If I could give a 10 star review I would! The staff is amazing. Everyone there is kind, compassionate and well, just real. Dr. Bouffard and his assistant Chris actually took the time to talk to me, get to know me, my fears, my anxieties. They were genuinely concerned and cared enough to take the time to make me feel at ease. I left there feeling like I was surrounded by family and friends. I think for a moment I even forgot I was in a dentist office! It was a two hour drive to get to them but will gladly make the hike every time. I’ll be honest, I don’t often leave reviews but I rely heavily on them. I know - I’m not proud of it. I’m very compelled to tell of my story. I had an infected tooth and had been in pain for several days, unable to sleep or eat. I called at 7 AM on Monday and spoke with Paul who was so helpful. I was able to get an appointment for a couple of hours later and was seen in a remarkably timely manner. Dr. Patton was kind, professional and compassionate when listening to my issues. He extracted my tooth with quickness and skill and I was back on my way with in an hour and a half. Everyone in the office was so very nice. Whether it be preventative or emergent, I would strongly recommend to anyone who would listen to go to Patton smiles.

If anyone is looking to change dentists or find a new one, this is the place to go - they are fresh and new, and Dr. Patton and his staff are happy, kind-hearted, and make you feel valued as a customer. Dr. P. seems to genuinely be excited to be practicing dentistry. He is patient and kind, and understands "scardy cats" like me. You will not feel like it is just the same old thing for them, or that they are "bored". They really do take pride in what they do. The work I've had done so far is excellent. I uprooted my family of four from our old dentist who really doesn't need our business to come here where there is enthusiasm and you don't feel like they are "finding things wrong" so that the office can bring in more money so the whole staff and their spouses can be rewarded with a trip to the Bahamas.

It's been almost a year since my first visit to Patton Smiles. I first went for a routine exam and cleaning, then spoke with him about my two front teeth. I had 15 year old composites which had become discolored and really embarrassed me. Dr. Patton and his team explained everything to me in detail and I decided to go ahead with the porcelain veneers. Dr. Patton was extremely gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I was pretty nervous because I hadn't had a lot of dental work done in the past. My only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner. I am so happy with my new front teeth. Dr. Patton and his team worked so hard to make sure the shape and color matched the rest of my teeth. They really look natural and I get complimented on my smile all the time. And I notice how much more comfortable I am smiling now that my teeth are so beautiful. The whitening and the molds, the drilling and all that wasn't exactly fun, and I'll admit, I'm still making payments, BUT it was all worth it! I have my next cleaning in a few weeks and I'm actually looking forward to it!

I saw Dr Bouffard for a crown lengthening procedure yesterday. I find dentistry very stressful, I guess because I’ve been hurt in the past.
