This is the worst dental place ever ! I called my insurance company to ask which dental place takes my insurance the recommended this place ! Bad idea the front lady at the desk was very nice but she informed me that my insurance wouldn’t cover my x-rat which was random because I have never paid for none of my x-rays ever I refused to pay $70 which I could had gone to my regular dentist and not be charged for one. The reason I Carson was to get a wisdom tooth look at and be removed it took them an hour to call me back when I finally got to the chair the assistant told me if you don’t have an x Ray the doctor won’t be able to do anything. He finally came in and didn’t even look at my tooth he just wanted to see an x Ray I asked if my dentist office could send them the copy they had and he said no which makes no sense ! Then he stated asking my history info and at this point I was like I’m sry I’m here for my wisdom tooth not to talk about my health! The doctor was so rude and the assistant I pretty much wasted my morning doing nothing and didn’t even get seen or anything ! Because of an x Ray they didn’t take! Worst service ever and I’m home annoyed with pain on my wisdom tooth !

Terrible place. They over book their patients knowing they don’t have enough staff. Very long wait times. Kids are loud and run all over the place. Has an issue with my insurance and the receptionist was very rude. Will not recommend

They constantly reschedule my appointments without notice. The wait is forever. The Dental hygienist are super nice but the front desk staff and s hot or miss. They LOVE their favorites but really are unorganized. All of the dentist are cool except one (the light brown lady). The one I don’t like was very impatient and told me that me being nervous was making her nervous. Again most of the staff is cool but that one dentist and front desk lady!

My girlfriend and I arrived on time according to the many appointment reminders that they sent us... The appoint was supposed to be at 12:45 we arrived on time and they refused us service because they said in their system it our appointment is 12:15... we showed them the flyer they sent us and would not honour our actual appointment time... we waited a month for a Saturday appointment.... terrible business etiquette... would not recommend to anyone.

Worst place for dental care and unacceptable customer service , I had a very bad experience today. My appointment time was 8:AM and I was called to come at 7:30 AM, I came 7:30 doors were closed and 7:50 front desk showed up. I was sitting no body called till 8:30 and people came after me were called and treated ,So I noticed that specific origin people are treated differently . The front desk asked me to pay out of pocket $79 for reevaluation and $140 for Xray even though we did evaluation and Xray in June,2019 and my teeth needed to be extracted but they told me to make an appointment and I requested and called more than 50 times to schedule an appointment but in vain,finally I understand that actually they do not have a surgeon and only the general dentist doing all check up and pretending for charging money. The other interesting thing that as per the front desk their system was not working and they were not able to communicate the insurance company , Meanwhile I called my insurance and they agreed to cover my evaluation fee. Finally the front desk lady told me to wait till all patient seen . Never ever try to visit there,. There are too many other things I don't mention it here but I will definitely share with their management .

Mal servicio no tienen manera de atender al paciente tenía una cita 4:00 y llegue a las 3:45 pm estuve ahí esperando hasta las 5 pasaron a otras personas que llegaron después de mi y al final yo fui a preguntar que pasaba y me salen con que ya no me pueden atender a los niños porque ya son las 5:00 creo q eso no es mi problema yo llegue temprano 15 min antes de mi cita deberían coordinarse mejor porque agarran tantos pacientes y al final lo mandan para la casa a uno deberían de ser más conscientes y no hacerlo ir por gusto a uno en lo personal ya no vuelvo a llevar a mis hijos ahí buscaré otro lugar
