Acceptable customer service and staff friendliness. It is important to me to support black and female health care providers, businesses, etc. My major complaint is the wait times. The last few times I visited to finish a major procedure, I had to block out about two hours in my schedule. Most recently, I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment time. The appointment before that, I was seen an hour after the scheduled time. If they find a way to improve their speed, I'll be back. Until then, I'll likely have to see someone else for routine cleanings.

Dr. Dulan is awesome. She’s so professional and friendly. I was super nervous about getting braces but she made it all worth it. I have about 10 more months to go and Let’s just say I’ll will miss seeing her once a month. The front desk staff are really friendly and always willing to assist.

On August 14th I had a dentist appointment at Quest Dental the staff was very professional . my dentist Michael Stafford done an excellent job pulling a tooth that was embedded under my gum I can't even describe how good of a job he did. I would recommend everyone to go to Quest Dental.

I have been going here over 20yrs for dental services for me and my kids. Mrs. White is always pleasant and a great assistance to ensure you get an appointment and that you understand your bill. Dr. Saffold has over the years helped me with my fear of the dentist. He is gentle and very sensitive to ensuring you get the best dental care he ranks over a 10star with me and I highly recommend him. Dr. Collier is pretty awesome herself. Although I have encountered some horrifying painful experiences with w few of the other dentist there. These 2 are the absolute Best and highly recommended. And believe me if you are afraid Dr. Saffold is the Man to go to for all your Smile needs.

My experience at Quest has been very good. I have kne complaint. I was charged $23 for an oral rinse. When I got home and looked it up it was $3. Wow! That is why I gave them 4 stars and not 5.
