyone, from the front office to the assistants, to the Providers, is wonderful at this office. They also recently moved to a new space and the office is absolutely gorgeous. I've moved around a bit so I've had a number of dentists over the last 10-15 years, Dr. R and his staff are by far the best dentist team that I've ever had. Everyone is very friendly and does everything the can to make me feel comfortable, and to make the visits easy and painless. I've had a complicated procedure and the whole staff was great about explaining what's going on and making sure I was satisfied with the experience. I must be honest the dentist Dr. Rouhanian is the best dentist I've ever had. BUT.... he needs to find better qualified assistants. I went yesterday and his assistant gave me a temporary crown and not even 24 hours later it's off! I'm not in any pain, but goodness. This one I've never seen before. It took her 45 mins to make it and I was beginning to get annoyed, but.... not to mention I walked out with dental whatever all over my face.. smh. I didn't realize this until I got to work. she's a mess!

I was very stressed because I needed crowns for my front teeth, but they made me feel very comfortable and they did a great job. My experience here at Quince Orchard Dental Care has been great! From all of the staff and doctors who are very professional and knowledgeable; they make your visit as comfortable as can be. To their high tech software they use, the friendly staff, to the skilled and knowledgeable doctors; my visits have been very pleasant. I came for a root canal and was so pleased at how painless this process was (the best experience I have had with a root canal). When my crown came in, Doctor R made sure tooth was perfect. Made such a difference in my bite. I love that they have a screen that you look at (on the ceiling above dental chair) while Doctor or Hygienist is working on you. They play relaxing videos of oceans, sea animals or space. Best experience for a dental visit by far.

Dr. Lewis worked with my children to get them on the right track from the beginning. My son, in particular understands the importance of taking care of one’s teeth. He is not afraid, like I was, to go to the dentist. That means a lot to me.

I love this dental office. Both me and my children go here for all our dental care. Dr. Lewis is amazing with my kids and caters to there individual needs while giving them the care they need. My dental Care has also been great. They have replaced all my old metal fillings and I am very happy with my teeth now. I can not recommend this dental office enough.

If you are looking for a quality dentistry stay Far Away from this practice. I am really shocked by 5 star reviews. I don't know if they offer anything to get good reviews or not. In my opinion it is absolutely waste of time and money and even your tooth to go there.

Great dentistry. My whole family including my two small kids has been visiting this dentistry since the last year or so. I had a few bad experiences at other dentistries in the area before I tried this place and it has been a great experience ever since. Dr. Plesset is a very chatty and friendly dentist who will make you feel at home on the chair. Dr Rouhanian is wonderful too. They are all very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining the issues. My experience here has been simply the best one in my life. The nurses and staff are very friendly and understanding. Waiting period in the waiting room is minimal and patients are often called in within 5 minutes of arrival. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone especially the first timers who have a general fear of a dentist. They make you feel at ease.
