She is thorough and very good at doing everything in a way that minimizes pain and discomfort for the patient. She is the best dental hygienist that I have ever been to. I have sensitive teeth and she administered two deep cleanings with absolutely no pain. My very first best experience in a dental office. Starting first with Ashley the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable with the insurance company that I have. Second the dental assistant Cherie was excellent at her job, very caring, and held my hand during my extraction making me feel very comfortable. Third Dr. Kenyon to me was the best dentist I have meet. He listen to all my concerns about my tooth being hot and cold sensitive for over a year, my old dentist would not extract my too. He said my tooth was scattered and that was causing my pain. I grind my teeth and my dentist never suggested a night gaurd, I will be getting partials and the will be fitted for a night guard to protect my other teeth. Thank you all for your great service.

From the moment a Dr. Kenyon patient enters his office, you are greeted by a cheerful Lisa (the go-to source for ALL information related to your visit -- and sometimes braces-adjuster!); once invited to have a seat, you'll find either (in my case) Connie, Sunny or Debra Jean, depending on service required, greeting you with great enthusiasm at just about the time you've gotten settled into your seat. Regardless of your dental needs, you'll find yourself treated with a kind and caring staff -- your comfort is paramount to them. Dr. Kenyon is not only a top notch dentist, his manner is calming and reassuring (if a dentist with a superb sense of humor is your thing, Dr. Kenyon is your man.) I can't recommend Dr. Kenyon enough!

I have been going to Dr. Kenyon for over 15 years. He is a tremendous person and dentist. Within those 15 years, my wife and three children have also been going to see Dr. Kenyon and his staff. He is caring and professional in all of our experiences. So much so that my three children look forward to going to the dentist. In addition he has an incredible staff that always has a smile on their faces, welcomes us to the office (even with hugs sometimes, especially for the kids) and treats us with the TLC that keeps us coming back. At the front desk, Lisa and Ashley are always so thoughtful to take the time to answer any questions that I have and create appointments that fit in our busy schedule. Connie, Sonny, and Deb are so wonderful as they are always asking about how my family is doing and making every effort to create a positive and caring environment. All of the staff mentioned above have at one time or another called our house the day after either I or a member of my family has had a tooth extraction, braces put on, or wisdom teeth pulled to see how we are doing. That meant a lot to me and my family when they would take time out of their busy schedule to make sure that everyone was feeling okay. Recently I had to have two wisdom teeth removed, one that needed a delicate and extensive procedure to remove. Throughout the removal, Dr. Kenyon was at his best using all of his expertise to make sure that I was okay and healthy in the long run. The extraction was a difficult one and it was another reminder of how lucky I am to have Dr. Kenyon as my dentist. Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Kenyon and his staff to everyone I know. If you are looking for a new dentist or need to change dentist's, Dr. Kenyon is the definite choice.

My wife and I were on vacation and I broke a tooth. We were referred to Dr. Kenyon by a very nice man that we met in the RV campground where we were staying. When I called Dr. Kenyon's office Ashley was very friendly and professional. She was able to get me in the very next day. When I went for my appointment Cherie was very friendly and helpful. Sunni took me to the treatment room and was very concerned about my broken tooth. I explained to her what had happened and she was able to locate to broken tooth. When Fr. Kenyon examined my tooth he determined that he could put a temporary crown on to get me through our vacation until I got home in Texas. Been going for 12 years or so - for many years with Dr Kenyon who joined forces with Pearlfection then retired (as far as I know) shortly afterwards. We were very fond of Dr Kenyon and Deb, the hygienist. I’ve been seeing Dr Lawson for the past couple years since Dr Kenyon left. No issues, I have only been in for routine stuff fortunately but am perfectly pleased with the practice. Rossann was my most recent hygienist and she was great. They take their time and do a good job. I have no problem recommending the Urbana dental office to others.

I saw Dr.Pashai, Lita, and Cindy and they were amazing and very thorough! I went to both locations and the staff at both places were super friendly. I never felt judged like at other dental offices that I've been to. They make you feel very comfortable about being at the there, view your xrays with you, set up a plan for you and start getting to work when you are ready. I'll be at my next appt with them on Monday and I'm actually not dreading it! I will definitely continue to see them and that says a lot because I never enjoyed going to the dentist.

Rossann my Dental hygienist encouraged me to continue with an ENT consultation I was planning based on knowledge related to dentistry. I had surgery to correct a childhood broken nose and to open up breathing passages a bit more to counteract allergies. I now sleep well at night without taking Zyrtec or other allergy drugs. I had a great time at Pearlfection! Within moments of arriving, I was being sat down and getting ready for my tooth cleaning. Rossanne, who was taking care of me, was very professional and did a great job of making me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain what was going on, to make sure that I wasn't drowning in my own spit, and was extremely careful to make sure that I wasn't in pain. Overall, I had a great experience. The only gripe I had was probably partly my fault, but I didn't know I was going in for a deep cleaning which was not covered under the current insurance I had, I thought I was going in for a regular cleaning which would have been covered in full - so I was a bit surprised at the end. Luckily, I had some money in a flex account which took care of most of the bill, but it could have ended up badly. Again, not blaming Pearlfection or anything, it's probably just a small mistake on either their part or my part, but regardless, I can't complain about the actual service and I'll certainly be going back!

I was first referred to Dr. Kenyon a few years ago by a friend, when a crown came loose just days before leaving on vacation. I was able to get an appointment the next day, and Dr. Kenyon took care of the immediate problem with reattaching the crown. Then in future visits, he kept an eye on it for possible underlying problems, which showed up about a year later. The office staff, all of which I have encountered are very friendly, follow up with you regarding the 6-month appointments, and I have always been able to get an appointment within a day when an issue arises. In fact, Dr. Kenyon even met me at the office when it was closed to figure out a solution when a temporary crown completely broke off. He was able to put it back in place and have it look as presentable as possible until I am able to get fitted for the permanent crown. This is a warm and friendly office, and they are quite accommodating to your schedule. I've never had to wait more than just a few minute for my appointment, which is refreshing to have a medical professional show consideration for my time as well. I highly recommend Dr. Kenyon.

I highly recommend Pearlfection! I have never been a fan of going to the dentist due to previous bad experiences. I started coming to the Urbana Pearlfection location after having a bad experience at another local dentist. Dr. Lawson is great. He is personable and does not try to sell you on dental work that you don’t need. I feel very comfortable with him and the entire staff. I have gum issues and in the past my deep cleanings were extremely uncomfortable. Mikaela has done all of my cleanings and is extremely thorough and gentle. I like that I have the option of requesting who does my cleanings since that has not been an option at other practices. I am thrilled to have finally found a dental practice that I am comfortable with.

I actually go to the Frederick location....but my experiences with everyone there have been great so far!! Dr. Tigani is not only well educated but he also has a great bedside manner! He always has me smiling! Jessica; his assistant, is great at her job and always makes you feel welcomed and at ease during the visit!! Danielle is a great hygienist there! Always smiling and has a great personality! Jenna works in the back but she's been so helpful through my journey thus far....dealing with the insurance aspect of my visits. The front desk ladies always greet you with a smile when you walk in and wish you a good day as you head out. The facility is beautiful and welcoming visually! My brace journey has been amazing so far! It's been 3.5 months so far and my teeth have improved tremendously already!! Can't wait to see the final product in 2020!! Overall....it's a great place and I highly recommend them!!

I was just in for my 6-month clean and check with Dr. Kenyon. Pleased to see my "old" hygenist Deb Clay again and she did a great job as always. Just found out about Dr. K's new dental plan and that is a perfect solution for a senior like me...with some periodontal issues. The new plan covers four visits per annum and the usual x-rays and expert checks by the boss after the cleaning. The plan also covers a spouse at a much reduced rate and discounts on any major problems like scaling, crowns etc. If you add up the price of the items on this plan you will find it quite reasonable....Lisa at the desk can tell you about easy payment plans. I would recommend this in-house plan ...especially for those on Medicare who really don't want to be stuck with a dental plan from one of the insurance options.

Dr Lawson has done a great job taking the place of my previous dentist. He went out of his way to rush two crowns for me so that they could be in place before I left for a two week vacation. To do this, he waited for a Fed Ex delivery on a snowy Saturday and then met me in his office late Saturday afternoon to put them in place which took several hours on his day off. I've complained about sensitivity & all they said was use sensedyne. And as soon as Dr. Kenyon looked in my mouth he said you have acid reflux that is wearing away your enamel. This is why your teeth are sensitive & it needs to be taken care of.

I brought my 75 year old father in because he was having some pain in one of his back teeth. Dr Kenyon diagnosed that one of his older crowns had broken and food was getting packed into the space making it hard to brush and irritating his gums. Dr Kenyon recommended a new crown. My dad was only in town for a few days and I was concerned the lab work would not be done in time. Fortunately Dr Kenyon has an in office milling machine that can cut a crown while we waited. Pretty amazing technology. Dr Kenyon took the impression, milled and fired the ceramic crown and had it placed in 2 hours. That's pretty awesome.
